We went with 2 children (11 and 8) and all of us had a fantastic stay! We loved the whole hotel complex, especially the games room and pool. The location was amazing, and we couldn’t get enough of the stunning views! The only negative was that the apartment only had air conditioning, and no windows to open.

Had an amazing stay for my husband’s birthday. Spacious room, very clean, sofa was surprisingly comfy not many sofas at these type of places are. The facilities were lovely, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views of the coast from the bed. Dog was very happy with quietness of room. Pool and hot tub was warm. Everything we needed I the kitchen. Had. A lovely stay.

Was thoroughly impressed with the full package on offer at SeaSpace. Great rooms and lots of additional facilities (amazing pool area, kids playgrounds, games room, laundry etc) to keep everyone happy. I know it's an aparthotel but my one gripe is that they didn't clean the rooms or change the sheets/towels. We stayed for a week and by the end things were a little sandy/musty. We could have chosen to pay for new towels and a mid stay clean but it felt like that kind of thing should be offered as the hotel part of being an aparthotel. Aside from that, loved it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great location for a 'home base' in Newquay. The Family Studios set up was perfect for our family of four (kids 4 &7), with all the essentials we needed for our trip. We had a mix of meals in the room with the incredible sea view as well as dining out. Note that the mini fridge in the room does not have a freezer compartment, so one to think about when planning groceries for the week. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and loved that we could watch our Netflix/Disney/etc on the TV. The games room and playgrounds were great for keeping the kids entertained, and they (of course) loved the pool. Only improvement we could suggest are having a few more hooks for hanging up towels/wet things to dry -- there was a long stretch of empty wall that would be perfect for this. Otherwise, there's just a small towel radiator and one hook on the back of the bathroom door -- not enough with 4 people! There is a hanging rail, but this was fully used up with all our coats/hoodies for the changing weather. The pool was a bit on the chilly side at 26* (we're used to warmer in our local pool), still enjoyable once you're in, but may shorten your swimming time for those with tiny ones. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again!

This was our 2nd visit to Seaspace. It’s not been a huge disappointment, but didn’t meet with the expectations. My wife had to drag food out of the swimming pool, there appeared to be no monitoring of the actions of others in the pool, my daughter asked to leave due to some over eager teenagers. The on site restaurant was definitely understaffed and struggled with the number of customers, which is a shame as the team on shift were amazing, but overwhelmed. I’m 6ft 2, so not abnormally tall, but I found the bed short and uncomfortable.

Hotel was excellent, seemingly only opened a short while. The rooms were well appointed and the gym/cafe/pool were all great. Staff were friendly and the location was good, outside the town itself but nice and quiet with walkable beaches nearby.

Amazing stay at this very family friendly hotel, walking distance from the beach! They have indoor and outdoor play areas to keep kids entertained. Staff were very friendly too. Love the optional Day pass for those wanting to access facilities after check out.

Wow! A beautifully renovated hotel, with excellent facilities and beautiful view. Feels very fresh, clean and new. Meet locals in the outside bar terrace, which is a great sign of its place in the local community. Highly recommended. Don't forget your swimwear!

The hotel is in very good condition, very clean. The staffs are very helpful, thank Chloe helping me change room. Swimming pool is exceptional, not in basement but behind the front desk, make me feel comfortable even swim alone.

4 night break with family in half term. Hotel was new when we stayed so everything was fresh and in spoiled by others. Room was great, nice bathroom and lounge area. Kitchen well stocked to do basic cooking in terms of utensils etc. food at the restaurant was a bit lacking in choice, however was very tasty. No complaints here.

What a great place to stay! We spent two nights in a studio for two which was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean, The staff were really lovely and so helpful, I would definitely book again and 100% recommend it. Thank you Seaspace we loved it!

The downside was that our room (110) looked at a brick wall with no views over the countryside. Bottom half of the window was frosted to hide the AC unit and fresh air units and ductwork which run 24/7 that sat on a roof in front off our windows. On the plus side the room was large, clean and well equipped as was the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was bigger than it looked and a pleasure to use. Cafe and restaurant was also great with nice friendly staff and the good food.

Absolutely worth every penny. The decor is wonderful. Beds comfy, showers hot and powerful, kitchen stocked with essentials (tea, coffee, milk, washing up liquid). The view was phenomenal!

Lovely stay at Seaspace! Perfect rooms with a lovely view. Only down side was we couldn’t turn off the fan at night and it was quite noisy! Would highly recommend though. We ate at Tallo and the cafe. Lovely food at both.

Looks lovely but when you go into reception/bar/restaurant/cafe it is incredibly noisy and poorly lit. The floor design is terrible. Couldn’t find a lift and no one ever around to ask. Two floors up is fine but not when you’re getting all your luggage in. Apartments are beautiful when you first open the door but they are stuffy. Can’t cook anything as windows don’t open at all! Hated every second of our stay and wanted to leave immediately.

We booked Seaspace for a cosy winter getaway with our baby, drawn by its promise of home comforts and luxury alongside stunning sea views. The listing on Expedia made it seem perfect for our first family trip—a relaxing escape where we could do something special, like staying in to cook while watching the sunset over the sea, a change from our usual nights at home in the winter. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find our room overlooked a car park and garden instead of the advertised sea views. The room felt dark and closed off, nothing like the bright, open-plan spaces shown. What made it worse was that we paid the same price as the sea-view studios, yet there were no clear descriptions or photos in the listing to indicate we’d receive a different room type. Staff admitted the listing needed updates but, as the hotel was fully booked, couldn’t offer a room change, discount, or compensation. While their honesty was appreciated, it didn’t ease our disappointment, especially since the room was the main reason we booked this getaway. That said, the hotel is a beautiful, chilled environment for families. The Scandinavian/art deco design, baby-friendly touches like baby spoons, and welcoming atmosphere make it ideal for a relaxing escape. The pool area is stunning, and the family-oriented vibe is lovely. If we’d had the room we expected, this would’ve been a 5/5 stay. However, the misleading booking process and unfair pricing left us disappointed.

The listing on Expedia made it seem perfect for our first family trip—a relaxing escape where we could do something special, like staying in to cook while watching the sunset over the sea, a change from our usual nights at home in the winter. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find our room overlooked a car park and garden instead of the advertised sea views. The room felt dark and closed off, nothing like the bright, open-plan spaces shown. What made it worse was that we paid the same price as the sea-view studios, yet there were no clear descriptions or photos in the listing to indicate we’d receive a different room type. Staff admitted the listing needed updates but, as the hotel was fully booked, couldn’t offer a room change, discount, or compensation. While their honesty was appreciated, it didn’t ease our disappointment, especially since the room was the main reason we booked this getaway. That said, the hotel is a beautiful, chilled environment for families. The Scandinavian/art deco design, baby-friendly touches like baby spoons, and welcoming atmosphere make it ideal for a relaxing escape. The pool area is stunning, and the family-oriented vibe is lovely. If we’d had the room we expected, this would’ve been a 5/5 stay. However, the misleading booking process and unfair pricing left us disappointed.

Great location for a 'home base' in Newquay. The Family Studios set up was perfect for our family of four (kids 4 &7), with all the essentials we needed for our trip. We had a mix of meals in the room with the incredible sea view as well as dining out. Note that the mini fridge in the room does not have a freezer compartment, so one to think about when planning groceries for the week. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and loved that we could watch our Netflix/Disney/etc on the TV. The games room and playgrounds were great for keeping the kids entertained, and they (of course) loved the pool. Only improvement we could suggest are having a few more hooks for hanging up towels/wet things to dry -- there was a long stretch of empty wall that would be perfect for this. Otherwise, there's just a small towel radiator and one hook on the back of the bathroom door -- not enough with 4 people! There is a hanging rail, but this was fully used up with all our coats/hoodies for the changing weather. The pool was a bit on the chilly side at 26* (we're used to warmer in our local pool), still enjoyable once you're in, but may shorten your swimming time for those with tiny ones. Bottom half of the window was frosted to hide the AC unit and fresh air units and ductwork which run 24/7 that sat on a roof in front off our windows. On the plus side the room was large, clean and well equipped as was the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was bigger than it looked and a pleasure to use. Cafe and restaurant was also great with nice friendly staff and the good food.

Looks lovely but when you go into reception/bar/restaurant/cafe it is incredibly noisy and poorly lit. The floor design is terrible. Couldn’t find a lift and no one ever around to ask. Two floors up is fine but not when you’re getting all your luggage in. Apartments are beautiful when you first open the door but they are stuffy. Can’t cook anything as windows don’t open at all! Hated every second of our stay and wanted to leave immediately.

What a great place to stay! We spent two nights in a studio for two which was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean, The staff were really lovely and so helpful, I would definitely book again and 100% recommend it. Thank you Seaspace we loved it!

Hotel was excellent, seemingly only opened a short while. The rooms were well appointed and the gym/cafe/pool were all great. Staff were friendly and the location was good, outside the town itself but nice and quiet with walkable beaches nearby.

Even though it was outside Newquay it was in a great position. Safe, quiet and had wonderful views out the front. Facilities were excellent and the staff were honestly, perfect. Big up the mad cafe staff who took care of our ADHD/Autistic son who brings his own set of challenges.

We went with 2 children (11 and 8) and all of us had a fantastic stay! We loved the whole hotel complex, especially the games room and pool. The location was amazing, and we couldn’t get enough of the stunning views! The only negative was that the apartment only had air conditioning, and no windows to open.

Lovely stay at Seaspace! Perfect rooms with a lovely view. Only down side was we couldn’t turn off the fan at night and it was quite noisy! Would highly recommend though. We ate at Tallo and the cafe. Lovely food at both.

4 night break with family in half term. Hotel was new when we stayed so everything was fresh and in spoiled by others. Room was great, nice bathroom and lounge area. Kitchen well stocked to do basic cooking in terms of utensils etc. food at the restaurant was a bit lacking in choice, however was very tasty. No complaints here.

This was our 2nd visit to Seaspace. It’s not been a huge disappointment, but didn’t meet with the expectations. My wife had to drag food out of the swimming pool, there appeared to be no monitoring of the actions of others in the pool, my daughter asked to leave due to some over eager teenagers. The on site restaurant was definitely understaffed and struggled with the number of customers, which is a shame as the team on shift were amazing, but overwhelmed. I’m 6ft 2, so not abnormally tall, but I found the bed short and uncomfortable.

Sea Space is superb. Such a good place for a family, loads of stuff for the kids, nice bar, restaurant etc for adults. Love it. One gripe is the price, no drop in price for bank holiday Monday night, hotel was empty. Also for the price you pay, no concession for breakfast as a guest and the cafe on site is not cheap at all.

Overall a good stay with a few small suggestions We had a good stay overall and would happily return. The staff and the room itself were fine, and everything worked as expected.
