The room and lobby were nice enough but the elevator wasn't working and they did not have first floor rooms available. This was okay for me but would have been impossible if my handicapped mother had come, like originally planned. The indoor pool was adequate but it definitely wasn't heated. My son still enjoyed it, though. The hair dryer in the bathroom sparked and smoked when I turned it on--good thing it wasn't next to my hair yet!

A great stay at a property that is undergoing renovation. Staff was polite, breakfast was enjoyable, and there was only minor inconvenience because of the work going on.

This property is undergoing a renovation. Construction is supposed to start at 8am tomorrow. The breakfast room is also under construction and there are no tables to eat breakfast in the morning. I wouldn’t have booked here had I known this when I booked the hotel stay.

This property is currently under going a major renovation. The staff made sure all needs were met and the work was not disruptive. Can't say more about how easy it was to forget how much work was being done, with no inconvenience to the guests

There are not a lot of quality Inns in and around Franklin and therefore I did not have a lot of choices. I have stayed at Comfort Inns while traveling and usually they are pretty good. This one was not. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and smelled. Inside the room the a/c heater was moldy smelling when blowing. I had to get some Freebreeze car freshener clips and put one the vents just to be able to run it. The mattress was very thin and hard. Was booked for two nights and only stayed one due to the quality of the room.

The check-in process was very efficient and courteous. Everything about the facility was sparkling clean. it had an extremely comfortable bed and the room was very spacious. Highly recommend Quality Inn.

Room was smelly…musty. Carpet was in poor condition. Not sure if odor was from wall A/C or the carpet. Room was adequate for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast was a packaged muffin, yogurt & coffee. We took it to our room because seating was minimal. I would not recommend this hotel. Check in & out process was incredibly slow because the owners appear to live on site & were obviously doing other tasks.

Worst hotel with lots of bugs roaming inside the room. I switched atleast 3 rooms and finally settled with last one with no other choice. Front desk was polite in switching rooms. Below average breakfast. Close to near by restaurants. Probably will never visit again. Im pretty disappointed with rating shared in Expedia & the ground reality of this hotel. I prefer to get refunded for my booking.

The staff was very helpful when I wasn’t able to check in due to a booking mistake. The area was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. That being said, the room we stayed in did have several small roaches. Outside of that, no major complaints.

The property was easy to access from the main highway. It was relatively close to several restaurants. The attendants were friendly and helpful. What I disliked: The pillows were soiled and when I tried to sleep all I could smell were someone else’s body odor. ( It turned my stomach and ruined my quality of sleep.)The sheets were ok. The bed was worn out. Most definitely next time in the region other motels will be selected.

We were in town for a funeral and chose this hotel based off of other reviews. Check in was easy. When we opened the door to our room I could instantly smell it was musty but the a/c was off so we tuned that on. During the night I woke up because I was itchy everywhere. I started to look around the room and found mold and dirt where the refrigerator is placed. I went to the front desk to inform them and they moved us to another room..not much better…disgusting stain on the comforter and mold and dirt around the refrigerator. I’ve posted pics of the room, lamp shades and the ice maker in the lobby. This place is disgusting!!

Nothing. The only room service we got was exchange towels. We had to empty trash cans. Never cleaned floors the whole time we were there. Pillows were yellow, only had clean pillow cases on the yellow pillows. Not a good experience.

Clean room with KIDDIE-SIZE TOILET. 13 in tall and right up against the wall! Totally NOT acceptable for adults. No excuse for not replacing with a modern standard taller toilet. One of the Queen-size beds was broken and made loud popping sounds so couldn't be used to sleep on. Very noisy thin walls. Won't be staying there again.

This hotel was super clean and quiet! The front deak staff was very polite. I could hear the room above me walking around quite heavily, but i was so tired it didn't matter. It was a great stay for a solo traveler.

The folks at the desk were so nice and helpful. Our only complaint was we could not regulate the heat and became miserable during the night. We weee up and down trying to get to a comfortable temp. Other than that everything was nice.

For the price and based on reviews, I expected a better stay. The front staff person was very helpful. We had a problem with our TV and she came up and fixed it. Property is older, the hallways had a kind of musty smell. Furnishings were kinda worn. Good size bathroom with good water pressure. The towels were rough and seemed to be stained. Needed replacing.

Customer service was terrible. They were rude from the start. Immediately upon laying on the mattress, I could tell it was cheap. Every move my wife made almost shook me out of the bed. Thank goodness there were two beds on the room. The mattresses were so thin they caused my hips to hurt after a short time.

We stayed here for one night after attending a late evening graduation at Western Carolina University. We checked in extremely late but that process went smoothly. The only issue we had was with the TV remote but someone came promptly and fixed that issue. Breakfast was included with our stay. The dining area was kept extremely clean by a cheerful and pleasant staff member. We tipped her very well to show our appreciation. You won't go wrong staying here!

Beds were the best I've slept on in a long time -very comfortable. Breakfast area was awful. Very small selection of food and they were out of most things. Only 1 warm thing. Also, it was in a small room and very quiet. Several people staring at me as I walked by. No TV or music in the room. No one at the front desk when it was time to check out

Generally satisfactory property. Our main criticism is of the breakfast in the morning. Much of the food was gone when we went into the dining room a few minutes after 9 o'clock, and no attendant was visible to address the issue. When I found her in an adjoining area and mentioned the lack of eggs, sausage, and flatware it seemed to me that she was ungrateful for the information. She did (eventually) bring more of the missing items, but with several people waiting for breakfast food and supplies, a good experience would have involved a more positive and punctual response.

This property is undergoing a renovation. Construction is supposed to start at 8am tomorrow. The breakfast room is also under construction and there are no tables to eat breakfast in the morning. I wouldn’t have booked here had I known this when I booked the hotel stay.

Light in mirror was out in bathroom. So when I walked in the bathroom And turned on the switch. Nothing happened. We should have been moved. Manager knew & put sign on dark wall to use switch behind door to turn on overhead light. Otherwise all was good. Very nice breakfast

The room was a bit small, but very clean. The breakfast was quite simple and monotonous; we stayed for three days, and the breakfast was the same every day with no variety whatsoever.

Very spacious room and bathroom. Room and property was clean. Quick check-in. Breakfast bar was basic. Hotel was easy to get to. The only complaint was that the hallway had an unpleasant odor.

We had an excellent stay, check-in was a breeze. Staff was more than helpful. Our room was big and clean and smelled fresh. And the indoor pool was very clean and didn’t have that typical chlorine indoor pool smell. The bed was very very comfy. we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Bed was soft and comfortable. We were upgraded to a room with a jet tub, but the jets were so dirty- we didn’t use it. Multiple areas of the room hadn’t been dusted (top of head board, air conditioning vent, lamps- as they had lots of dust on them. The lamp on the desk didn’t work. The worst part was this chemical cleaner smell throughout the entire building. It took your breath away when you enter the door. If I was in the area again, I would look into another hotel to stay in. Price was a bit much for the “quality” of the place.
