Pas de climatisation dans les chambres. L'air frais du dehors le soir était agréable mais nous obligeait à entendre certains soirs des disputes entre individus très tard jusqu'au milieu de la nuit. Par mal chance ns avons été sur les lieux la fête de la "musique" qui fut un vacarme jusqu'à 2am, mais les fêtards n'ont pas quitté immediatement. C'était plus du bruit que de la vraie musique. Ce n'était pas la faute de l'hôtel , mais le parc juste en face est propice à du bruit la nuit. Le parc est tres tranquille le jour ou des enfants y jouent.

Location was great; close to Lafayette Galleries, Montmarte and Louvre. Slight improvements would make this an excellent hotel; air conditioning, shower install in tub and fresh fruit for breakfast.

Small clean room but appropriate for our needs. Good continental breakfast. Close to the Metro. Plenty of cafés around. Very narrow and winding stairway, be cautious but it had a small elevator.

Good location, close to restaurants, bars and bakeries and metro stations. Very old building but so is most of Paris. Hotel is super basic but seemed clean. Relatively good value for 1 or 2 nights, wouldnt stay here any longer or in middle of summer as no AC

Terrible I only lasted one night he place is archaic, no elevator, no air conditioner. The elevator that they have stops betfloors it is useless because you still have to use the stairway to get to your room. The staff aren’t friendly at all wether or not you speak French, they are very unprofessional.

Veldig enkel frokost. Ok rom, det var ikke aircondition, så det ble litt varmt på rommet. Grei beliggenhet med gangavstand til undergrunnsbane.

Väldigt centralt, 3 min från cadet stationen och ca 15 min promenad från gard du nord. Städning varje dag men dom gör inte så mycket mer än bäddar ens söngar och hänger upp handdukarna igen, men ändå rent och helt. Lite myror på toaletten men kan ocksö bero på att man var tvungen att ha öppet balkong dörren dygnets alla timmar då det endast fanns en liten golvfläkt på rummet ( vi var där i mitten juli = varmt). Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam, lät oss checka in tidigare och tog inget betalt för att låta oss ha kvsr väskorna på hotellet efter ut-checkning, hjälpte även till med bokning av taxi till flygplatsen vi hemfärd. Överlag helt okej hotell som jag skulle bo på igen om jag åker till Paris.

El personal fue atento y amable todo el tiempo, es una buena opción para hospedarse en una zona todavía céntrica bajo un presupuesto limitado. La habitación estaba limpia, las instalaciones se ven un poco viejas pero en general lo suficientemente bien para descansar. Los únicos detalles son que había una pequeña fuga de agua en el baño y la caja fuerte no la pudimos usar porque no tenía baterías. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado pero no fue un problema para nosotros, ya que tuvimos un clima entre 12° y 20° en la ciudad. El desayuno buffet está bien aunque no incluye ninguna opción de proteína, sólo es pan, cereal, jugo y café. Una desventaja es que el elevador no te lleva a tu piso, sino que abre a la mitad de dos pisos hacia las escaleras, las cuales son muy angostas y puede representar un problema si llevas mucho equipaje.

Nice little hotel which is well located near Metro stations and a 10 minute walk to Gare Du Nord train station. Very clean and nice modern and very clean bathroom. The bedroom was very basic. No frills at all. But was clean. Breakfast was also very basic, but the pastries and bread were fresh every day. The safe didn’t work in the room and couldn’t be repaired until the Tuesday (day we left). Overall it’s great if you want a budget place to stay and use as a base.

Vi ankom til hotellet kl 14 - det passede perfekt og vi fik vores værelse. Værelset lå i stueplan med store vinduer lige ud til fortorvet og gardinerne kunne ikke lukke helt for. Håndklæder og sengetøj var beskidt , da jeg ville ombytte det kiggede manden i receptionen meget surt på mig. Morgenmaden var virkelig dårlig og mælken var sur. Alt i alt spild af penge

Chambre propre au décor un peu daté. Literie confortable. Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle et bien entretenue. Le principal point faible reste le manque d’insonorisation, aussi bien vis-à-vis de la rue que des chambres voisines. Dans l’ensemble, hôtel très bien situé, pratique pour un séjour à Paris.

Room 12 was my home for a week. I looked out onto the park and enjoyed the leafy view and the sounds of happy children playing in the afternoons. I loved opening the window in the morning too to take in the sounds of Paris waking up. Location is close to the arcades and laneways which are so interesting. My bathroom was relatively modern and hot water was fabulous!

Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Location is right next to Montholon Park. It is used all day up to about 10:00pm for basketball. The kids and arguments are loud. Every morning a street sweeper went by our windows 4 or 5 times! Our room's layout was odd. Toilet with sink separate but no hand-soap. Shower bath was okay although the shower fell off the wall. Biggest problem was no air-con. Not unusual in Paris but it makes sleeping almost impossible. On the plus side, the hotel is only 200 metres in a straight walk from Cadet station. (Turn left for 25 metres before you get to the park) Cadet station is small, quiet, and it felt safe. It seemed to be manned during the week and two ticket stations are available that even I was able to operate (eventually). In short, I liked the location, the staff but air-com, less noise and a better range of cereals for a continental breakfast would make a healthy difference.

Location is perfect, you have everything you need all within 2 mins, whereever you go. We had the 5th floor, 2 double opening doors towards the park. Park did have a alot of noice in the playground during the morning, and alot of noice during the evening from the ballpark. Beds were really uncomfortable for my taste. Service from the desk, and helpfullness were without a doubt most furfilling. I would definitely stay here again, if I were to stay at 9th.
Location is perfect, you have everything you need all within 2 mins, whereever you go. We had the 5th floor, 2 double opening doors towards the park. Park did have a alot of noice in the playground during the morning, and alot of noice during the evening from the ballpark. Beds were really uncomfortable for my taste. Service from the desk, and helpfullness were without a doubt most furfilling. I would definitely stay here again, if I were to stay at 9th.

PROS- This hotel is situated in a safe neighborhood that is very close to the metro and walkable to almost everywhere that a tourist would want to visit. There are lots of food/ drink choices including grocery stores.The staff were friendly and approachable .The room was clean with good housekeeping. The bed and pillows were comfortable. CONS- The hotel and room was very dated. The room had little room to move was likely last renovated in the 80\'s, maybe earlier. It had a "strip motel/ Howard Johnson vibe - for those that know the chain" We did assume that the room had little importance for our visit as we would be out the majority of the day/night but It would have been nice to have a place to sit or lounge privately prior to getting ready for dinner. There was no fridge/kettle etc. The shower was substandard as the door was blocked from opening by the toiletand the only way to enter the shower was to open the door to the room. The water pressure was poor. The last con that was "park" which was a selling point from other reviews was actually a playground. If you are planning a vacation to get away from kids it is not a great spot. It was very loud everyday with screeching kids. Summary- The hotel is adequate, clean, in a good location and friendly but if your vision of Paris is for romance or comfort, it is likely not a good fit.

Terrible I only lasted one night he place is archaic, no elevator, no air conditioner. The elevator that they have stops betfloors it is useless because you still have to use the stairway to get to your room. The staff aren’t friendly at all wether or not you speak French, they are very unprofessional.

I stayed at Hôtel Williams Opéra with my son and we had a lovely time. The staff were friendly & helpful and let us check in early, which we really appreciated after a long flight. The location is fantastic—right across from a park where my son had a great time playing, and close to the metro/bus stops. The room wasn’t big, but it was clean, functional, and had everything we needed. We also loved how many bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets were nearby. It’s even walkable to some major attractions, which made exploring the city super convenient. Overall, a great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again with my little one. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great value for money, basic but ok, for the price we got what we paid for. Kettle in room but no cups or coffee tea. Cheap, clean and cheerful, nice, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast basic, dont think we would book that again, very budget but we would definitely stay in hotel again. Great area for getting to places, few minutes from cadet metro station

Nice little hotel which is well located near Metro stations and a 10 minute walk to Gare Du Nord train station. Very clean and nice modern and very clean bathroom. The bedroom was very basic. No frills at all. But was clean. Breakfast was also very basic, but the pastries and bread were fresh every day. The safe didn’t work in the room and couldn’t be repaired until the Tuesday (day we left). Overall it’s great if you want a budget place to stay and use as a base.

El personal fue atento y amable todo el tiempo, es una buena opción para hospedarse en una zona todavía céntrica bajo un presupuesto limitado. La habitación estaba limpia, las instalaciones se ven un poco viejas pero en general lo suficientemente bien para descansar. Los únicos detalles son que había una pequeña fuga de agua en el baño y la caja fuerte no la pudimos usar porque no tenía baterías. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado pero no fue un problema para nosotros, ya que tuvimos un clima entre 12° y 20° en la ciudad. El desayuno buffet está bien aunque no incluye ninguna opción de proteína, sólo es pan, cereal, jugo y café. Una desventaja es que el elevador no te lleva a tu piso, sino que abre a la mitad de dos pisos hacia las escaleras, las cuales son muy angostas y puede representar un problema si llevas mucho equipaje.

Det var et greit rom. Og flinke folk som jobbet der. Men frokosten var dårlig hadde jeg visst at det var sånn frokost ville jeg droppet det. Når man skal spise frokost vil man ha litt annet en sjokoladebakst og baguetter med nuttela. Kunne sovet der igjen men ville aldri tatt med frokost.
Det var et greit rom. Og flinke folk som jobbet der. Men frokosten var dårlig hadde jeg visst at det var sånn frokost ville jeg droppet det. Når man skal spise frokost vil man ha litt annet en sjokoladebakst og baguetter med nuttela. Kunne sovet der igjen men ville aldri tatt med frokost.

Room was much smaller than imagined and only had 1 plug socket (the one in the bathroom didn’t work). Since there was no air con the plug socket was needed for the fan…. So it was a constant juggle of fan / charge device (whilst being uncomfortably hot)

As tourist (couple) we stayed for 2 nights. Very expensive and disappointed what was on offer Great location close to trains stations and food spots and galeries lafayette mall wasnt far away however, the hotel is next to a communal park and also in front of the hotel was a bicycle parking rank So if you're a light sleeper forget booking here too noisy It was super humid and hot in Paris and there was no AC and the fan provided was very weak so we ended up staying in the heat The double room we had didnt have many sockets so could not charge multiple devices and have the weak fan on the same time As expensive as 150£ a night we paid, the room was old and not modern at all. Bathroom was lacking lots of hooks Hairdryer didn't work either For this price we were expecting the necessities like AC, kettle, and better ventilation in the room We didnt have breakfast here but the staff did say youd need to pay in advance if u did want breakfast There was a vending machine by the reception but it looked like it was out of order anyways The duvet wasnt really a duvet, it was a fleece blanket that was provided Did have an escalator but it isnt spacious One of the worse hotels I booked at such an expensive price. Wouldn't recommend
