Given a room upon arrival, no lighting in bathroom, dirty sheets with stains, possibly bugs under mattress. I asked for another room and the 2nd room needed vacuuming, only 2 table lamps for lighting in the room. No lighting in the bathroom only a standing lamp. 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for 2 people. The elevator was dirty and felt unsafe. The hotel was dirty all around, carpeting, walls, and odor. The swimming pool was out of order, no hot breakfast and was not told any of this upon arrrival.

we chose this property because it had a pool, hot tub and work out room; however, the pool was dirty, then unavailable the next day because they cleaned it and put chemicals in it stating we should not go in, the hot tub never worked and the front desk acted like they had no idea (even though pool guy said the pump has been broke for a while now), work out room was inaccessible with key - along with the pool exterior door which meant we had to walk around the building to re-enter. There are no ice machines on each floor, instead you go to the front desk and they give you ice out of a store bought bag (not sure how sanitary that is). Elevator did not have a certificate stating it was safe - it did not sound safe. I never would have booked here if I knew this ahead of time. Staff was nice and friendly.

Pool is out of service and would not provide a refund. They were lying about why the pool was not working. Day and night receptionist had different stories. All the carpet throughout the hotel is visibly old and damaged. Lobby, elevator, hallways and 1 of our rooms were hot. Told the receptionist about the hot room, she said the maintenance person would check it but never arrived. We went and told her again after several hours and she said to give it time. We had already been there for 6 hours. The A/C was not working. The A/C on the other room was leaking and carpet was soaking wet. One of the clean white shower towels had brown stains. Ice machine had no ice. This was simply a horrible 1 night stay experience. They offered to give us a discount on the next stay but there will not be a next time for this hotel.

The hotel doesn't offer ice at all, the hallways were extremely hot especially on the upper floors, the elevator is hot slow and takes forever to open the door, some lights in the rooms didnt work well, no laundry bag in the room, hair dryer light wont turn off and so makes the bed area bright and for some people that will disturb their ability to fall asleep or stay asleep could have used an extra blanket in the room as well.

This was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. The bathtub was filthy and when I tried to clean it it was soap scum from a long time when asked for it to be cleaned it never got done. When the maid supposedly cleaned the room she left our door open and it was opened all day as we didn't return til midnight and when I told the desk they didn't even apologize. The breakfast was horrible. The pool was out of order. I got stopped by a police officer and his statement was that it wasn't such a good place.

If I could give this place a negative number I would. Dirty. Dark. Bad area. The elevator was something special. The pool is broken. Our fan was broken. The light in our room was broken. I have never been to a hotel this bad. The sheets and pillows were stained and had burn holes. The couch was so dirty you couldn't sit on it. The tv in the bedrooms was small and low to the floor ypu couldn't watch it laying down. Outside people walking around wanting money and stuff made it feel unsafe when you are alone. The door was not sealed all the way and it made me feel like someone could be peeping in on me. I stayed 1 of 3 nights and still waiting doe manager to call me or refund me. 😒

The room wasn’t properly cleaned before we checked in. There was hair on the sheet that didn’t belong to us. There was toys left under the bed trash in the pull out sofa and the breakfast area had roaches by the cereal. There was also hair in the waffle batter. When I told the staff I was told to throw it away and make a new one from the same batter that had hair in it. There needs to be some major changes at this property front desk is rude over night and first shift needs work. Most people never know who they are encountering when we check in as regular guess. I’m an inspector this is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. 3rd floor near the elevator smells like maggots and rotten food. I will never stay at that location again.

Weather was terrible so we had to stay the night. Check in was a bit slow due to key not opening the room 2 times until we were given a different room. Hotel ac seemed to not be working but the room ac worked fine. Room was a bit warm at first but opened a window and cooled down fast. Hotel is a little outdated but Overall a good stay, beds were clean and comfortable.

The property requires upkeep. My room had several lights in need of replacement. The door knob lock was broken. There was no heat iron for my clothes. The microwave was missing the spinning plate. The gym was locked and had to ask to be unlocked every time rather than using my room key like in other hotels.

ZERO STARS- where do I begin? The hotel looked like a haunted house- dusty, dirty, broken furniture in the hallways. My room had a tv with a shattered screen, no toiletries, duck tape on the curtains, no lightbulbs and dead batteries in the remote control. Every time I would leave my room, my “key” would stop working and I would have to go to the lobby to have them “re-keyed”. Breakfast was supposed to be included from 6:30-9:30am. At 9:15, I went down to the dining area - as I walked up to the coffee station, the desk clerk walked in front of me and started unplugging everything and taking it away!! She said “breakfast ends at 9:30!” , I said “it’s 9:15!!” As I tried to grab a muffin, she swept them all into a bag and took them away. Finally I said “You are so rude!!” Then she plugged the coffee pot back in. There were COLD powdered eggs and “sausage” that was undercooked. Finally I just gave up and went next door to Cracker Barrel. I would sleep in my car before I would EVER stay at Quality Inn again. WORST HOTEL EVER. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I had to get my key card rescanned every time we left cause I couldn’t ever get back in my room. I will not come back to this hotel I would not recommend this hotel for anyone that is bringing their family. There is lots of shady characters always in the lobby and all around the hotel.

We booked two nights, we got in later in the evening so we decided to stay that night but we canceled the second nights stay. The cops were there, grown men were walking up and down the hallways drinking, the hotel room ac was broken, the tv would intermittently not work, absolutely filthy, super sketchy. We booked based on this websites pictures and reviews but they could not have been more misleading. I will say the hotel staff were very kind.

No front desk available to check me in. Had to reach expedia to reach a specialty so they could by themselves verify there was no clerk available in the hotel to check people in. Expedia had to reach quality inn specialty team in order to bring a backup team about an hour later to check me in. Terrible to be waiting in the lobby without knowing if I would be able to check in.

Staff is nice and helpful throughout our stay. It’s in walking distance from crackle barrel and In and Out restaurant and various other locations that were very close to the hotel. The room was what specious and had a lot of accommodation to fit our needs while our stay. Totally recommend this hotel to my family and friends to book when they are traveling. The hotel is clean and is affordable worth the stay.

The employees were rude and unfriendly upon check in and especially rude at checkout when I questioned my charges. I was told since I paid through Expedia to take it up with them. I was double charged and when I called to try and clear this up I was charged a third time. I never got a refund. I was over charge $140. Every time I try to talk to a manager- they are not in and no one can tell me when they will be in. Worst experience yet!

My personal room was clean and smelled nice. The parking lot was full of trash. I stayed 2 nights and every morning I would wake up to find my car with trash around it or on top of it. The last morning I stayed there was a huge puddle of puke by my driver door. The hallways were hot and smelled a little sour like it had been wet. The only staff I interacted with was the last at the front desk and she was very nice and sweet. Lots of outside noise.

Very convenient for our business trip. Right across from Cracker Barrel and 10 miles from the arena. We have stayed there three times & each time there was very little toilet paper and no extra. Will stay there again & ask for a roll when we register.

The place is run down, and the pool hasn’t worked in years. We were on the third floor, and the air conditioning in the hallway was out. In my first room, the air conditioning also didn’t work, so I had to be moved to another room. The furniture is outdated, and the property is not well maintained. I stayed there during the NCAA weekend, and there were no available rooms anywhere else to move to. The iron provided in my room was broken; I had to ask for one. While the staff was friendly, the place needs major updates. Be cautious with your vehicles; it feels sketchy, and a couple of people had their cars broken into. The remotes didn’t work, the phones in the room were nonfunctional, and the sofa bed had throw-up on it. The alarms didn’t work either—my smoke detector was on the floor in the closet. The building was hot and stuffy. The ice machine didn't work. The room was okay but it wasn't the best I have experienced. The breakfast was not very good. We had a late check in and when we got to desk no one was there, and when he did he had a little attitude. The continental breakfast wasn't that good. Only scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, cereal. That was the 1st day only. 2nd day no meat for breakfast only eggs, toast, cereal. No house keeping to rooms. Floor by bed the carpet was wet the whole time there.

Not a Quality Inn. A/C got hot in middle of night, must be on a program thermostat. Bed was not the greatest. Trash still in the room from previous occupants. Roll the dice, was expecting better for $200/ night. Rip Off!

The room wasn’t properly cleaned before we checked in. There was hair on the sheet that didn’t belong to us. There was toys left under the bed trash in the pull out sofa and the breakfast area had roaches by the cereal. There was also hair in the waffle batter. When I told the staff I was told to throw it away and make a new one from the same batter that had hair in it. There needs to be some major changes at this property front desk is rude over night and first shift needs work. Most people never know who they are encountering when we check in as regular guess. I’m an inspector this is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. 3rd floor near the elevator smells like maggots and rotten food. I will never stay at that location again.

Our refrigerator didnt work. Our phone had no cord to call front desk. They siad they would send maintenance, which didn't come until we had left for the evening. I needed to store insulin, which is why we rented a room with a fridge. We came back to a room that was able to just be walked into without a key. We thought maybe a fluke. Hut left our room barricaded while we slept. Came back from breakfast, which had no coffee, no milk for cereal, very little food options. Asked for coffee they said they had none. Went back to the room and door once again could be entered wirh no key. Made sure it was shut. But others from the room came up later, and were able to walk in with no key. Particularly disturbing, because the side door from the pool cam be accessed from the street, with no key. And there were prostitutes and drug use outside. Called on cell phone to front about coffee, which they didnt answer, suddenly they had some. Just checked on bank, to see if deposit had come back yet, to find they charged TWO deposits. And are holding both. No damage. Just holding our money. Absolutely awful.
