We stayed 6 nights in a garden bungalow! It was amazing, the photos on various sites are legit 3 pools, pool bar, lagoon access. Staff are super friendly and helpful Small tip, due to earthquakes the roads around the property are in poor condition, so when doing day trips better to leave early due to traffic and slow driving

Nice, family friendly resort. Staff have smiles on their faces. Plenty of food available for every meal. Golf course is fun but needs some serious attention to greens, mowing, green flags etc. Our room was spacious and quiet.

Warwick Le Lagon is a large, well-maintained property that’s ideal for families and elderly guests. If mobility is a concern, I’d definitely recommend booking a villa closer to the main restaurant and amenities to avoid long walks. Although they do have buggies. The buffet dinners were excellent value — around $50 AUD — and kids eat free, which is a huge bonus for families. Breakfast was decent but exactly the same every day, so it can get a bit repetitive if you’re staying more than a few days. Lunches were average for kids free option and didn’t vary much. There’s plenty to do, including water sports — and free sailing is a standout. The setting is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views over the lagoon. Skip the turtle sanctuary, though — it felt more like a holding pen. If you’re up for it, head to Top Rock for snorkeling instead — it’s stunning, though not suitable if you have mobility limitations. Overall, a great resort for young families who’ll get the most value from the kid-friendly deals, activities, and the stunning location. I’d recommend no more than five days due to limited food options.

My children and I spent time in Vanuatu recently and stayed here. We really enjoyed the swim up bar and selection of swimming pools on offer. We visited in the school holidays and although the property appeared busy they had closed one of the restaurants due to not enough guests for dinner. The buffet breakfast was not the best, plenty of options but the quality of the food was the problem. The omelette and egg making station with the foot cook fresh was the highlight. Our room was beautifully located on the waters edge and with a double bed and 2 singles was perfect for us all to have our own bed. We enjoyed the pool bar the most, such a fun and relaxing time.

Its a nice place but they are not delivering. Theres a pool out of action. The restaurants are only offering a 'pool' menu. No culture shows or fire spinning as advertised. And no communication about any of it. Staff don't seem to know much. Irs nice, but we are very dissapointed.

2 star service and property 5 star prices. Honestly couldn’t recommend it. Property is rundown and not well managed. Tiles stripping away from the pool rubbish throughout the grounds, never towels available at the pool never towels available through housekeeping. Service was always slow, no greetings or welcomes just staring past you until eventually it was impossible to ignore. Couldn’t check in until 3.5 hours after check in - no apology no communication, no updates unless we chased them. Buffet was constantly empty and the quality of food was barely edible. Plates and cutlery never removed from common areas - left out overnight. Housekeeping never removed any rubbish or plates. Room service never answered the calls and the a la carte pizza I ordered was gross. Wanted to love this place. It’s in a beautiful location and has everything it needs to be a great destination but the investment in the property is required and the management of the team and the service is required. The whole stay felt budget… only it wasn’t!

The pool area and day spa were my go tops. Excellent! We were away from everything which I liked but meant a taxi or bus had to be taken to go anywhere.

Overall really good, pool area is fantastic and location to the lagoon and water suburb. Only improvement could be that wifi is an extra charge which was quite a disappointment and their dining options could use some revamping (limited menu options in wild ginger restaurant).

The location is nice, and the resort has a lot potential, but it needs better upkeep and staff more training. Pros: The lagoon is beautiful, and there are lots of activities and events on the daily program. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was good. It's easy to get to the city and other locations using taxis or the local bus service. Cons: There were no towels in our room when we arrived. There are not enough pool towels to go around. The food was average, and we once waited for our food for an hour before we cancelled the order and left (there is a nice Asian restaurant just outside the resort gates). The kettle in the room was broken; the staff were notified but the issue wasn't rectified in the one week we stayed there. The rooms and the outside areas could be cleaner; there was even some broken glass in the pool area. The playground could be cleaner and some parts of it are frankly unsafe.

The room was a bit tired but kept very clean. The bar staff at the pool were very friendly and accommodating, they are the best asset to the hotel. What was disappointing was that it was our 20th Wedding Anniversary and I had emailed ahead to the hotel prior to our stay hoping when we arrived there would be some acknowledgment but nothing.

This once luxury resort has been grossly neglected during the past 2 years. It certainly was not in any condition to open when it did even though there were very few guests. The pool area and paths were mouldy, path lighting at night barely existent making it dangerous and slippery in wet conditions. The gardens were in a terrible state and many of the shelters along the waterfront were falling down. The buffet breakfast was extremely basic… what you might expect at a 2 star resort. Buffet dinner was similar in variety but the cost had not been reduced. The swim up pool bar serviced drinks in glassware…. Not at all safe! Overall I have stayed in 2 star resorts that compared to this. If this resort wishes to retain its status then they certainly must spend an enormous amount of money and work bring it back to former standard. Unfortunately the local staff have to bare the brunt of the disappointed and irate guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the Warwick. The staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming-special shout out to Fraser! The property is well kept, gardens are beautiful and the view across the lagoon is stunning. We stayed in a garden villa which was nice, clean and comfortable- easily fit a family of 3. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice with a lot of options however the dinner buffet lacked variety and we found it repetitive over the week. Luckily we were told about some local restaurants (three pigs and banyan beach club) which we visited to mix up the dinner options. Overall the food was ok. Kids eat free (including lunch) which was awesome, however the kids options were also limited. The pool area was beautiful, clean and really well maintained. Water sports (kayaks /padels etc) were a great offering to guests, we used the water sports most days. The only negative for us was the kids club, unfortunately it lacked options and enthusiasm, it’s a little tired and under resourced. The lady who runs the club was lovely and I felt safe leaving my daughter there, however there were little activities organised and even though the schedule looks impressive in reality most days the main activities didn’t happen. In fairness this was due to lack of resources available post the earth quake so we feel in time this should improve. Overall our stay was wonderful, the staff are all so lovely and the property was really well kept. I’d highly recommend!

Just arrived back from a 1 week holiday here and it was excellent. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding the house keepers do an awsome job. The buffet breakfast was so good especially the scrambled eggs, thank you chef. The kids club which was awsome the kids didnt want to leave. The grounds were always clean and well maintained. We spent most of our time in the pools. Highly recommend this resort for families they really look after you here and safe for the kids. I even saw another family come in just for the breakfast but they were staying at a different resort. If u visit vanuatu u must stay at tgis resort you wont be disappointed. There is so much to do here inuding Kayaking and a gym. I met a woman ther that had been going back every year for the last 10years. Thats how good it is. Theres even a small store up the road walking distance if you need something like drinks or snacks. The resort is huge and we will be back next year with the whole family. Highly recommended. Thank you Warwick.

We stayed 6 nights in a garden bungalow! It was amazing, the photos on various sites are legit 3 pools, pool bar, lagoon access. Staff are super friendly and helpful Small tip, due to earthquakes the roads around the property are in poor condition, so when doing day trips better to leave early due to traffic and slow driving

We had a fabulous lagoon view with a large balcony. More comfortable out door seating would have improved this area but there was beach loungers available around the pools and lagoon. Resort was quiet, clean and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed breakfasts with lots of good options. Pancakes described as "heavenly" by our granddaughter.

Nice, family friendly resort. Staff have smiles on their faces. Plenty of food available for every meal. Golf course is fun but needs some serious attention to greens, mowing, green flags etc. Our room was spacious and quiet.

Warwick Le Lagon , is very dated and in desperate need of an upgrade , showers, dirty grout, shower pressure terrible. Toilet seat broken, Bedding and furniture dated and worn out. Door to room hanging on with one hinge. Gym Equipment Broken. Pool table and tennis table warn cues in poor condition. Really dissapointed. Don't get fooled by opening photos. Service from staff is great, lovely people, just a shame they let the owner has let the resort go. Owners need to step in and upgrade the rooms. The resort is in a great spot, just needs a lot of TLC.

Bed was very squeaky. Toilet only had full flush and uneven seat. Wardrobe door didn’t open or close Safe was locked so could not use. Fly wire kept falling out and was ripped. Staff did not resupply room every day with water, tea, coffee etc Dining room never had sufficient plates, glasses etc. Toasters did not toast. Pool ran out of towels. Resort appeared to be understaffed. Staff were friendly. Outside area improved as work was completed after the earthquake.

Loved our overwater villa in such a beautiful location. The whole resort was quiet and relaxing. We did think that service was exceptionally slow and not very attentive to anyone’s needs in comparison to other places we have visited.

My children and I spent time in Vanuatu recently and stayed here. We really enjoyed the swim up bar and selection of swimming pools on offer. We visited in the school holidays and although the property appeared busy they had closed one of the restaurants due to not enough guests for dinner. The buffet breakfast was not the best, plenty of options but the quality of the food was the problem. The omelette and egg making station with the foot cook fresh was the highlight. Our room was beautifully located on the waters edge and with a double bed and 2 singles was perfect for us all to have our own bed. We enjoyed the pool bar the most, such a fun and relaxing time.

Where to start? 1.Contacted the property twice before arrival for airport transfers to have nil reply or pick thus had to use a taxi. 2.Reception upon booking in had a porter take us to our room, half way there we where heading in the wrong direction as we had previously stayed there. Upon return to reception we where told it was our issue and to take it up with reservation. I showed them by booking and room booked to be told once again it was my issue. Upon demanding to see the manager who then realised we had been put in with a booking group, then gave us the correct room however not having the king size bed as in the reservation. Reception staff need alot of training as the first point of contact 3.Dining for dinner at the terrace is quite limited, even though they have different night specialties. Most of the food is only warm, not hot and catering is mostly for the kids with half the options being the same every night of nuggets, chips, spaghetti etc and it shows in the lack of people that go there for dinner. Wild ginger restaurant is Good however 4. Drinks are very over priced. A $14 bottle of wine in AUS they sell for $114 AUS 5.As in point 2 we have stayed here previously in 2019 and its very noticeable the drop in staff attitudes. When it's 1 or 2 it's the staff, but in this case its the management. you see them walking around everyday looking for faults and to pull one staff member aside and give them a talking to in front of guest is not a good look.

Checkin took over one hour even though we were next in line. The staff had no idea about the Expedia VIP perks and never heard of it so decided not to give us. The restaurant doesn't get sweeped at night after dinner so you see all the crumbs and spillage the next morning at breakfast. We had to check out early so asked the front desk and the restaurant for a breakfast package to go. They said they would drop it off at our room in the evening. When I went back front desk to check on it in the evening, the receptionist said it was too late and they don't do that. When I insisted I had talked to both the morning receptionist and the cafeteria manager about it, the receptionist became very ill mannered. All attitude and poor service.

We had a wonderful stay at the Warwick. The staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming-special shout out to Fraser! The property is well kept, gardens are beautiful and the view across the lagoon is stunning. We stayed in a garden villa which was nice, clean and comfortable- easily fit a family of 3. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice with a lot of options however the dinner buffet lacked variety and we found it repetitive over the week. Luckily we were told about some local restaurants (three pigs and banyan beach club) which we visited to mix up the dinner options. Overall the food was ok. Kids eat free (including lunch) which was awesome, however the kids options were also limited. The pool area was beautiful, clean and really well maintained. Water sports (kayaks /padels etc) were a great offering to guests, we used the water sports most days. The only negative for us was the kids club, unfortunately it lacked options and enthusiasm, it’s a little tired and under resourced. The lady who runs the club was lovely and I felt safe leaving my daughter there, however there were little activities organised and even though the schedule looks impressive in reality most days the main activities didn’t happen. In fairness this was due to lack of resources available post the earth quake so we feel in time this should improve. Overall our stay was wonderful, the staff are all so lovely and the property was really well kept. I’d highly recommend!

This is not a 4.5/ 5 star resort. the room was nice we were grateful of the upgrade provided to a pool villa. If it wasn’t for that, it would’ve been a subpar stay and we would have checked out. Staff were not friendly. Food was terrible and if low quality and the overall service were not what you would expect of a 4.5 star resort. Some customer service training would be handy given that Vanuatu‘s main attraction is tourism. In comparison to the other location that we stayed for a week nothing was too much effort. Water sport facilities and quality of equipment was good. Ability to source transport to go into town to other restaurants was good. We enjoyed how spacious the property was and the facilities. The cleaners and gardeners did a great job always maintaining the property. The reception staff were quite rude. We had issues with our room, got locked out for hours on multiple occasions due to the card not working. Not one apology. A manager had told us they would make it up to us somehow but nothing was done. We lost almost a day of our holiday in total with the amount of issues and time spent going back and fourth to reception, very disappointed. Reception staff weren't just rude to us, every person who came to ask a question was treated like they were an inconvenience.

2 star service and property 5 star prices. Honestly couldn’t recommend it. Property is rundown and not well managed. Tiles stripping away from the pool rubbish throughout the grounds, never towels available at the pool never towels available through housekeeping. Service was always slow, no greetings or welcomes just staring past you until eventually it was impossible to ignore. Couldn’t check in until 3.5 hours after check in - no apology no communication, no updates unless we chased them. Buffet was constantly empty and the quality of food was barely edible. Plates and cutlery never removed from common areas - left out overnight. Housekeeping never removed any rubbish or plates. Room service never answered the calls and the a la carte pizza I ordered was gross. Wanted to love this place. It’s in a beautiful location and has everything it needs to be a great destination but the investment in the property is required and the management of the team and the service is required. The whole stay felt budget… only it wasn’t!

We paid for the all-inclusive package, but were constantly disappointed as many of the limited included items were frequently unavailable. The service throughout our stay was slow and disorganized, and the property itself feels quite outdated and in need of serious renovation. The gym equipment is in poor condition, and the pool towels were not only hard to find but also worn out and. It’s a real shame because the location and setting have so much potential, but the current standards fall far short of expectations.

Only thing that was a disappointment was the activites desk. Wanted to go snorkelling. Told us to come back at 1pm only to be told to come back at 2pm. Came back at then and told we couldn't go cause the boat was out. Waste of a day wanting to do that and screwed around. Other than that, stay was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Warwick, the staff were all lovely and friendly and overall the facilities catered to us well. The only downfalls were the quality of the food on occasion considering the high prices, as particularly the buffets at night weren’t always worth it and we wished we had ventured out more at nighttime. The breakfasts were always great and it made sense that they were super busy. The facilites were great, beautiful grounds and pools. Free water-sports on the lagoon were fantastic. Overall great place to stay in a beautiful location but be prepared to spend a lot of $$$ on food and drinks.

Great to be right on the lagoon with catamarans, SUPs, kayaks, tennis and golf. Staff are very friendly and helpful and easy access to Port Vila on the many private buses (150 Vatu pp)

Great location, only 10 mins from airport. Definitely some areas for improvement including rooms need upgrading, mattresses very uncomfortable, 2xdouble beds for 2A 2 children is a tight squeeze, breakfast buffet was the same every morning, limited vegetarian options in dinner buffet, no tea/coffee station offered for dinner buffet, we went to 4 themed buffet dinners and a lot of the time the food lacked flavour/variety and dessert table was very similar every night, no luggage trolley to take your luggage to your room, pool spa was lukewarm when it should be a lot hotter, fun room had a lot of things that didn't work. Beautiful location, enjoyable kayaking, and an amazing fire show. Daily room service and easy access to Port Vila (5-10 mins). Kids club/play area was nice, though not many other kids were there. Misses Slow check-in process. Issues with our villa’s pool (stagnant water, poor filtration, strong chlorine). Bathroom light exploded (due to bugs). Noisy air conditioning unit. Expensive and unreliable Wi-Fi (AUD $125 for 3 devices/week). Summary A nice resort with several issues, some fixable, some not. It is a well laid out property with a lot of open spaces, good views of the lagoon, a lovely pier, excellent facilities for kayaking and very friendly staff especially the outdoor activities staff. It would be nice if there was beach at the property. I would also suggest that the restaurant should offer local cuisine, we are disappointed not to see local cuisine on the menu. The breakfast buffet spread was really good however it was the same every day with no changes.

The pool area and day spa were my go tops. Excellent! We were away from everything which I liked but meant a taxi or bus had to be taken to go anywhere.

This property blends in beautifully with the environment and has lovely views over to Erakor Island. The rooms could probably do with some upgrades but they are comfortable with everything you need. This is not a 5* luxury modern hotel, and some people have given it amazingly bad reviews, but we really enjoyed it, and there were plenty of families there enjoying it. We did not think the range of food was great for us - a buffet dinner, but we don't eat that much, and the food in the main restaurant was lovely but very large portions, and a bigger variety of smaller meals would be good. There are only taxis from the resort to town and these can be very hard to get especially on cruise ship days. There are beach activities every day, and small catamarans and kayaks to sail, and a trip to Erakor Island is very easy as the little boat goes from a jetty at the end of the resort. I think this is a really good resort for families.

Overall really good, pool area is fantastic and location to the lagoon and water suburb. Only improvement could be that wifi is an extra charge which was quite a disappointment and their dining options could use some revamping (limited menu options in wild ginger restaurant).

Warwick Le Lagon is a large, well-maintained property that’s ideal for families and elderly guests. If mobility is a concern, I’d definitely recommend booking a villa closer to the main restaurant and amenities to avoid long walks. Although they do have buggies. The buffet dinners were excellent value — around $50 AUD — and kids eat free, which is a huge bonus for families. Breakfast was decent but exactly the same every day, so it can get a bit repetitive if you’re staying more than a few days. Lunches were average for kids free option and didn’t vary much. There’s plenty to do, including water sports — and free sailing is a standout. The setting is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views over the lagoon. Skip the turtle sanctuary, though — it felt more like a holding pen. If you’re up for it, head to Top Rock for snorkeling instead — it’s stunning, though not suitable if you have mobility limitations. Overall, a great resort for young families who’ll get the most value from the kid-friendly deals, activities, and the stunning location. Where to start? 1.Contacted the property twice before arrival for airport transfers to have nil reply or pick thus had to use a taxi. 2.Reception upon booking in had a porter take us to our room, half way there we where heading in the wrong direction as we had previously stayed there. Upon return to reception we where told it was our issue and to take it up with reservation. I showed them by booking and room booked to be told once again it was my issue. Upon demanding to see the manager who then realised we had been put in with a booking group, then gave us the correct room however not having the king size bed as in the reservation. Reception staff need alot of training as the first point of contact 3.Dining for dinner at the terrace is quite limited, even though they have different night specialties. Most of the food is only warm, not hot and catering is mostly for the kids with half the options being the same every night of nuggets, chips, spaghetti etc and it shows in the lack of people that go there for dinner. Wild ginger restaurant is Good however 4. Drinks are very over priced. A $14 bottle of wine in AUS they sell for $114 AUS 5.As in point 2 we have stayed here previously in 2019 and its very noticeable the drop in staff attitudes. When it's 1 or 2 it's the staff, but in this case its the management. you see them walking around everyday looking for faults and to pull one staff member aside and give them a talking to in front of guest is not a good look.

We were disappointed in the property. The main restaurant was very ordinary & the seafood buffet was probably one of the most disappointing dining experiences we have ever had but they certainly charged you a high price for hardly any seafood except for some creamy “seafood” mixture, some frozen prawns & muscles.

Resort style living. Walk to top of road to get a bus is cheaper than getting bus out front. Breakfast was ok but the rest of the meals was terrible. Eating out at stone grill, across to erakor island was cheaper and excellent.

We enjoyed our recent stay. Staff were welcoming and polite. Pools and grounds were immaculate and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was the highlight for the main meals, dinner buffet was underwhelming. Overall a great place to stay and would return in the future. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

2 star service and property 5 star prices. Honestly couldn’t recommend it. Property is rundown and not well managed. Tiles stripping away from the pool rubbish throughout the grounds, never towels available at the pool never towels available through housekeeping. Service was always slow, no greetings or welcomes just staring past you until eventually it was impossible to ignore. Couldn’t check in until 3.5 hours after check in - no apology no communication, no updates unless we chased them. Buffet was constantly empty and the quality of food was barely edible. Plates and cutlery never removed from common areas - left out overnight. Housekeeping never removed any rubbish or plates. Room service never answered the calls and the a la carte pizza I ordered was gross. Wanted to love this place. It’s in a beautiful location and has everything it needs to be a great destination but the investment in the property is required and the management of the team and the service is required. The whole stay felt budget… only it wasn’t!

Loved our stay here (10 nights). Pool, view of the lagoon and the island were beautiful. We had the breakfast Buffett included and the kids ate lunch for free at the pool bar. With the free canoes and sailing boat hire it was really great value for a family and would be happy to go back. The dinner buffets cost around $100 Aus (2 adults) and again the kids eat free. Some nights would pop up to the main supermarket for a cooked curry or whole quiche ($15) or head to town for burgers ($40-$50) or chinese. There was also this local bar which opens around 5.00pm that did chicken skewers and meals for a few bucks (2km away towards town). Local buses (vans) to town or shop costs 150 vatu per adult ($2 Aus). Look for number plates with B on it. The drivers at the front of the hotel can try charging a bit much.

The best feature of the resort was the friendly and accommodating staff. Cocktails and drinks were delicious however the buffet lacked flair and remained the same most days. The resort is tired and needs a revamp for the prices being charged in comparison to other similar rated resorts we have stayed. The pools are also great however through in children in what is a relaxing resort and well it becomes noisy, loud and loses the appeal that would make it a relaxing resort. Location is also great with a beautiful view. Make an investment in up dating the facilities and rooms and show some flair and enthusiasm in presenting a more modern cuisine in your buffet and you might just nail it.

The surrounding area and gardens are stunning, also the pools are pretty cool. However, that's where it stops. Buffet breakfast is not great, dinner is worse. And to make matters worse food and beverages are really overpriced. I booked ahead for hotel/airport transfer only to be told "sorry you'll need to arrange your own taxi", which as above the agreed price. Last but not least, the shower temperature and pressure was a lukewarm light drizzle.

It’s a perfect place with younger kids (4-8 years). The kids club was good and occupied our little girl while she enjoyed other kids company . The warm spa pool was a joy for all of us as the weather was relatively cool and cloudy/ rainy and we could still enjoy water.

An amazing hotel with good facilities, my stay was severely disrupted with no internet connection. I was there for work and severely impacted for my entire duration. Staff were not helpful providing false assurances which never arrived.

Massive disappointment - overall a tired and well worn hotel with major problems. (1) Most disturbingly, the resort is located downwind from some properties that were burning. On 3 days (the days when it wasn't raining), there was a crazy amount of smoke from 3 different fires, over the whole resort. It started before 6am, and stayed until after 3pm. It was so bad - I was sneezing, eyes watering, nose watering. Miserable suffering. (2) The resort advertises a "Kids Club" which was just an empty room with a TV but no toys or facilities, and although we booked here because babysitting was available, we didn't use it because there was just nothing to do in the empty room other than TV. They were painting nearby and we didn't want our toddler breathing in those fumes. (3) In the gym, the exercise bike didn't work, leaving only the treadmill (which needed maintenance) and elliptical machine. (4) The dinner was poor and a real rip off. Kung Pow chicken was more like sweet and sour - rice always soggy. For the price charged - just awful. There's far better food at a food court in Australia. (5) Tour guide (as recommended by the hotel) was not a tour guide at all - he behaved like a taxi driver, not even bothering to tell us about the locations. Rip off - AUD $250 for a half day tour. We booked 2 tours in advance - got tricked. All up, I'm never going to stay here again.

The staff were really nice, the food was excellent. The kids loved the pools, the rooms were clean. The kids had a great time kayaking and paddle boarding. Warmer linen would help as it was quite cold at night. Staff amazing. Breakfast included had some good points, the omelette chef deserves a medal as he’s doing so much. All the food in Bain Marie stone cold each day and bacon unable to be chewed. Such shame as staff on the floor work so hard. We did notice a senior staff member standing, over staff watching but he,didn’t lift a finger to help them. The biggest fault in the hotel is the internet. It is,almost non existent so as a business owner I can’t have a full holiday and need wifi so my day to day can be handled. I praise the staff but unsure if management is on top of the problems.
