Days Inn by Wyndham Birmingham/West

Room was clean and everything worked as it should. AC worked, even if a little loud. Didn't get a chance to swim in the pool but it looked clean.

The room itself was okay- much left to be desired but for the price it was fine. The free breakfast was sad with just a couple of items. Safety was definitely a concern- we had 2 vagrants next to our room going through bags of clothes and the trash can outside our room while fighting with one another. 3 calls to the front desk and 2 hours of waiting for someone to come and remove them from the premises. I would not stay here again

Hotel is ok for a short stay duration. The only bad thing and major for me was the bed was not comfortable and loud. The AC was loud too. I see they have upgraded some of the rooms but those type of beds with metal frames make loud noises eveytime you turn. Sheets and pillowcases could be a little fresher too. Few long hairs left from previous guests or whoever made the bed.
