Overall we enjoyed our experience, the only complaint was the hot tub being out of order. The breakfast was a expected. kinda noisy but again nothing unexpected. Water pressure was great. Staff very friendly and facility very clean. Pool and weight room is 24 hours which is very nice if u wanna go swimming late. All in all a very good place to stay. Beware if hotel is full parking will be scarce.

Frankly the the room really needed a very deep cleaning the paint was stained and chipped, at a minimum the carpet needed a deep cleaning or better yet replacement, the curtains were heavily stained with gigantic stains some of them look like they could possibly be blood, the couch was stained and felt grimy to sit on The room was well vacuumed and dusted, the amenities all seemed to work fine. The bathroom was clean. however this room really needed a major deep cleaning and freshening especially the curtains they were horrendous!

This was a very clean facility, with a nice clean pool & hot tub. The breakfast bar was kept clean, stocked, and with plenty of options. We have been traveling a lot lately, and this is probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Staff is friendly, and the hotel is within 5 minutes of the Spokane Valley Mall, restaurants, and within walking distance from the hospital (which is located across the street). Pool is open 24/7, and many people seemed to be late to breakfast and they still ensured late arrivals were taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel. The buildings/area directly around are a little dingy, and it almost feels like this hotel is too good for where it is located. Whomever is running this id doing an incredible job with cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.

The carpet in our room was filthy. It was so dirty we couldn’t walk in our bare feet. There were flies in the room too. The juice dispenser was out of order and the elevator is so narrow you couldn’t get two people and a luggage carrier in it.

Well, my room had bedbugs so I would give the cleanliness a 0 star if I could. Just moved my mother across country to take care of her because of dementia and now I possibly have a bedbug problem to deal with at this new house because of my stay here, so that's just lovely. Staff was friendly but couldn't do much other than get a refund. That's great but doesn't help with the fact that this is going to impact my life in a pretty terrible way for a while.

After an 8 Hour drive I didn't expect to have to wait for 15 minutes for the front desk clerk to finish taking a picture of the full moon outside before I could check in. Once we checked in, we went to our room, it was a pretty basic room, which was fine because we were only there for one night. The thing that turned me off was the smell of the pillows. Frankly, they smelt like stinky feet. We were supposed to stay there on our drive back through Spokane, but I cancelled it and got a different hotel.

After an 8 Hour drive I didn't expect to have to wait for 15 minutes for the front desk clerk to finish taking a picture of the full moon outside before I could check in. Once we checked in, we went to our room, it was a pretty basic room, which was fine because we were only there for one night. The thing that turned me off was the smell of the pillows. We had booked a 2 Queen room and had called the hotel directly to make sure we could get a roll away bed, we were told yes, no problem! Upon arrival, we were informed that the room could not accommodate a roll away bed. Mike at the front desk upgraded us to a family suite and made the entire process smooth and we got checked in quickly. He was so very accommodating and all the staff were so friendly. The pool was a little dirty, but was cleaned promptly when advised. Otherwise the hotel was very clean and well kept. A bit on the older side but was still great. Breakfast was good. They had good options for a hot breakfast. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Lexi, front desk attendant, was amazing! I had all my belongings stolen from my car while at a conference. She fixed me up with hygiene essentials and was extremely thoughtful and kind. Service was exceptional! Thank you, Lexi!

Being in Spokane Valley, it’s situated away from the heavier populated locations of downtown Spokane. Excellent location, easily accessible to shopping, food and universities. Free parking. Free breakfast. Great customer svc.

This was a very clean facility, with a nice clean pool & hot tub. The breakfast bar was kept clean, stocked, and with plenty of options. We have been traveling a lot lately, and this is probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Staff is friendly, and the hotel is within 5 minutes of the Spokane Valley Mall, restaurants, and within walking distance from the hospital (which is located across the street). Pool is open 24/7, and many people seemed to be late to breakfast and they still ensured late arrivals were taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel. The buildings/area directly around are a little dingy, and it almost feels like this hotel is too good for where it is located. Whomever is running this id doing an incredible job with cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.

Breakfast was average, but decent. The scrambled eggs had flavor, & the link sausage was good. The orange juice was awful. Everything else was edible. The staff is very friendly & professional; they seem happy working there & genuinely interested. The pool & hot tub are open 24 hours, which is great; hopefully, I’ll be able to take advantage of that next time! The biggest thing I truly appreciated was how quiet this hotel is—someone did a great job with sound-proofing between rooms!

I was greeted by one of the friendliest front desk staff and quickly got my key and all the information I would need for my stay like breakfast times and wifi password. Their beds were very comfy and the room was clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet was great as well with multiple options to choose from, including hot items and a waffle bar. Amazing value for the price.

Our fourth stay at this Comfort Inn. We preferred it because the breakfasts were so good. Not anymore—bring back the biscuits and gravy!

Nice hotel. Very prompt in bringing us extra towels when we had to ask as there was three of us staying those 2 nights. Very friendly staff and room was clean. Breakfast was ok and we appreciated them having a variety of options of options (like bagels, waffles, juice, etc). Appreciated them having black out curtains (to black out the lights outside) since the regular curtains didn't close all the way. Front desk staff was almost immediate response and always friendly. Housekeeping staff was the best we have ever seen and they also cleaned the filters in the AC units (not a lot of housekeeping staff do that) and my husband who has worked in maintenance knows where the filters are and was very impressed.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was older and shows it. The carpet in the room was very dirty and stained. Coffee was available downstairs but the room coffee maker was not single use and the coffee they had was single pot and did not taste good. The staff being friendly was the reason we didn’t give 1 or 2 stars. Pool is open 24 hours and a strong chlorine smell throughout. Convenient location. Would likely stay elsewhere next time in the area.

The public areas of the hotel were very clean. Our room was clean in general but there were several stains on the floor and a weird musty/stale smoke smell in the room. Nothing terrible, but definitely noticeable. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and we loved the 24/7 access to the pool.
