If we could rate 6 stars out of 5 we would! Suzana and Allan were outstanding hosts and thought of every detail to make our stay one to remember. Their home and yard are simultaneously posh and comfortable. We enjoyed great easy conversations over Suzana’s home made and upscale breakfast offerings. The room was comfortable and immaculate and had everything we needed. The hot tub and sunroom was relaxing with a private view overlooking the lake and city. Truly a place we will remember and look forward to returning soon.

The Hostess Suzanna is wonderful, sitting down for breakfast with her felt like I was visiting family. She went way out for breakfast, the food was fresh, creative and delicious. Property is beautifully landscaped with a spectacular view of the lake, I enjoyed my morning cup of coffee outside on comfortable patio furniture, fully covered. The place is spotless; comfy kingsize bed; beautiful bathroom and large walk in closet. I have no complaints of any kind, would definitely stay there again.

Separate entrance from main home. Large communal room with fridge, microwave, eating area, and a lounge if you want to socialize, watch TV or play board games. Delicious gourmet breakfasts, no bacon and eggs here! Excellent service and friendly hosts who went beyond the norm to make our stay memorable. Thank you, Susanne and Alan. Loved this place. We booked the room with the private spa tub (hot tub). It is only for that room. Had a private entrance. Beautiful view. The whole place was spotless. There is a common indoor and outdoor sitting area and kitchen as well. The hosts, Suzanna and Alan were so easy to talk too. Breakfast of fresh fruit, home baked biscuits, jam, and quiche were amazing. We enjoyed getting to know the hosts over breakfast. Highly recommend staying here.

Suzana was a lovely host. The breakfasts in the morning were amazing. The suite was very clean with great bedding and towels. Everything was updated. Shared kitchen and living space with the second suite suited our needs. Great view of the lake and city!!

It would be a mistake to miss out on this wonderful accommodation when visiting West Kelowna and area. The hosts are extremely welcoming, thoughtful, organized, and cheerful. Breakfasts are amazing and the hosts take time to consider many of the finer details. They truly want your stay to be memorable. We loved the beautiful view from the private hot tub, the delicious 3 course breakfasts that were unique recipes, and the super soft bed. The bathroom had plenty of quality amenities. Suzana is very friendly, had great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and shared some history of the city over breakfast.

This is a new property and we had a fantastic stay. Suzana is a thoughtful and gracious hostess and the room was stunning, with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay there again - highly recommend!

This was our final stop on our week-long BC honeymoon before flying out of Kelowna, and we couldn't have been more impressed with our stay! Suzana and her husband were wonderful hosts, very personable and had some great recommendations for local restaurants and points of interest. And Suzana made us an excellent breakfast! She switches up the menu each morning which is also a nice touch. And our room was stunning! My husband and I stayed in the hot tub suite and everything from the en suite bathroom, to the comfortable king size bed, to the hot tub itself was perfection. And the view looking out over the city and lake is out of this world. If our travels ever bring us to the Kelowna region again, we will definitely be staying here again!

The room was extremely clean. The hosts took pride in their work and space, and were very personable, and easy conversationalists. Breakfast was delicious, home made, with a great view of Kelowna. Rates were more than reasonable and definitely worth the stay. As first time travellers to Kelowna, we were provided with fantastic recommendations of the area, and the communication with the hosts was top notch. This place is a must go!

Hearty, Healthy, & Beautiful Breakfasts Suzana prepared a delicious three-course breakfast each morning, complete with fresh coffee and juice. The portions were generous and the meals healthy. Our stay with Suzane and Alan was wonderful. Beautiful accomodations, amazing breakfast each day. Hosts were very helpful when asked about the area and extremely attentive. Well stocked bedroom - robes and slippers and bathroom needs - moisturizer, sun cream, and all other necessities. Wow!! What a great place to stay. The bed was super comfortable. The view amazing from a beautiful outdoor sitting area. Thanks so much!!

This home and the hosts are amazing. The property is beautiful and the room was extraordinary. Decorated like a 5* hotel. Beautiful beds and towels and the plus for our room was a private hot tub with a beautiful view. Highly highly recommend. We booked one night and but for us having ongoing plans we can’t change, we absolutely would stay longer. We will return. We haven’t had breakfast yet as I write this but we know the menu and I know, given the perfection of our hostess, it will also be something to rave about.

I had a great stay in Kelowna! The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect and close to downtown and all the spots I wanted to visit. The best Bed and Breakfast experience to date. Allen and Suzanne were terrific hosts. . The ‘Lake Room’ is spectacular. Loved the hot tub.. 3 Course Breakfasts and great conversation from our hots started our wonderful days off in Kelowna. Can’t rate this high enough. This is the best place to stay in Kelowna.

We loved the beautiful view from the private hot tub, the delicious 3 course breakfasts that were unique recipes, and the super soft bed. The bathroom had plenty of quality amenities. Suzana is very friendly, had great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and shared some history of the city over breakfast.

So far, this was the best B&B experience we've ever had. A beautiful house, in a fantastic location with a breathtaking view. The hosts Alken and Suzana are attentive and caring people who will do everything they can to make you feel at home. Breakfast was divine and the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had an amazing time with them and are already making plans to return soon.

This was our final stop on our week-long BC honeymoon before flying out of Kelowna, and we couldn't have been more impressed with our stay! Suzana and her husband were wonderful hosts, very personable and had some great recommendations for local restaurants and points of interest. And Suzana made us an excellent breakfast! She switches up the menu each morning which is also a nice touch. And our room was stunning! My husband and I stayed in the hot tub suite and everything from the en suite bathroom, to the comfortable king size bed, to the hot tub itself was perfection. And the view looking out over the city and lake is out of this world. If our travels ever bring us to the Kelowna region again, we will definitely be staying here again!

This was our first experience using a B&B and it couldn’t have been better. Beautiful spotlessly clean property with exceptional views. However, it was our time spent with the owners over the most delicious breakfasts that turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast was homemade unique and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this property. The location is a bit out of the way from the city amenities but only a 10 minute drive.

Suzana was a fabulous host. Her breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The room and private hot tube were comfortable and relaxing. Our comfort was a top priority for her. Loved this place. We booked the room with the private spa tub (hot tub). It is only for that room. Had a private entrance. Beautiful view. The whole place was spotless. There is a common indoor and outdoor sitting area and kitchen as well. The hosts, Suzanna and Alan were so easy to talk too. Breakfast of fresh fruit, home baked biscuits, jam, and quiche were amazing. We enjoyed getting to know the hosts over breakfast. Highly recommend staying here.

This was our first B&B Experience ever. We spent three days at Suzana and Allens property to celebrate or 30th Anniversary. It was close to all the things we wanted to do in the Kelowna area. We thank them immensely for their kindness , hospitality and humour. We had what was named the Superior Room, which was immaculate. Each morning there is a unique breakfast offering, which was usually a three course type of experience. The hosts are greatly invested in in their guests and go out of their way to accommodate. Words that best describe our stay would be: Affordable , friendly, professional, relaxed , clean and modern and welcoming. You wont be disappointed.
This was our first B&B Experience ever. We spent three days at Suzana and Allens property to celebrate or 30th Anniversary. It was close to all the things we wanted to do in the Kelowna area. We thank them immensely for their kindness , hospitality and humour. We had what was named the Superior Room, which was immaculate. Each morning there is a unique breakfast offering, which was usually a three course type of experience. The hosts are greatly invested in in their guests and go out of their way to accommodate. Words that best describe our stay would be: Affordable , friendly, professional, relaxed , clean and modern and welcoming. You wont be disappointed.

We loved the beautiful view from the private hot tub, the delicious 3 course breakfasts that were unique recipes, and the super soft bed. The bathroom had plenty of quality amenities. Suzana is very friendly, had great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and shared some history of the city over breakfast.

Suzana went out of her way to help us in visiting Kelowna. The breakfasts were exceptionnally good and the view of the City and the Lake is fantastic. The room and bathroom are modern and an attention to détails is big plus.

This was our final stop on our week-long BC honeymoon before flying out of Kelowna, and we couldn't have been more impressed with our stay! Suzana and her husband were wonderful hosts, very personable and had some great recommendations for local restaurants and points of interest. And Suzana made us an excellent breakfast! She switches up the menu each morning which is also a nice touch. And our room was stunning! My husband and I stayed in the hot tub suite and everything from the en suite bathroom, to the comfortable king size bed, to the hot tub itself was perfection. And the view looking out over the city and lake is out of this world. If our travels ever bring us to the Kelowna region again, we will definitely be staying here again!

If you’re wanting a Genuine Bed and Breakfast Experience this is the place for you. You’re greeted by the host upon arrival and feel welcomed into their home immediately. The rooms are large and very clean. You can tell they have taken time to perfect this experience thinking of everything you would need as a guest. The breakfast could easily be served at a 5-star restaurant with lots of homemade items and ingredients, this is not your standard Bacon and Eggs but very well thought-out, balanced dishes. If you have never had a B&B experience then you should try this one and set the bar for all the others you experience. We will be back again and again for years to come.

Well equipped, comfortable bed, great shower. We normally check out early to get on our way. This meant we were unable to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast which was served at 9am.

The bed-and-breakfast was amazing! The owners made breakfast for us. That was awesome! The place was spacious very clean and had all the amenities you see would ever require! The view was awesome also! I would say it’s the best bed-and-breakfast I have ever stayed at! Bed was super comfortable! Very spacious closet and amazing bathroom with large walk-in shower.
