This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed and we frequently travel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Special mention to the staff in charge of the restaurant. We tried the buffet and he made sure we were well taken care of. Finally, on our last night, the occupants on the next room decided to party singing and shouting (probably with 10 people or more) until midnight. We called the reception and requested to be moved in another room. After 10 minutes, one of the staff gave us a key to another room (one floor up) and told us we don’t have to worry about our things and we can just sleep in another room. Best customer service! I highly recommend this hotel.
