The hotel is significantly more expensive than expected. They also charge €25 per day for parking, which feels unreasonable. The hotel has a private beach and a kiosk, but the service was a major disappointment. The staff were unfriendly and not very helpful. We also found the lifeguard to be aggressive and rude in the way he treated guests, which made us feel unwelcome. In addition, we were charged €50 to rent a beach umbrella for just four hours, which we consider far too expensive. Overall, the hotel did not live up to our expectations. Considering the price we paid, we expected much better service, a friendlier atmosphere, and more reasonable prices for additional amenities. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Not clear in the booking that courtyard view was without balcony. Basically a window you could open and look at the concrete emergency platform. Internet was lousy. Great breakfast for Italian standards. Pool area worked well. Unclear that beach access was not included.

My wife and I have travelled quite a bit . I base my expectations on what we pay For what we paid I expected better Location was great It’s in need of a renovation Cleanliness was quite good Food at breakfast was acceptable I had to upgrade to a room with a balcony Our 1st room with no balcony was dark, not nice. Overall an ok experience but I would stay elsewhere next time
