Room was comfortable and clean. They have limited hours that the lobby is staffed, but provided clear check-in instructions on my arrival day via a text message. The motel is in a remote area with limited food options. Nearest town about 15 miles away. However, our stay was nice and we felt welcomed.

The property had excellent communication with us regarding our stay. We were a late check in, and all the instructions were provided to us so check in was easy. But of all the traveling I have done in my life which is A LOT, the bed in our room was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on! Being a roadside motel, my expectations weren't too high but this property was fantastic- updated, clean, and comfortable and absolutely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend staying here.

The room was disgusting. Dirt in one of the beds, mold in shower and on bottom of shower curtain, spider webs in corners of room, see through door, one wash cloth, no hand towels, etc. There was nothing pleasant about this place. Worst place we've stayed so far on out western adventure. Would not recommend especially for the price. Highway robbery. Take it off your places to stay.

Pros: - Easy check-in process (via door code provided after booking) - Super comfortable bed Cons: - One of the bed lamps didn't work - Heat lamp didn't work in the bathroom (also no fan so everything had crazy condensation on it after I showered) - Walls were SUPER thin (the room next door had their TV on really loud late at night and we could hear them talking on top of that) The motel did give us a number to call with any issues because there was no staff on site, but it was already late, we were tired, and it didn't seem worth it to stay up waiting for these things to be addressed. They genuinely want their guests to have a good stay, but these shouldn't have even been issues in the first place. I left feedback on the suggestion pad they left in the room, so hopefully the lamp issues were fixed before another guest stayed there.

The staff made everything easy, from checking in to checking out. We did have a miscommunication about the room number assigned, but it was handled and aolved very quickly. The room is clean, the bedding is pristine and soft, all the amenities work good. We only spent a night there, but we were extremely impressed. Thank you.

Our stay was great comfortable and easy! The price was excellent! We were going to stay another night but the answering service kept me on hold for 15 minutes. Went to the office and called the number on the door and left a message. No response. So, we're moving on. They've done a fabulous job on refurbishing the property but the lack of customer phone care probably needs to change for them.

Worst stay ever. Heater in room was so loud you couldn’t talk to one another over it. Then the heater never heated up the room. Tried to reach the property to get help no one responded for hours. It was already late and couldn’t get another reservation elsewhere so we Went to bed with clothes on to stay warm. We did not stay there our second night cause it was awful. Toilet, Walls and windows were dirty. Contacted Expedia for a refund they couldn’t get ahold of anyone at motel either so they aren’t refunding my money. They finally ended up sending a space heater at like 11 am night. Using a Space heaters to heat rooms is a safety hazard. I paid for a room with heat and I didn’t get what i expected to get. Expedia and this Motel failed me. Don’t stay here! We didn’t end up staying the second night and couldn’t get our money back

Late at night (around 10:30 PM), the circuit breaker tripped, cutting off all electricity in our room. This location is perfect if you plan on visiting Bryce and Zion. It is right in between. The restaurant next door is delicious too. Everything you need is within walking distance. The property is well kept, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are lovely. Plenty of windows and natural light.

Overall we loved this little motel. We wanted to stay close to Zion NP on the east side, so that worked perfectly for us. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. It’s obvious that they are working hard to make this place better. The check-in system was great (they sent a code for the door, so we didn’t have to worry about late arrival. My only complaint was that the AC was very loud. We definitely stay again.
Overall we loved this little motel. We wanted to stay close to Zion NP on the east side, so that worked perfectly for us. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. The motel seemed to be renovated. The rooms looked really new. Check-in was smooth and I felt very welcomed. Upon entering the room, some sweets were waiting for me and my partner as small welcome gift. Also, there is a gas station and a good restaurant on the other site of the street.

We had a great stay at 89& Nine. The beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water with good pressure, microwave and small refrigerator allowed for in room meals. Gas station and restaurant right across the street. And there is a grocery store about 5 miles down the road! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Room was comfortable and clean. They have limited hours that the lobby is staffed, but provided clear check-in instructions on my arrival day via a text message. The motel is in a remote area with limited food options. Nearest town about 15 miles away. However, our stay was nice and we felt welcomed.

Given it's convenient location to the Mt Carmel Junction, this motel was surprisingly quiet. Dining options within walking distance and super comfy bed.

This location is perfect if you plan on visiting Bryce and Zion. It is right in between. The restaurant next door is delicious too. Everything you need is within walking distance. The property is well kept, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are lovely. Plenty of windows and natural light.

This hotel was great! So close to the national parks in the area (particularly Zion) and so convenient. It was easy to access the room with the code. There was no staff there while I was there, so my rating on the staff is just because they were not around. I did not need any help, so it worked out fine.
