Our room light did not work and neither did the fridge. The fridge also had a very bad smell coming from it. The microwave was disgusting as well. The water had black specks all through it and it sputtered when I tried to turn it on. But the worst of the worst was when it got dark outside and the roaches started coming out of everywhere across the dresser on the walls on the floor around the tub and under the toilet seat. Seeing those made me leave still awaiting my refund.

As we went into the room we noticed a really awful smell. It smelled a lot like mildew and wet dog, as we turned on the lights what we saw cockroaches on the wall dead baby cockroaches in the toilet and tons of miscellaneous dead bugs all over the floor you could tell the room had not been adequately cleaned in a long time. I requested cleaning items so that I could clean it because I told management I was not happy with the room and I opted out of room insurance so I couldn't get refunded or switched. They made me give them my ID to give me a broom with no dustpan and a cleaning rag but no sanitizing chemicals. They told me if I didn't like it I didn't have to stay there I never will again and you shouldn't either. You have to pay extra for a refrigerator or microwave in your room. And the roaches are building wide I asked other tenants some of them long-term and they were all inundated with cockroaches. I didn't find any bed bugs or evidence of bed bugs in that room though which was probably the only good point.

It was a good comfortable stay for one night, the king bed was comfortable sink was great and the shower head was great, but some disadvantages I didn’t like there was holes in the sheets from cigarette smoke, the bathtub bottom was ripped, paint ripped off, no tiny shampoo and conditioner hotels always give you they just have you bath soap. it sucks the microwave was downstairs, was super cold, it was super cold when I went into the room. But overall, good stay for one night.

The rooms had no fridge, the bed barely fit inside the room itself. The sheets had cigarette burns and we're stained with some type of black substance. There was no shampoo or soaps inside the room.

Room needs a mini-fridge. Also needs better lighting and a comfortable chair in wasted space

The place is next to a sewerage treatment plant. The only ice machine was broken. The staff was unaware of any policy postings.

M6- my room floor was very dirty, bathroom bathtub front was missing, empty home, paint peeling for the walls - radiation blow cold air and lots of dust. They should give real blankets instead of just nylon bed cover and thin sheet. If I would not bring my own comforther I would be freezing

Roaches and No refrigerator or Microwave.

The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Girl at front desk had to remove smoke detector as it wouldn’t stop chirping. Also, I couldn’t get any ice on Saturday night or Sunday Night. Inside lock on door was ready to fall off. Anyone could have pushed door open if they wanted to. Fridge froze our water and sodas. We turned it down slightly and it defrosted the freezer while we were gone and there was water all over the floor.

Avoid staying at this hotel! The first red flag I picked up on was there were signs that you only had 15min from time of check in to report issues or refund for your room. The next was they took full payment at time of check in. Most hotels I've stayed in didn't pull payment until after check out. Once we got to our room and brought up our suitcases we started to see concerns. The rooms did not have a fridge or microwave but had furniture for them. The flooring had soft spots especially near the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting! The tub had mold around the inside of it. So bad I started taking pictures. The toilet seat was gross. Then we checked the beds and noticed the sheets were super thin and had stains and hair. I guess they don't have good equipment for washing linens. Needless to say we made a trip to the store and sanitized the bathroom ourselves before using it and sleeping on our own bedding. The savings for this location is simply not worth the conditions of your stay.

This place is an absolute health code violation! Dead roaches everywhere in the room. At least 20 before i gave up counting. Then the box frame holding the beds on a fence-like pallet was just an oversized trash bin with so much junk underneath it would have filled the garbage bucket. The sheets were so wrinkly and had so many curly hairs on it I swear someone already slept in them. The light fixture had been ripped out the wall, leaving 2 large holes. I was waiting for the guy next door to reach through. The lock on the door was barely attached with one of 3 needed screws and would probably have fallen right out if i put any energy into it. The smoke-stench of this "non-smoking" room was overwhelming. And the noise of the smoke detector occasionally beeping away next door with dying batteries was enough to drive me nuts. Fortunately, i slept in my clothes and shoes on top of the bed covering after laying down a few bath towels. I truly felt cleaner leaving that place than even showering in it. Seriously *ILLEGAL*

The room was disgusting with cockroaches on walls and toilet paper. Holes in the walls. Stained sheets..worst room ive ever stayed in. Left a day early. No refund!! You should be responsible for having this falsely advertised on your website!

It was dirty. A broken vanity in the bathroom. Flies were in the bathroom. The room had a bad odor. The sheets were stained. There was no one at the service desk at 7:30 AM we waited 15 minutes.

Enitire place is dirty inside and out, water damage, broken ac and lights, rude and unprofessional employees, seen A patrol the entire night just circling the building, a group of people with a hooker blasting music in one of the rooms below us, and we left before 3 am, forget the complimentary coffee, i dont even want to know what that tastes like. Plus they advertise free wifi, but the isn't a single signal. Worst place ive ever been to. But shout out to the nice guy that the clerk 'didnt want to deal with' because he told where to check in. Pretty much, the place should definately be shut down.

We had to kill SEVERAL roaches. We lost track after 10. It was dirty beyond belief. Stains all over the sheets. We weren’t able to use the shower because it was filthy. This hotel has a policy where you cannot request a refund after 15 minutes of being checked in. Unfortunately by the time we grabbed our bags and found our room our time was up. We will never be staying at another motel 6 after this.

Worst room cleanliness in my entire life. Although claimed to be smoke free room, room was full of smoke stink, ashes everywhere on floor, vanity table, sink etc., Unswept floors. Linen doesn’t appear clean and fresh.

NO HEAT, WASN'T OFFER ANOTHER ROOM. THE MANIAGER DID NOTHING WHEN THE NEW GIRL CALLED HIM. HE KEPT TOLD HER TO GAVE IT AN HALF HOUR (FOR THE HEAT TO COME ON). HOW MANY HALF HOURS FROM 4PM TO 8PM? AND THE ROCHES! THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS DIRTY. PULL TAB ON THE FLOOR AND SOMETHING THAT LOOKED LIKE MICE .

last time we were there was 100 times better than this year. NO HEAT!!! it was 37 the next morning outside. the manager was never there. the room was very cold. we were told several times to gave the heat a half an hour to come on. well how many times are in 4 pm to 8:50 pm. AND THE ROACHES. WE KILLED TWO. if we saw then the day we checked in we would not have stayed, the next morning was when we killed 2.the woman was nice, but not helpful with the heat. the man the next morning was more concerned with his cell phone to even be at the desk, but stood in a doorway next to the office. the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned, you could see pull tab on the floor and something that looked like mice dropping. this is the second hotel 6 we have found that is not stay able. so needless to say we will not be staying in any hotel 6. and both have been in york Pa.

Internet was probably the best thing about the trip. The greeting staff was amazing I will say that. The room heater blew out like warm air all night. Heat never kicked on. Bathroom looked like it was put together by some handyman that was not handy at all. TV was ok, but some sort of HD on a Samsung flat panel would have been nice. Borderline like watching TV from the 90s. Thought the hot water in the bathroom was broke until I realized that the plate for the handle was just labeled backwards. Cold was hot, hot was cold. You get what you pay for, that's all I can say.

Filthy, burn holes on blanket. Ac unit was so loud lost sleep. Key card failed on me 3 times. Body hair on bottom of tub. Asked for another room and the second one was just as dirty and gross.

Everything was great except i couldn't get my pho.e to connect to the wifi. Other then that it was perfect.

While my expectations were low because it was a Motel 6 and let’s face it, it’s going to have its moments; this stay has been even worse than I thought. Deferred maintenance, and a non-smoking room that just reeks of cigarette smoke. An ozone machine would be a great investment for your business. The absolute nail in the coffin in our stay is the lack of an actual blanket on the bed. I stayed with my special needs adult child who has multiple health issues. Regulating her body temperature and sensory issues are two major factors we deal with. I called to see if the office could help with some blankets, but I was told after searching for them they concluded they must be locked in the manager’s office and not available until the next morning. So I’m laying in the bed, fully dressed under my covers with the bath towel on top of the sheets trying to keep warm as I write this. My daughter is fully clothed and did fall asleep finally with extra clothes and I found a sweatshirt in the car. This is CRAZY! The AC is OFF and has been since we got here, it is July 12, 2025

We’ve utilized this hotel for approx. 100 nights for our crews over the last few and years and while barebones we have never had an issue and the staff has always been helpful until recently. We recently stayed 16 nights and needed to extend for an extra night (4) rooms & the front deck individual (Michelle) requested everyone’s ID a few of our guys had their wallets stolen on the previous job and didn’t have their so Michelle threatened to call the Police…for what? Not sure. She then checked in two (2) if the rooms knowing she wouldn’t check in the other rooms then gave them 15 min. to decide if they were staying…I’ve never heard such a thing and if there’s ever been a problem with my cruise, checking into a hotel, the front desk is always called me personally. It’s my belief Michelle is not a fan minority workers and wanted them to jump through hoops…BEWARE

Property is very nasty has bugs all over inside the room, we didn’t even stayed there for 5 minutes and even there staff member saw the bugs and they said they will refund my money. But I never got my refund. So be very careful and please don’t book ur room there, because u will never get ur money back. We are very very upset about this whole situation and will report this facility.

Great stay. Staff was nice

The rooms were clean. They tried to charge me twice for the room. When I asked the maid for extra towels, she said that they were not allowed to give them out. No shampoo offered. The desk clerk banged on my neighbors door at 2 o’clock in the morning for no reason And woke us all up.

What we liked about the motel was?It is convenient to stores and for my husband to get to work

Sent us to wrong motel. 2 motel 6's in about a 1/4 mile! It was freaking pouring out so we had to waste money on an Uber since we were able to take a bus earlier to hotel.

Goog price. Restaurants close by. quiet

It smells. Property is next to a water treatment plant. There are sign for people that live there, every 28 days they must vacate for 2 days. Property is a franchise and not owned by motel6 any longer.
