I stayed for 2 days at this wonderful hotel and let me tell you i was blown away by the level of attention and care i was shown here. Ive stayed at many many hotels in the philippines and this was by far the BEST ive ever stayed and its not even close. From the time i came in they greeted us i felt like this was special. The food was amazing. You can really taste the quality in it. I would even go as far to say that no food was better in d mall or boracay than the meals i had here. I wanna highlight DRIGGS who helped made sure my stay was comfortable. He was soo kind tru out and even one time made sure to bring me peanuts while i was having a drink bymyself to make sure i had something to eat.That small gesture really touched me.His customer service skills alone is WORLD CLASS. and miss ROMA who served us food always was sooo kind and patient. Shebwas sweet and super professional. And lastly RAFAEL who always served me cocktails .the best bartender ive experience even in canada. He makes the best drinks with such skill and it shows. Sometimes i just tell him to surpise me with any drink and he always delivers. I was so genuinely amazed by the staff and this hotel that i convinced my aunt and uncle to come with me one more time to experience this magical stay and i booked another stay today! See you guys 😁

Loved everything about Villa Caemilla! Welcome was amazing, staff was super attentive, location was the best! Truly beachfront, felt like we had a private beach! Drinks were so good, and they were open to even making a spicy margarita even though it wasn't on the menu. The rooms were awesome - can't say enough good things! We will surely go back and stay there again!

The Villa Caemilla is a beautiful facility with a wonderful staff, quality rooms, delicious food, and a great view. It is located just to the South of the main party area so it is quiet but easily a easy 5-8 minute walk to the shopping and nightlife scene. Immediately upon check in the friendly staff is waiting with a cool beverage to relax you and put you in "beach mode". The greeting drink was a delicious honey, lemon, and ginger beverage with a nice cold towel to cool you off. After check in the staff was Immediately ready to take my bags to my room and escorted me to my room and did a courtesy room inspection. The daily room service and evening turn down service also ensured the in room amenities were well stocked. At the hotel dining area every seat has a view of the beach. Unfortunately, during several days of my stay it was a bit windy so they had to have the wind screens up. The hotel doesn't have any say in the weather but the view was still amazing. There are also plenty of delicious food and drink items on the menu to meet almost every want. I also booked an in-room signature massage. The massage therapist was very friendly and very effective. They also offer massages in the massage room if preferred. Overall my stay at Villa Caemilla made my beach vacation feel like a second home. The whole staff was excellent. However, Razel at the bar was extremely friendly friendly and makes an awesome cappuccino.

Villa Caemilla was the most wonderful stay. The staff are superb and go above and beyond to make your stay special. They are welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms are a lovely size, plenty of space and the bed was delightfully comfy. The food the hotel serves is extremely good, and very high quality. If you don’t want to go out for lunch and dinner each day this is a wonderful place to eat and relax. The hotel bar and seating area has a lovely view of the beach and was our favourite place to enjoy a cocktail or many each evening. Sometimes the hotel arrange an acoustic set to listen to and their singers are amazing unlike the mass of Kareoke you hear blaring in many other hotels on the island. The private sun loungers on the beach are a priceless touch that many other hotels would dream to have, but don’t. Being in station 3 was calm and blissful, compared to the chaos and crowds of station 2. You would be making a mistake if you didn’t choose to stay here. Thank you Villa Caemilla for making our stay so memorable, we won’t forget it!

Amazing property. Rooms are nice and big, clean and well furnished. Has bar fridge, many TV channels and nice TV. Washroom (Comfort Room) is large and has nice big shower. Lots of stirage soace and a safe. The restaurant is amazing and have big servings. Love the fruit platers, burger, pasta and drinks. Very comfortable chairs in lobby and restaurant area. It is in Station 3 which is quiet nut very near the nightlife of Station 2. Very helpful staff and quick ti respond to anything. Massages are also great!

The service was impeccable!! I can't say enough about the amazing staff there. Always going out their way to make us food that was not on the menu. Hats off to the chefs!! All our meals were so good!! We will miss seeing all the wonderful people !!!

Excellent hotel in beautiful Boracay. The staff were super friendly and helpful; but everyone on Boracay is super friendly and helpful! The setting on the beach was also really nice with direct access to the water. Hotel had lots of nice touches. The breakfast menu was really good with dining right on the beachfront. Would definitely stay there again.

Gran hotel/resort a pie de playa. Excelentes habitaciones, súper limpias y muy amplias. Todo el personal del hotel súper agradable, nos hicieron un upgrade sin costo. La playa súper limpia, la limpian continuamente. Tiene una buen restaurante y happy hour de 12 a 18h. Sin duda si vuelvo a Boracay repetiré.

Very disappointing. Rat outside my room last night. A big one - and it ran towards me jumping over my foot at the last minute. My room was directly above the kitchens. Over charging / double charging for f&b items. Miscommunication regarding extending stay (fortunate as it happened given the rat outside my room). Weird electrics in my room; some lamp lights wouldn’t switch off. The hotel duty manager handled all of this very well however. I absolutely would not stay here again however.

The place was cool, i liked that the beach and water could be found steps outside property. The breakfast croissant sandwich was the only food i thought was decent (really good actually) but they were out of it two times i attempted to order it and the other items i tried i disnt care for. The roosters outside my window literally hollered from 330/4am every morning and the last 2 days im not sure if they were doing construction above my room but just constant pounding for hours. The staff was nice but it was disturbing to me that i chose to be understanding about things that went wrong, or our rooms not being ready, tv breaking, ants in the room, calling my room at 10pm??????- and another traveler was having less issues but because she kept complaining they were comping massages, shuttles, meals for her. Its a pretty spot, just could use some work and if you are a light sleeper you may want to choose another place because not even noise canceling ear buds could drown out the roosters.

Wonderful boutique hotel right on the beach in Station 3, where it’s much quieter and less crowded than Station 1 or 2. Staff is great, room was comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!

Great beachfront views from the 3 suites. I also very much prefer to stay in the area among the 3 stations of the Long Beach in Boracay as it has an idyllic laid back vibe w/ a balanced tropical vegetation & not as crowded for excellent beach hangout & swimming. Awesome staff were very polite & helpful. Our Rm 203 suite & its facilities were really good except for the ripped upholstery of one of the sectional cushions of the balcony couch which I thought was just overlooked.

Nous avons eu un magnifique séjour de 12 nuits. La chambre était belle et propre. Le ménage a été fait chaque jour. Le personnel a été très gentil, particulièrement avec notre bébé de 11 mois. L’hôtel dispose de tout ce que bébé avait besoin (lit de bébé, chaise haute, jouets). Le petit déjeuner était très bon! Nous recommandons fortement!

Pizza yiyelim dedik yarısı kaldı, paket yaptırmak istediğimizde de bizden ekstra ücret alındı.Havlu alırken temizliğine ekstradan dikkat etmenizi öneririm, bizden 1000 Peso istendi .Hotelin Plaja konumu gayet iyi. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, has all amenities we needed and the staff is friendly and very helpful. They assisted us with every need we had during our stay. The property is far away enough from the crowded areas, but close enough to nearby restaurants and shops. We honestly cannot wait to come back! I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the staff and management for provided my family with such a wonderful stay during Christmas holidays.

We stayed for 6 nights. They “upgraded” our first room, but the room has a these block glass window that has no curtains, so it was bright when the sun is up. We asked to moved after 3 nights to a room with curtains to block the sunlight, the second room has this sewer smell, we tried not to complain but on our last night it was unbearable. We asked to move once again, and the last room, the bidet spray has leaked that flooded the bathroom. We didn't ask to move but we made them aware of it, the staff were very nice and tried to make things right. I just hope that they make some improvements on their property.

The hotel in general is pretty good. I enjoyed the food, the massages and the room isn't that bad. The only comment that I have, that really interfered with my experience is the roosters next to the room. They woke me up at 5am

Amazing property. Rooms are nice and big, clean and well furnished. Has bar fridge, many TV channels and nice TV. Washroom (Comfort Room) is large and has nice big shower. Lots of stirage soace and a safe. The restaurant is amazing and have big servings. Love the fruit platers, burger, pasta and drinks. Very comfortable chairs in lobby and restaurant area. It is in Station 3 which is quiet nut very near the nightlife of Station 2. Very helpful staff and quick ti respond to anything. Massages are also great!

We stayed in room 201 for 9 nights. We had a wonderful time at your cozy and elegant hotel. The view of the ocean from our room was amazing ! The room was really spacious and comfortable ! All the members of the staff did a great job to make us feel really welcome all the time. Everybody was super-efficient and very nice ! Due to the approaching typhoon, flights being cancelled, we had to leave very hastily and in hurry on the 23rd. We ESPECIALLY want to send big and warm THANK YOU VERY MUCH to 2 members of the staff: First, the efficient and competent girl at the Front desk, on the morning of the 23rd. We are SO SORRY: We did not get her name ! But she helped us to re-book our flight tickets with Philippine Airlines very quickly and efficiently ! She did A GREAT JOB ! Also: The guy at the Front Desk, King, who helped us to re-arrange with My Boracay agency, to pick us up earlier. King was so competent and proffesional ! He also did a GREAT JOB. We managed to get on an earlier flight, back to Manila, before the typhoon arrived. Once again , we had a WONDERFUL tima at Villa Caemilla, and can highly recommend the hotel to everybody who wants at great time in Boracay ! We stayed in a suite in the front of the hotel with the best view of the ocean. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony overlooking the beach was awesome. The area is in the quieter section of station 3, but close enough to walk to the other stations without too much effort. The staff was amazing! Extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We had no problems and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Boracay.

I stayed for 2 days at this wonderful hotel and let me tell you i was blown away by the level of attention and care i was shown here. Ive stayed at many many hotels in the philippines and this was by far the BEST ive ever stayed and its not even close. From the time i came in they greeted us i felt like this was special. The food was amazing. You can really taste the quality in it. I would even go as far to say that no food was better in d mall or boracay than the meals i had here. I wanna highlight DRIGGS who helped made sure my stay was comfortable. He was soo kind tru out and even one time made sure to bring me peanuts while i was having a drink bymyself to make sure i had something to eat.That small gesture really touched me.His customer service skills alone is WORLD CLASS. and miss ROMA who served us food always was sooo kind and patient. Shebwas sweet and super professional. And lastly RAFAEL who always served me cocktails .the best bartender ive experience even in canada. He makes the best drinks with such skill and it shows. Sometimes i just tell him to surpise me with any drink and he always delivers. I was so genuinely amazed by the staff and this hotel that i convinced my aunt and uncle to come with me one more time to experience this magical stay and i booked another stay today! See you guys 😁

Very disappointing. Rat outside my room last night. A big one - and it ran towards me jumping over my foot at the last minute. My room was directly above the kitchens. Over charging / double charging for f&b items. Miscommunication regarding extending stay (fortunate as it happened given the rat outside my room). Weird electrics in my room; some lamp lights wouldn’t switch off. The hotel duty manager handled all of this very well however. I absolutely would not stay here again however.

Staff, rooms, service was excellent. Making our stay very comfortable and was truly a much needed break. Food was very good. Waiters' service was above good. I now have a go to place when I visit Boracay again.

This property looked good online. However, the price did not include an outrageous VAT tax which I found on our bill at checkout. All taxes are commonly included in the price here in the Philippines (I've lived here for five years). There were also other strange "incidental" charges added to our bill. Additionally, the ceiling in our room began leaking on our heads in the middle of the night during a rainstorm. The solution? Pull the bed to the middle of the room. The staff was very polite and friendly. But, I asked to speak to the manager about the above and no one ever contacted us. Therefore, I cannot recommend this property since there are numerous excellent alternate choices in Boracay.

The Villa Caemilla is a beautiful facility with a wonderful staff, quality rooms, delicious food, and a great view. It is located just to the South of the main party area so it is quiet but easily a easy 5-8 minute walk to the shopping and nightlife scene. Immediately upon check in the friendly staff is waiting with a cool beverage to relax you and put you in "beach mode". The greeting drink was a delicious honey, lemon, and ginger beverage with a nice cold towel to cool you off. After check in the staff was Immediately ready to take my bags to my room and escorted me to my room and did a courtesy room inspection. The daily room service and evening turn down service also ensured the in room amenities were well stocked. At the hotel dining area every seat has a view of the beach. Unfortunately, during several days of my stay it was a bit windy so they had to have the wind screens up. The hotel doesn't have any say in the weather but the view was still amazing. There are also plenty of delicious food and drink items on the menu to meet almost every want. I also booked an in-room signature massage. The massage therapist was very friendly and very effective. They also offer massages in the massage room if preferred. Overall my stay at Villa Caemilla made my beach vacation feel like a second home. The whole staff was excellent. However, Razel at the bar was extremely friendly friendly and makes an awesome cappuccino.

We had a three night stay in February. The property is located in Station 3, which is more chill than the other two. Our stay was wonderful, and the staff go above and beyond to make it a pleasurable experience. We had an odor problem the first day in our bathroom and it was promptly fixed after notifying the front desk. The restaurant's food, drinks, and service were all above expectations (we were happy to see several meat-free options - the margherita pizza is excellent as is the welcome drink). The guests were low key and not loud. As for the room, it was large and the bathroom especially so. It was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Villa Caemilla.

Must say I never have met a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review for any business or feedback . I al so impressed with the personal touches , the welcoming and friendlyness. This hotel is highly recommended and worth the stay. It’s located in more of the quiet part of the Island but very close beach walk to everything.

The staff was wonderful, the restaurant was delicious and the beach was not crowded and beautiful. It’s a little difficult to get to, narrow streets up to a point and then a short walk down a rocky path and along the sandy beach, but once you are there it’s worth it.

Wonderful boutique hotel right on the beach in Station 3, where it’s much quieter and less crowded than Station 1 or 2. Staff is great, room was comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!

An absolutely lovely place to stay during your vacation in Boracay! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to us. The restaurant located in the lobby has a good variety of all day food options and has a great view of the beach. Everything was very clean and our room offered everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only con with the property is I would say the location isn’t accessible by vehicle so you will have to walk a short distance. My partner and I didn’t mind at all, but groups with more luggage might find it a hassle if carrying it on your own. Besides that, it was a memorable stay and definitely plan on booking here again for our next trip!

The place was cool, i liked that the beach and water could be found steps outside property. The breakfast croissant sandwich was the only food i thought was decent (really good actually) but they were out of it two times i attempted to order it and the other items i tried i disnt care for. The roosters outside my window literally hollered from 330/4am every morning and the last 2 days im not sure if they were doing construction above my room but just constant pounding for hours. The staff was nice but it was disturbing to me that i chose to be understanding about things that went wrong, or our rooms not being ready, tv breaking, ants in the room, calling my room at 10pm??????- and another traveler was having less issues but because she kept complaining they were comping massages, shuttles, meals for her. Loved everything about Villa Caemilla! Welcome was amazing, staff was super attentive, location was the best! Truly beachfront, felt like we had a private beach! Drinks were so good, and they were open to even making a spicy margarita even though it wasn't on the menu. The rooms were awesome - can't say enough good things! We will surely go back and stay there again!

Villa Caemilla was the most wonderful stay. The staff are superb and go above and beyond to make your stay special. They are welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms are a lovely size, plenty of space and the bed was delightfully comfy. The food the hotel serves is extremely good, and very high quality. If you don’t want to go out for lunch and dinner each day this is a wonderful place to eat and relax. The hotel bar and seating area has a lovely view of the beach and was our favourite place to enjoy a cocktail or many each evening. Sometimes the hotel arrange an acoustic set to listen to and their singers are amazing unlike the mass of Kareoke you hear blaring in many other hotels on the island. The private sun loungers on the beach are a priceless touch that many other hotels would dream to have, but don’t. Being in station 3 was calm and blissful, compared to the chaos and crowds of station 2. You would be making a mistake if you didn’t choose to stay here. Thank you Villa Caemilla for making our stay so memorable, we won’t forget it!

Excellent hotel in beautiful Boracay. The staff were super friendly and helpful; but everyone on Boracay is super friendly and helpful! The setting on the beach was also really nice with direct access to the water. Hotel had lots of nice touches. The breakfast menu was really good with dining right on the beachfront. Would definitely stay there again.

Nous avons eu un magnifique séjour de 12 nuits. La chambre était belle et propre. Le ménage a été fait chaque jour. Le personnel a été très gentil, particulièrement avec notre bébé de 11 mois. L’hôtel dispose de tout ce que bébé avait besoin (lit de bébé, chaise haute, jouets). Le petit déjeuner était très bon! Nous recommandons fortement!

We had a three night stay in February. The property is located in Station 3, which is more chill than the other two. Our stay was wonderful, and the staff go above and beyond to make it a pleasurable experience. We had an odor problem the first day in our bathroom and it was promptly fixed after notifying the front desk. The restaurant's food, drinks, and service were all above expectations (we were happy to see several meat-free options - the margherita pizza is excellent as is the welcome drink). The guests were low key and not loud. As for the room, it was large and the bathroom especially so. It was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Villa Caemilla.

Villa Caemilla is, quite simply, impeccable. My little boy Remy and I stayed here and from the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful — elegant, peaceful and effortlessly luxurious, in the most wonderful setting on Boracay. Every detail feels considered, but what truly makes Villa Caemilla exceptional is the incredible staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone was warm, thoughtful and genuinely kind, and despite being busy, they always seemed to have time for my son. Those little moments of attention and kindness made our stay incredibly special. As a mother travelling with a child, there is nothing nicer than staying somewhere where your child is not simply accommodated, but genuinely welcomed and made to feel important. A very special thank you to Paul, who took such wonderful care of us and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Also to Samantha, Driggs, Rafael and Armand (apologies for the spellings!). We felt completely spoiled. Villa Caemilla manages that rare combination of effortless luxury, elegance and genuine warmth. You arrive, immediately relax, and somehow everything is simply taken care of. The food and drinks are fabulous! We were genuinely sad to leave. An absolutely wonderful hotel with an extraordinary team of people behind it. We cannot wait to come back.

Villa Caemilla er et hyggelig, lite hotell rett på stranden i en rolig ende av White Beach. Hotellet er velholdt og rent. Betjeningen er vennlig og hjelpsom. Restauranten og baren som ligger åpent ut mot stranden er utmerket. Den serverer en god blanding av filippinsk og internasjonal mat. Frokosten er à la carte og serveres ved bordet. Klimaanlegget på rommene er stillegående, men ikke spesielt kraftige.
