Nice hotel, but outdated. None of the outlets or usb plugs on the desk or bedside tablets worked, the tub was peeling and the baseboards are coming off or feeling. For the size of the hotel, the gym is small and some of the treadmills were not functioning.

Comfy bed, tiny bathroom! Convenient since my event was in the same hotel, but would have been a nightmare if I had to leave, as parking was way overcrowded! Seems the hotel booked multiple large events over the same days and it caused a major parking issue.

The staff was friendly and the hotel lobby is very nice; however, the hallways and rooms are not very clean. There were several hairs left in the bathroom; very unpleasant. The carpet in the halls and rooms, next to the baseboards are extremely dirty - full of fuzz, hair and dust bunnies - very unsightly. Stayed at hotel twice within last 3 months and there was not change in the cleanliness at the later stay. Will not be staying here again.

Check was very quick and transactional. No problem. Room is dated and dirty. Both chairs had crumbs. Tub had hair. When I turned on bath dirt flowed up out of drain. They need to deep clean entire room. My son’s feet were black from carpet after 10 minutes. Someone had smoked in the room, and my son tapped the lamp and cigarette dust got all inside water bottle, on phone, etc. The tub finish is wearing and dirty. The faucets and soap and calcium stained which some biodex would take care of in 5 minutes. Hilton’s q2 2024 net PROFIT is $422 MILLION but it can’t afford to properly clean its rooms or maybe properly pay its employees to clean the rooms and maintain things for its guests. The pool area furniture is run down and not maintained or cleaned. Just overall not satisfied with this locations attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

The front desk personnel was very helpful and generous! Of course we received our warm cookies, plus he gave us complimentary waters. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and very clean. The Asado bar & grill downstairs was lovely and delicious! Their happy hour was on point with the best sever, Peter! All in all, very pleased with everything

This is an older property. It seemed staff was very limited in all departments. Everything needed updating. AC still worked but you could only adjust temp 2 degrees at a time, or it would shut off. In the upside: staff was very friendly!

Rooms aren't sound proof, I heard a ching chong getting the hong kong next door at 3am, and then proceeded to have to listen to them chat with friends on speaker phone until 6:30 am. There was a massive dip on one side of king size bed. Bathroom had no fan. Cups were dirty.

Overall the place is very old & dated. The furniture in the room is beat up & hasn’t aged well. The furniture looks like it’s from the early 90’s. Overall the entire property could benefit from a major facelift/renovation to freshen up the property. The bed was great, very soft/plush. The shower pressure was good, the drain took forever to go down. The carpet feels dirty when walking barefoot, it had a nasty waxy/gritty feeling to it. For a few more dollars you can stay at a more modern Hilton such as a Home2 that is in better condition. The cleaning crew also started banging making noise around 730am which was unpleasant. There is free parking which is nice.

Upon check in at 8pm, clerk continued to ignore me at counter while she laughed with coworker and answered phones. When finally addressed, they couldn’t find my room ready even though I already checked in and selected a room on the app. Clerk didn’t provide breakfast vouchers which we learned about after eating. In the room, the tub was chipped, everything metal had rust, the entire 12th floor smelled of marijuana, and we only had 2 towels for 4 people in a 2 night stay. Parking was not explained and a bit of a nightmare to figure out. Next morning service wasn’t better when I had to show proof of purchase for breakfast even though it was clearly called out in booking. Food was watery eggs, sausage or bacon, cream cheese and no bagels, and some fruit. The bacon was good though. This definitely didn’t check the mark for a Hilton property and as a Hilton Honors member, didn’t get any type of additional perk or acknowledgment. Our friend in another room as a Diamond member had an even worse experience with room quality, parking, service, and honoring what was booked already.

Only thing that sucked during my stay is i tried to call the front desk / the room service for towels for about an hour maybe off and on and no answer. Then i had to call off my phone and get connected to the front desk for them to finally answer . Towels ended up showing up about 30 mins later . Oh and another thing that sucked was their tv channels they didnt have much variety Other than that the stay was perfect . The bed was super comfy i didn’t wanna leave . Also a plus is the cookie they give you if delicious.

Check in was a problem- guy was disrespectful, say he couldn't find my reservation, I had came earlier a woman said my room wasn't ready come back at 3, she was nice . When I return the guy say I didn't have a reservation... he had racial overtone, I showed him my reservation on phone he was still nasty . Finally he said it was under my middle name not my first name , but the lady earlier found it with no problem

Staff was not very helpful at check in despite requesting early check in at time of reservation. Calling at 12pm to confirm if room was available early, calling at 2pm to confirm if room available early again. Showing up at 3:45pm and room was not available still. Asked to switch to any other room and they had no rooms cleaned. There was no effort done to try to accommodate my request at any point during any of my calls or check in. The icing on the cake was seeing other people check in early the next couple of days. Overall the hotel was centrally located amd close enough to airport for convenience. Its a shame the staff made this one of my worst stays at any hotel.

The staff were amazing, offered us free water and snacks. It didn’t take long at all to check in - though we exceeded our check in time - check in took less then 5 minutes. The rooms were nice and clean and the view was pleasant. All together the hotel was a great stay.

During my stay, I felt uneasy about the safety of my vehicle after noticing broken window glass in multiple areas of the parking lot—at least four separate spots. Then I witnessed someone being escorted off the property and appearing to be arrested. Overall, the experience was ok.

We were very impressed with our 1 night stay. The property was very clean, our room was spacious and the bed a very comfortable pillowtop mattress. The hotel had a nice full bar and the bartender was very gracious. Can not comment on the breakfast as it was 18.00 per person for a regular hotel buffet so we went to a local resturant.

This property is just “meh.” My room was nice and the maid service was great. Front desk service needed some work. Breakfast buffet was underwhelming. I guess I just expected more from a Doubletree hotel. If this were a Comfort Inn or La Quinta, it’d be fine. Free parking was a great bonus.

Booked a 2 bed room only to get in the room and it was a 1 full size accessible room. I quickly called to let them know I booked a different room only to be told there was nothing they could do as they were "sold out". We supposedly were the last ones in the hotel (5 hour drive) and since it was lose to midnight when we checked in, all other rooms were taken. 10 minutes later I see a bunch of airline pilots and workers check in and get rooms. They told me I could be accommodated in the morning. My wife called and checked in with them about getting the correct room, we received no call and by the time we get back from our Saturday event, there were no rooms available. The lady was rude at times and her story conflicted with my wife's about how they were going to accommodate us. They gave us a roll away bed but it couldn't fit in the room we had so that was a waste. There was loud banging all morning (Sunday) long and was told it was probably the elevator system. We were finally moved to our correct room for 1 of the 3 nights we stayed there. I will never stay at a Double Tree, especially this one, again as I felt disrespected and uncared for as a paying customer.
