This hotel served it's purpose as a reasonably priced location near to Gatwick. The desk staff were friendly & helpful, but the rooms were very tired. The evening carvery was convenient, but I would not repeat the experience, breakfast was a bit better. Sorry for a negative review, but I feel the hotel is catering in the main to coach parties passing through to the airport, not repeat trade. Alternatively the fact there was also a wedding party on may have stretched the kitchen staff, and on other occasions the carvery might be a better experience.

Nothing luxurious, not for a romantic getaway and quite dated but to get to the airport nice and early it was worth the cheap cost. I did not eat here as my stay was so short but the receptionist was very friendly.

It was a really handy location with parking and can see why it’s popular for Gatwick. The staff were lovely. The lodge rooms as advertised were small but perfect for what we needed. I would stay there again

I booked a night here for me and my family before we headed on our holiday and we booked it with our Clubcard points but I can honestly say what a waste of my points. This place is dirty run down the room was like a hostel the place is dark and dingy the breakfast was very average the bar was so over priced and not a good pint. The noise was that bad we thought people was fighting outside our room. The room was like a hostel room dirty marks all over the bathroom smelt and the beds well we should have slept on the floor as that would have been more comfortable but the floor was to dirty. I could go on and on but all I can say is avoid like the plague as this place is really run down and will run u down staying.
