Econo Lodge Lubbock I-27

Breakfast was pretty good. Had waffles, eggs, sausages, biscuits or toast, oat meal, juice, coffee, cold cereal.

The bathroom was gross. The overflow drain in the tub had rusted out so badly. You could stick your finger beside into the void. That means Water is getting down there and I’m sure they’re small. The sink had a big chip out of it that had been glued back in kind of. The dog in the De room barked all night. I chose this place because it had an eight star rating. That is not accurate at all. I would give it a two star. It was cheap and had a moderate breakfast.

For the price, place was great!

Easy and accessible

The staff was incredibly rude and discriminatory regarding the service animal traveling with us. Requiring that we provide the exact need for the service animal (beyond what is regulated by the ADA) and when doubting us simply to be able to charge extra monies, demanded documentation of the medical necessity. All of which is a direct violation of my rights as outlined in the ADA. Would NEVER recommend this hotel as the management and staff were unkind and unprofessional whilst dealing with this situation.
