The hotel is sourrunded by a natural reserve. The settings are stunning. The hotel communal areas are beautiful and well cared for. The rooms are somewhat dated but still very good. choose a seaview room if you can. Staff was very friendly. Huge swimming pool. Access to the sea via a gangway, just hidillic. Lot's of fun!

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as was the service. The pool is as amazing as it looks in the photos. It’s clean and the lifeguards are very helpful. The sea was lovely, easy access and crystal clear water. Reception staff are also very helpful. What a treat to stay here and we will definitely be back! I would say that if you want to see the surrounding areas hiring a car is helpful.

This was my first stay at the hotel. We were overall happy with our stay. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view, despite being located in the southern wing. AC worked well. Ample parking space which is valuable as well. The highlight of the hotel is the (salt water) pool area which is stunning and spacious with sun from morning to evening. The hotel also offers easy access to the sea if you prefer that, with rental SUPs etc. The restaurant serves really great food - very pricey for the area, but reasonable given that’s it’s a hotel restaurant. Great service and generous portions. On the negative side: the hotel has no concierge which surprised me, and when I asked for help booking tickets I was offered none other than a website name. The sunbeds are plastic, uncomfortable and poor looking. Would be nice to see them acquire new sun beds would elevate the overall experience. The cushions/bedpillows in our room were flat and hard - it’s an Italian thing, not worse or better than most hotels. But would love if the reception could offer other types of pillows. Might be that they do, didn’t ask, but wasn’t marketed either in the room information. All in all a very good experience - looking forward to go back for sure

Hotel was lovely... pool area was fab with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Plenty of free car parking. Restaurants were good but they lacked air con as did main hotel areas. Eating outside in 38degrees at night wasnt pleasant.

Très belle entrée avec vue sur la mer et la piscine à débordement, chambre très correcte, petit déjeuner bon malgré la chaleur étouffante. La piscine est grande mais la propreté reste à désiré (ligne d’eau jaune, graisse). Le maître nageur pas sympa vous interdit tout (pas ouvrir les parasols,pas utiliser les serviettes de l’hôtel, pas monter les dossier des chaises longues….) aucune animation ! C’est mort ! Ne parle que l’anglais et l’italien.

Rosy, Marianna, Emanuele ,just to mention few of them ,together with all the staff made our 10 days holiday special , comfortable and magic. From the reception to the room cleaning service to the Meals service, everything is perfectly done with a great and excellent care for the Guests. We stayed here for two days and had a wonderful time. The views were incredible..the photos online do not do it justice! All personnel were kind and very accommodating. Room was clean and just the right size. Will definitely be booking again the next time we’re in Sicily.

Fantastic place. Beautifull hotel directly to the sea. We loved snorkling in the sea. Very comfortable rooms. Ours with at nice big balcon with sea view. Very helpfull and friendly staff.

we stayed 5 nights. Although it seems that the hotel is not full, the receptionist refused to give us an upgrade to see view room. Room was comfortable, but bed is not very comfortable. On the contrary to the reception, the staff in the bar and on the terrace with the pool was very friendly and helpful, especially the life guard boy(I don't know his name) who gave us many tips of local interest, where to eat as a local, what is worth visiting, where to shop... If you plan to stay there you need a car to explore the area from Taormina to Catania, and further south to Syracusa, Notto...

La vue uniquement! Hôtel sans aucune Âme avec des extérieurs digne d’un 2 étoiles mais pas 4. Il est très bruyant et le matin à l’heure où tous le monde va au toilette et tire la chasse d’eau, vous avez fini votre nuit. Le personnel n’est pas du tout aimable, sauf une ou deux personnes. Au petit déjeuner, une seule machine à café avec uniquement qu’un doseur pour tout l’hôtel, cela une file d’attente énorme et des gens qui s’énervent. Aucune animation, une restauration trop chère, aucun intérêt en soit. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Santa Tecla Palace Hotel is a magic place not only for the position and the sea but above all for the people who work there. Rosy, Marianna, Emanuele ,just to mention few of them ,together with all the staff made our 10 days holiday special , comfortable and magic. The attention and care for the Guests is one of the highest I’ve ever experienced. From the reception to the room cleaning service to the Meals service, everything is perfectly done with a great and excellent care for the Guests. Staff went out of there way for our late arrival, even told the kitchen to stay open so we could dine in the outside restaurant. Property is well maintained, clean and updated. Great place for the price and only 45 minutes to Mt Etna. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only negative was mattress was very hard, I like a firm mattress but not solid.

we stayed 5 nights. Although it seems that the hotel is not full, the receptionist refused to give us an upgrade to see view room. Room was comfortable, but bed is not very comfortable. On the contrary to the reception, the staff in the bar and on the terrace with the pool was very friendly and helpful, especially the life guard boy(I don't know his name) who gave us many tips of local interest, where to eat as a local, what is worth visiting, where to shop... If you plan to stay there you need a car to explore the area from Taormina to Catania, and further south to Syracusa, Notto...

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as was the service. The pool is as amazing as it looks in the photos. It’s clean and the lifeguards are very helpful. The sea was lovely, easy access and crystal clear water. Reception staff are also very helpful. What a treat to stay here and we will definitely be back! I would say that if you want to see the surrounding areas hiring a car is helpful.

This was my first stay at the hotel. We were overall happy with our stay. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view, despite being located in the southern wing. AC worked well. Ample parking space which is valuable as well. The highlight of the hotel is the (salt water) pool area which is stunning and spacious with sun from morning to evening. The hotel also offers easy access to the sea if you prefer that, with rental SUPs etc. The restaurant serves really great food - very pricey for the area, but reasonable given that’s it’s a hotel restaurant. Great service and generous portions. On the negative side: the hotel has no concierge which surprised me, and when I asked for help booking tickets I was offered none other than a website name. The sunbeds are plastic, uncomfortable and poor looking. Would be nice to see them acquire new sun beds would elevate the overall experience. The cushions/bedpillows in our room were flat and hard - it’s an Italian thing, not worse or better than most hotels. But would love if the reception could offer other types of pillows. Might be that they do, didn’t ask, but wasn’t marketed either in the room information. All in all a very good experience - looking forward to go back for sure

The hotel is sourrunded by a natural reserve. The settings are stunning. The hotel communal areas are beautiful and well cared for. The rooms are somewhat dated but still very good. choose a seaview room if you can. Staff was very friendly. Huge swimming pool. Access to the sea via a gangway, just hidillic. Lot's of fun!

Fint hotell. Dock inte 4 restauranger - frukosten (mkt bra) och en restaurang med mycket god mat och fin service. Kanske är fler öppna i högsäsong. Man kan promenera bort till lilla samhället och äta på andra restauranger. Men om man inte har bil el bokar taxi kan det bli lite isolerat. Passar bäst som weekend. Vi har trivts väldigt bra!

Mi è piaciuta la piscina, la passerella per scendere in un mare stupendo, la colazione veramente abbondante e le camere vista mare con una vista mozzafiato. Non mi è piaciuto che per uscire dalla struttura bisogna necessariamente prendere la macchina in quanto nei dintorni non c'è nulla di raggiungibile a piedi.

Hotel was lovely... pool area was fab with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Plenty of free car parking. Restaurants were good but they lacked air con as did main hotel areas. Eating outside in 38degrees at night wasnt pleasant.
