The hotel was fine. The big problem was Parking for our rental car. The hotel underground parking was only suitable for small cars. Adjacent underground parking had to be prepaid online which was impossible for us (non-European) to do due to security issues. One Czech Republic-related big problem was to purchase an electronic autobahn vignette for the Czech Republic. It could only be purchased on a cell phone. Again, impossible for us (non-European) due to security issues. In all other European countries no problem, we could pay electronic autobahn vignettes with cash.

I was very thankful that the staff was so diligent in protecting the parking area. I was a little nervous about leaving our car outside of the hotel. Our car was safe and secured nicely while we traveled around Prague by foot. Also the breakfast area was a lovely area. We were wuite impressed by the staff- front desk, kitchen, maid service- the entire stay.

Property felt safe, only allowed entry if you had a key card to enter, or if member of staff buzzed you in. Breakfast was just standard, nothing fancy but genuinely it was good to wake up too! Convenient location and access to All public transport.

I stayed here 20 years ago and loved it so decided to stay here again this trip. The hotel was just as lovely as I remember. Perfect location as it was directly across the road from the train station and a short walk to the underground if needed. All staff were very friendly. Only issue we had was the shower leaked out the door.

Wi-Fi in this hotel is terrible. If you want to have internet connection, don’t select this hotel. I was not able to browse any website. I stayed two night and checked the internet speed but I could get more than 0.3Mbps. Hotel staff was not cooperative, they claimed that this is the best they can offer.

O hotel é bem localizado e perto do centro, foi uma boa escolha num geral. O quarto era limpo e grande, porém apenas duas coisas não foram tão bem: o barulho e o wifi. Dava pra escutar tudo dos vizinhos e corredor, não era bem isolado. Já o wifi não conectou por nada. Tentei pelos dois jeitos que oferecia e não sustentou a conexão, tive que usar meu próprio 5g o tempo todo. De resto tudo bem, os funcionários eram muito simpáticos.

Male, solo, 4 days. Zero complaints. Everything works. I was in the "first" floor which is actually the second floor in the hotel, facing the street. So I thought the noise was going to ruin everything. Well. It is double window and slept like a baby! I am a really light sleeper! Came late at night and left early in the mornings. No issues at all. Bus that gets you from/to airport stops right in front of the station. Just use the elevator and crossover to the hotel. Walking distance to the old town is like 10 minutes. There is also a little market in the same street, closing late to buy water or something. Also two Italian restaurants same street. It is just great and convenient location. Recommended.

This hotel is in a great spot with friendly helpful staff. It also has a luggage rack which is very useful. I am surprised by how many hotels don’t have these considering most people travel with suitcases. The hotel was warm and clean with a good shower. I highly recommend it.

The service was extraordinary the day we arrived. We were 16 guys traveling and the staff helped us check inn 3 hours earlier than we were suppose to. Breakfast was okay at best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, with perfect distance to whatever you would like. Room service was amazing aswell. Our room were cleaned amazingly everyday!

We reserved two rooms: one for one person and one for 3 people. At the check in, the male employee assured us we had reserved a triple room for the one guess room and not refunds were possible at that point (ok, fine), but the other 3 people were assigned to a double room. When I asked the same guy for the lack of a third bed and space in our room his solution was to switch rooms with the one guess room person, BUT still not refunding anything. Finally, after making the male staff member realize that it would be unfair because we were paying for 2 triple accommodation room and we would be getting one triple and one double room without any refund, he accepted us to move to a more spacious room and give us an extra single bed, that was still smaller than the sofa bed provided in a triple accommodation room. That without counting that at arrival we asked if the one guess could occupy a double or single room and he said he just said we could but paying for a single room but without refunding the triple accommodation room “initially reserved by us”. This was a clear insult to our intelligence.

The hotel was nice, and the rooms were generally clean. However, we found the breakfast area to be disorganized, and the breakfast options were quite basic.
