Courtyard by Marriott Reno Sparks

The room was clean and staff great! But we booked a room with a King bed. The room we were given had a queen bed. I would of requested a room in back of hotel because the noise from highway is very loud in the early morning hours disrupting sleep.

Even though this hotel is fairly new, our room had a stale smoke and musty odor that made the stay uncomfortable. The on-site “Starbucks” was disappointing—overpriced and the drinks tasted watered down. Dining options in the area were also limited. If you’re visiting for entertainment or casino access, this location is not ideal—it’s quite far, and the traffic on I-80 was extremely heavy and frustrating to deal with. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Clean room

The staff was rude. The outside doors wouldn’t work with our room key. The rooms smelled, as did the pillows. Won’t be staying there again!
