Very clean and easy motel to get in and out of. Kitchenette is nice and staff was great. Breakfast was very busy, but had a good assortment of food being constantly replenished.

The staff was very nice- especially the staff at breakfast in the morning. The neighborhood didn’t feel super super safe but i think that’s normal for a city. Parking was easy and check in and out was easy. The hotel was clean too. The only thing that was a little annoying was they called 3x because the credit card on file wasn’t mine, it was just excessive - seems it would be easier to deal with when I got there. The day of they called me twice back to back but I was driving and using my phone to navigate getting there. I pulled over thinking it was urgent and they just wanted to know if I was bringing a pet? Huh? You called me twice for that? Why not ask me when I get there. They were friendly tho- just an odd amount of calls before arriving.

For the price, this is a great option when visiting Vancouver! Only 15 minutes or so from downtown Vancouver across the spectacular Lions Gate bridge and so close to Stanley Park. This is a classic "motor lodge" with free parking and the Continental Breakfast was plentiful and even had a pancake machine. Upgraded pastries and a great selection.

For the price, this is a great option when visiting Vancouver! Only 15 minutes or so from downtown Vancouver across the spectacular Lions Gate bridge and so close to Stanley Park. This is a classic "motor lodge" with free parking and the Continental Breakfast was plentiful and even had a pancake machine. Upgraded pastries and a great selection.

The room is spotless and my check-in was lightening fast and professional. The hotel smells good - not moldy at all. The hotel is very quiet. For the price, so far I'm impressed. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of options. I was very happy with my stay. The only thing that would improve the hotel at this price point would be to have a few pet friendly rooms.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and the amenities were great, the room was spotless clean, beds very comfortable and there was no carpet in the room, which we really appreciated. Only downside was breakfast, no eggs, no savoury options except for processed cheese slices and ham, only unhealthy and extra sweet junk food unfortunately.

The room was clean and comfortable. A/C was quiet and working well. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Only drawback was the condition of the bathroom. The wallpaper was lifting off the walls and I am sure there was black mold in behind it. the bath floor also needed new grout around tiles.

Entered the room and it had a moldy smell. We had to open the window of our first floor room to air out the smell. Even after airing out the room, it still had a smell that lingered. Breakfast was subpar, mostly muffins and pastries and NO to-go cups. We couldn’t get our coffee to-go.

Despie the room being very dated it was spacious and clean. The location is great for access to north vancouver sites and the ferry. Many dining options are available within walking distance. Breakfast that was included had variety.

The room was almost right on the side of a busy road. Asked staff for a quieter room and offered one a few doors away but same proximity to busy road. When asked how we could get a quieter room the staff on duty advised we could if we had booked directly with hotel not thru expedia. The room was comfortable but the road noise and noise from next door make sleep difficult. The neighbouring rooms kids were literally running around - stomping at 5am. Yikes! I thought i was booking a familiar hotel close by. When i realized my mistake I opted to go ahead and try it. I wont make that mistake again.

Incredibly noisy, the door to the outside did not dampen or even block any sound so it was very hard to fall asleep. The mattresses and pillows were not the comfiest. The rest was okay, the breakfast was mediocre.

Newly renovated rooms, complete with kitchenette and stuffs that you need. Clean room. I love having slippers in the rooms. Breakfast is good as well, very attentive staff, ask us if we wanted our room to be made. Front desk person is very friendly, gave us extra set of towels. Good price . Hopefully they'll renovate the exterior of the building too specially the pool.

I got a room upgrade, was quite nice. A little noisy outside in the morning though. And I could not get into the wifi, and night desk clerk didn’t know how. Otherwise, good value.

We were kept up by the adjoining room. Till 4am. Called the front desk once at 2 am and another time at 4 am. The phone wasnt answer neither time. Phoned the hotel from my cell phone finally got an answer. Put in a compliant they phoned the room multiple times no one answered. I could hear them saying they wouldnt answer it. So they never sent anyone too the door never offfered any compensation when we talked to them the next morning. The gentleman in 131 was also complaining about it as well. Banging in floors walls. Terrible service

The stay itself was great. Clean, close to food and coffee shops that you can walk to as well as grocery options. However, the guy who checked us in was unnecessarily rude to us. We came from Oregon and I had called the hotel ahead of time and said that we would be arriving after midnight, not exactly sure when. Checking in the guy was so rude and said "you're late" I said "I called to tell you I would be here after midnight" he cut me off and said "it's 2 am, after midnight". Yeah bus 2 am is after midnight, just like I said when I called. I found it to be extremely rude for no reason. We were tired and had a long trip and it was not needed at all. Highly unprofessional. Luckily the rest of our stay was smooth and pleasant. I would just take a look at how you talk to guests.

When she gave us the room key and breakfast coupon, she did not say anything to let us know that was done, we could go. We had to ask her if we could go. She said yes, then we said “Thank you so much”. Then she did not say anything to us. That was rude and unprofessional. This was never happened to us in the US. Maybe it is normal to act like it in Canada. I don’t know. Or maybe she was being racist? We do not know

Location, location, location. 10 minutes away from downtown Vancouver, 8 minutes away from the grouse grind hike and ski resort. Down the street from Walmart. Everything perfect location wise. Free parking and tons of it for you. Staff is nice and helpful.

Great spot to stay. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious with a fridge and microwave. Free breakfast was excellent - pancakes, pastries, etc. Adequate parking. Location was good - it's on the northside but is very close to Stanley Park and just up the road from Capillano Suspension Bridge.

Clean, quiet, very comfortable beds, all the conveniences needed in the room. Breakfast was the best continental that we have had in Canada. Accommodating and friendly staff. Will be back soon.

Staff was great and the breakfast was well maintained and well stocked, nothing fancy but lots of juice variations and pastries and bread and even ham and cheese for breakfast sandwich. Great place to rest up the night before our flight out of Vancouver.

Room was fine. Breakfast was disappointing with no hot protein options. We came back to our room at 2:30 pm one day, to find that our room had not been cleaned, despite the cleaning cart being next door when we left before 9am. After last minute changes, we asked if we could pay for a late check out and cancel our last night, due to a change of plans (which the woman at check in made seem like a possibility). We were told that it had to be before 1pm, yet another parent from our sports team was allowed to do a late check out at 3pm, and cancel their last night. I called at 12:40pm to inquire, and was told that we had to be out by 1pm. This would not have been enough time to get back to the motel and pack our belongings. Very disappointing, as we live on an island, and wanted to get back early to deal with something. I don’t think that we will be staying here again.

For the price, this is a great option when visiting Vancouver! Only 15 minutes or so from downtown Vancouver across the spectacular Lions Gate bridge and so close to Stanley Park. This is a classic "motor lodge" with free parking and the Continental Breakfast was plentiful and even had a pancake machine. Upgraded pastries and a great selection.

The motel is average—moderately clean and moderately cozy. I do wish they offered eggs for breakfast instead of only carb-heavy options. The crows were stealing food right off the tables, even though the breakfast area was closed (not sure how they got in there!). The lady who checked us in didn’t even look at us, which felt a bit odd. Overall, it’s worth the money.

The room is clean. Staff are friendly. Check in/out was quick and easy. I would suggest that they can increase the variety of foods for the breakfast. I was a bit surprised that eggs weren't available.

Overall spotless clean and renovated rooms. Breakfast was well maintained and lots of choices, I particularly like the pancake machine, I’m sure a hit with the kids. Only criticism is it’s called a Hotel, but in fact is a motel. When you park your car directly in front of your room it’s a motel. This seems pretty prevalent along the strip. Not a major thing, but an important distinction. Would be nice to have a Hot-Tub but not a deal breaker.

The room smelled like musk. Bathroom drywall had obvious water leak and was moldy all around tub. The bathtub floor was rotten and covered in pubic hair, if me and my wife tried showering together we would have ended up on the first floor. Had to keep the windows open for the smell, but then heard all the unhoused druggies fight outside all night over a sandwhich. TV remote barely worked so we got stuck watching Judge Judy for 2 days straight. Fridge smelt like someone left a tuna salad in it for weeks. I will never come back to this place. I came because of the cheap price, and I ended up paying the price for a horrible room out of a Stephen King book. Asked the staff for a plate so I can microwave my dinner that now tasted like fish and was told they don't have any paper plates or utensils, so I didn't eat. Never have I seen such deceiving photos of a hotel. At the end of the day I ended up getting my cheeks clapped so I guess it was a win. 2/10 stars
