Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer mit einfacher Einrichtung. Schöne Poolanlage. Das Frühstück hat keine Auswahl. Es gibt nur Toast, Butter, Pancakes, Cerealien.

Not many options for breakfast, the room smelled like someone had smoked a cigar inside, and the shower pipe was leaking heavily when I turned on the water so I couldn't shower. Staff were friendly and parking was fine.

My room was very clean and cozy. I also like the Crystal Inn's location as there are numerous stores, supermarkets, diners, etc practically within walking distance of the hotel, which is a short drive from Asbury Park, Red Bank and other interesting Monmouth destinations.

First, the staff inside the check in were excellent. They smiled and were polite. Having said that, let me begin. I only needed a room to sleep and shower. Based on the reviews, I thought this was a good option since my employer wasn't reimbursing me for this stay, I was mistaken. Upon opening the door, the room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. I returned to the check in area and received another key for a different room. Again, the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, the second room smelled as well. Not as bad, but it smelled nonetheless. For starters: - The outlets in the room were all loose, some did not work - The walls were patched, unpainted and in some areas, painted a different color than the wall. - The door to the room had multiple dents and was filthy - The cover to the toilet did not fit the tank. The toilet also ran most of the night. - The frame of the bathroom door looked like it had been chewed. No other way to explain this - The light in the bathroom had bugs in it - The bathroom window was painted over - The bathroom door had never been painted, was filthy and patched with drywall mud. - The panel for the clothing area was painted multiple colors, not in a good funky kind of way - None of the trim in the room was even close to good - The charging port on the desk did not work - The Television was smart TV but not very smart. It would not stay connected to whatever wifi they were using. Bed was leaning to the left.
