Great location. Close to everything but very quiet area and street. Residence was extremely clean and communication with host is fast and flawless. Will stay again.

The location was wonderful and pretty, The bed was very comfortable, lots of towels, lots of pillows, great water pressure, plenty of stuff available to use for cooking, the only things I didn’t care for were you have to park in the back of the house which wasn’t noted anywhere, then when you try to roll your luggage into the house there's no path from back to front it’s all grass, the back slider door dosent lock, just a piece of wood, they should warn you about that also like the parking, no warning …I do think the price is a bit high for the property, the place is very old as is the furniture, and parts were dirty, especially in the bathroom by the AC vent, dust up the entire wall and door, yet we pay a huge cleaning fee? also, the fans in the house can only be used when the lights are on and there’s like 4 EXTREMELY bright bulbs in them, and there’s tons of beaming light everywhere, the fan won’t work without the beaming runway lights! very frustrating…The AC worked great! The lock on the door is super easy. I didn’t realize check out was 11, I was leaving at 12 to head to the airport and and a man showed up at the back slider door knocking, then the place called me to say they are the cleaners and I need to leave!!! I just told her I need 20 more mins to finish packing and I’ll be gone.

Well. I’ll start with Pro’s: nice neighborhood, easy to find, only one step at back entrance, streaming television, full size refrigerator, washer and dryer with laundry detergent etc. , great beds, linens and towels, good communication with owner, who we discovered was a company in Florida with no one in the area to assist - this is when the Problems Began. CONS: shower and both curtains covered in black mold and the pull on the faucet to have water flow to the shower head was MISSING! This is Not something a cleaning crew could miss! Owner communicated quickly thru VRBO messaging with us wanting pictures. I was told they had no one to replace the curtain or fix the shower for two more days. A total of 5 days to not be able to shower. This was unacceptable to us as I know plumbers and cleaning staff work on holiday weekends but owners chose not to do that. Owner stated they would refund cleaning fee only and we again requested full refund stating VRBO requires working bathroom facilities. Moved out after three nights of a 8 night rental and told them. After several messages of health regulations, unsanitary conditions and unable to take care of personal hygiene, we were partially refunded plus cleaning fee. Run down, drawers bare wood with debris, worn out furniture. Park in back, walk around house to enter front, no paved pathway in front just dirt and grass. I hope the owners find a trustworthy person to manage a good renovation - potential is there.
