Sehr schönes hotel an guter lage, gute tiefgarage, freundliches personal, der aussenbereich lädt auch zum verweilen ein, die obdachlosen sind in seattle überall, am meisten bei dress for less an der pike-street, obwohl das hotel auch an der pike-street ist, waren keine obdachlosen in unmittelbarer umgebung und wir haben uns sicher gefühlt, aufgrund der kaputten klima-anlage mussten wir unser zimmer wechseln, was problemlos klappte

I stayed at Hotel Motif in Seattle from September 18th–20th, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. First, my dining credit was never applied as expected. On top of that, I accidentally left my tablet at the hotel and followed the proper lost-and-found process. Thankfully, my tablet was located, and I paid to have it shipped back to me. A shipping label was created, but my tablet still has not been returned to me. When I initially called to inquire about the status of my tablet, I was told the hotel had not received notification that I had paid for the return shipping. However, that explanation does not add up. The payment confirmation was sent to both the hotel and my email at the same time, so the hotel was notified. It is frustrating to have to chase down an item that has already been located and that I have paid to have returned. Between the dining credit issue and the continued delay in getting my personal property back, this experience has fallen well below my expectations. Customer service, communication, and accountability matter, and unfortunately, those expectations have not been met. I expected much better from Hotel Motif. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary effort to resolve this situation.

Front desk staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and ready to go upon arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed for a much needed nights sleep. The hotel is conveniently located close to Pike's Market which was a huge plus for us. My only complaint was the breakfast but everything can't be perfect. All in all I was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Seattle. Highly recommend!
