I reserved this hotel because of the airport shuttle. When I arrived I requested it and I was told that they did not run on Saturdays and in any case ask in the morning. I did and I had the same answer, but in the end they got transportation to the airport. So be advised. We also reserved a room with multiple beds and they gave us one King and a sofa bed, something I wanted to avoid. We came back and requested one with two beds, but they were all taken. Apparently, they give priority to those reserved for 4 people.

We were disappointed that there was no airport shuttle available on weekends, or before 8AM. We reserved this hotel specifically for the shuttle. This information should be clearly stated in the hotel listing. Had to pay for an Uber instead. We also reserved a room with two beds, but we were told that this was not passed along from Expedia to the property, so the only room available was with one king bed. So one person had to sleep on the couch. Overall, things were fine. The room was clean and the location was convenient, the breakfast was good. So it met our basic needs, but the condition of things like the bathroom door, the toilet seat, and other cosmetic issues left a bit to be desired. So our overall impression was satisfactory, but not enthusiastic.

The manager went out of her way during a very frustrating trip (weather cancellations) and made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed including food and transportation. She was short staffed due to the storm and she stepped up and drove the shuttle to make sure everybody made it to and from the airport.

Hotel waa clean and comfortable, however we were very disappointed to find out the airport shuttle service starts 8am and ends early too. The whole purpose of choosing this hotel was for the airport shuttle. Was very disappointed to find out we could not use it for the departure or arrival of our trip.

Would not recommend. - All cameras have been removed in this hotel. - The elevator shakes and stops mid floor. - The stair way is dim and again, no cameras. We can see where the camera should go because the casing and wire is still there. - Small roaches in random areas. - Hotel room has not been vaccumed. - Parking lot is dim. - AC in the room didn't work well and our room was warm through the night.

Front desk was wonderful, accommodating and check-in was quick and hassle free. Those folks were awesome! But the room and cleanliness however was terrible. My room still had cleaning supplies sitting on the desk. The shower was not clean and had hair on the shower walls from the last guest. Dirt and hair on the bedsheets. Stains on the couches. Dirty used cups stacked next to the ice bucket. Not to mention I could hear every step the people above me made, and my floor creaked and buckled. I picked this location because it was conveniently located next to my office but I will be staying elsewhere when I come to town for future visits.

Our stay was for 3 days. Location was great with plenty of food options around and it was close to the Irving Convention Center. Free breakfast from 6:30am-9:30am. Room was clean and had all the standard amenities. Blackout Curtains are present just hidden behind false curtains so you still get privacy. Closet is behind the large mirror. Tv has standard cable. No stream apps. We had a slight issue with our first room’s door not locking and the hotel was able to switch rooms very quickly, which we appreciated. Location felt safe, plenty of parking and each one of the staff members was very friendly, helpful and attentive. A Quality stay indeed.

When you first walk into room 307 you smell mold. My husband went to the front desk to let them know and we were told housekeeping would be sent and that we are more than welcome to spray air fresheners to cover the smell not provided of course. There is mold in the air unit, sink, and behind the toilet. Housekeeping came and removed our trash bag that I personally bought and replaced it with a cheap one and replaced our towels. No mold was cleaned. At all. Trash from previous guest were left in the room. The non smoking room had burn holes on the sheets. Just terrible altogether. Won’t return

The description is very misleading. The online listing claims that a sofa bed is said to be included with the suite. This is not the case. I understand that there will always be a certain degree of curating with the online pictures. This to say I never expect hotels to look like they do in the online images. However, the discrepancy between the online images and the actual hotel is quite a gap for this establishment. The room smells of cigarettes, though smoking is banned. The carpets quite clearly have not had a proper cleaning in ages, and this can be smelled during your stay. More importantly, you simply do not get the room you are paying for. The amenities described online are what you get in regards to the space, layout, and things like a sofa-bed. I planned on doing some work during my stay and the desk chair in my room was literally broken--locked all the way down to the ground almost. Needless to say, working is not a possibility in this hotel. Coffee was good and the staff was friendly. The listing itself, however, should not include images of a sofa bed, as this is not included. Likewise, I think they could do the bare minimum and check to see if their desk chairs are not broken, Otherwise the listing is downright fraudulent in its representation of the rooms.

The service we received from Carol, the manager, and her staff far exceeded our highest hopes. Not only was the shuttle service from DFW spot on and timely, but ;throughout our stay the kindness and warmth exuded was so greatly appreciated. The hotel building and grounds are kept up beautifully and the charming guest room is spacious, clean, comfortable and well laid out. Every amenity we might need has been thought of and provided. I felt safe, welcomed and appreciated. The breakfast provided was served hot and fresh. The variety of yummy food choices and the incredibly delicious coffee helped make the start of our day ideal. How I wish that every hotel was like this one…filled with caring staff and a manager who delight in providing outstanding service and who are committed to excellence.i highly recommend Quality Suites here in Irving, TX as your next destination hotel. I hope we return soon!!

The rooms are great and the staff is super friendly. They are being lax in servicing their room air conditioners. I had to find a room with a functioning one. 2/3 were duds. They need to put some effort into this before summer hits or I am not coming back.

Hotel and stay was okay - nothing special. Room was clean and good sized. Bed was okay. Soft mattress but not terrible. Bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere. Very low hot water pressure in morning for shower. Reported both at checkout. Breakfast was kinda laughable. Hot options were some sausage links and tater tots and make your own waffle. No eggs. Small pastry selection and some yogurt. No cereal or even milk. I was there for one night because of an issue at another hotel so it was fine for what I needed but not somewhere I'd pick for a longer stay.

They need to test their air conditioners to make sure they are operating properly. It took three rooms to find a functional AC unit. The first room they gave me, the AC was set to 61 degrees, obviously been running all day and it was humid in the room. The maintenance people are phoning it in I guess, need to do their job.

It fit my needs perfectly so far as location went. The light in the entry way to my room didn't work and the air conditioner was super loud, but aside from that a perfectly decent place for the price

The whole reason i booked the room was for the jetted tub...that didn't even work. By the time i discovered it, it was late at night & was only staying one night but what a waste of money. Hotel is outdated as well, needs a major upgrade.

Not only was the shuttle service from DFW spot on and timely, but ;throughout our stay the kindness and warmth exuded was so greatly appreciated. The hotel building and grounds are kept up beautifully and the charming guest room is spacious, clean, comfortable and well laid out. Every amenity we might need has been thought of and provided. The manager went out of her way during a very frustrating trip (weather cancellations) and made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed including food and transportation. She was short staffed due to the storm and she stepped up and drove the shuttle to make sure everybody made it to and from the airport.

Window was open when we first checked in. Pillows were in bad shape but desk service help us out. The front desk is what made this a great stay. We needed a little more time because of one of us not feeling well from a cold and they were extremely accommodating with out check out. There was always someone around at the desk as well.

It was in a nice area. Only problem was that it was hot in our room. I understand the weather is hot outside. AC stayed on while we were exploring. But when we got back it was so uncomfortable and even trying to sleep through the night was really hard. Wished they would of added a little more for the breakfast. But overall I liked it.

Our stay was for 3 days. Location was great with plenty of food options around and it was close to the Irving Convention Center. Free breakfast from 6:30am-9:30am. Room was clean and had all the standard amenities. Blackout Curtains are present just hidden behind false curtains so you still get privacy. Closet is behind the large mirror. Tv has standard cable. No stream apps. We had a slight issue with our first room’s door not locking and the hotel was able to switch rooms very quickly, which we appreciated. Location felt safe, plenty of parking and each one of the staff members was very friendly, helpful and attentive. A Quality stay indeed.

Was not what I was expecting. Room was moldy because of the ac unit. The window had water in it the whole time, we all had a cough before we checked out. Something in the moist air for sure. I honestly won’t be back here. Breakfast was below average to say the least with very little options and the eggs were too watery.

We were disappointed that there was no airport shuttle available on weekends, or before 8AM. We reserved this hotel specifically for the shuttle. This information should be clearly stated in the hotel listing. Had to pay for an Uber instead. We also reserved a room with two beds, but we were told that this was not passed along from Expedia to the property, so the only room available was with one king bed. So one person had to sleep on the couch. Overall, things were fine. The room was clean and the location was convenient, the breakfast was good. So it met our basic needs, but the condition of things like the bathroom door, the toilet seat, and other cosmetic issues left a bit to be desired. So our overall impression was satisfactory, but not enthusiastic.

Loved the jetted tub! Breakfast was great! Parking was very convenient. Beds were comfy. Very quiet and convenient location. The manager who checked us in was super nice and was always asking how our stay was going. She was always busy cleaning and keeping the breakfast area stocked. Thank you. Would have given 5 stars but our son used the gym and said several of the machines were broke. Also, the carpet needs replaced in 119, there are several holes in it and there was a slight urine? odor.

We booked at the last minute due to flight delays, I thought it was going to be much closer to DFW than it was and also assumed the free shuttle advertised on the Expedia page ran 24/7. It was non refundable and as soon as we booked it we called to ask for the shuttle to pick us up and that’s when they said it’s only 8am-8pm. Uber was $65 at night to the hotel. The room was non smoking but smelled so much like smoke in the entrance and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable large and clean. Breakfast was fine: make your own waffles, there was yogurt, some kind of pastry, English muffin, coffee , scrambled eggs, potatoes. We were just thankful not to sleep at the airport. The lady who drove us to the airport the next morning in her minivan, which is the shuttle, was very nice and friendly
