En arrivant nous voulions allez à la piscine mais il y avait un classe dans la piscine de l hôtel.et les enfants remontent dans l hôtel pour attendre leur car. Une autre piscine plus petite mais avec le balai piscine et tuyau dedans sans que la piscine ait été nettoyée. C est resté jusqu’au lendemain. Rideau de douche beûrk. Beaucoup trop. D’attente pour être servi à déjeuner. L hôtel a mal vieilli, déjà un bon coup de peinture cela irait mieux. Mais point positif l accueil et les gens sont gentils.

Hotel is being renovated so while room accommodation was fine, the restaurant operation was a lower standard than past experience.

Staff were very friendly and eager to assist. Thank you David for your efforts and friendly can do attitude. Nightly meal options were great but breakfast was not the same standard. Too repetitive and lacked new variety and freshness. We found the lighting extremely dark in the main reception, perhaps due to the renovations. Also we hoped for a kids club to entertain our 10 year old but found it was geared towards toddlers so she wasn't interested. The staff are the hotel's best asset but with half the property being closed at the moment it feels very restrictive with just one pool open. Our room also had a tv that picked up no stations which was disappointing and an interconnecting door with the next room where you could hear their tv and phone conversations . Perhaps after renovations things will improve.
