Fint til formålet med en enkelt overnatning. Dog lugtede der meget af kloak på badeværelset, hvilket trækker gevaldigt ned i oplevelsen.

We booked this hotel spontaneously during our trip and arrived in the evening. Unfortunately, things went wrong pretty much from the start. It took over 30 minutes to get hold of anyone, despite calling the number provided several times. Eventually we got into the building and found another number to call. Someone from the hotel answered but had already left for the day. We were told there should normally be spare keys available that could be activated, but there were none for us. So there we were, late in the evening with two young kids and a confirmed booking, but no room. After more than an hour we were offered another hotel 16 km away. We drove there, but the room wasn't really suitable for our family and was quite different from what we had originally booked. After all the confusion and driving around, we didn't feel this was a reasonable replacement and decided to find another hotel ourselves. We were told that this was fine and that we would receive a full refund. Unfortunately, getting the refund was almost as frustrating as the original experience. It took more than two weeks to sort out and required several contacts with both the booking service and the hotel. The main issue was simply getting the hotel to confirm the agreed refund, which took far longer than it should have. Things can go wrong, and we understand that. But being left without the room we had booked and then having this much trouble getting the agreed refund made this a very disappointing experience

Måtte ringe for å få kode til døren, da vi bestilte etter at resepsjon var stengt. Hun jeg prata med var kjempe god på å hjelpe oss og veldig service innstilt. Så fikk god hjelp.

Var ett tjockt lager med damm under sängarna och sofforna. Luktade illa från badrummet och duschmunstycket läckte och det var vått över hela golvet i badrummet. De hade också schabblat med bokningen så rummet vi köpt fanns inte och vi fick två separata rum istället. Personen som vi pratade med på telefon och som hjälpte oss incheckning och fixa de två rummen gjorde dock ett bra arbete och var trevlig!
