One of the best hotels in Delhi, possibly the best. 50 meter pool. Only small minus is that the connecting doors between the rooms don't have much sound insulation so if you get a noisy neighbour it can be an issue. Apart from that, it's the perfect hotel.

An excellent hotel. There is good dining in the hotel, and the hotel has an excellent fitness area when compared with all of the other hotel fitness areas I have been to. If I ever find myself in Delhi again, I would love to stay at this hotel again.

The property is nice, clean, peaceful and has amazing restaurants. The residential block is separate from the restaurants which provides privacy and isolation. The pool side is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The variety of food is excellent. I had a very comfortable stay.

This fabulous hotel exceeded all expectations in every way possible! From the flawless check-in to the beautiful, modern room to the restaurants to the pool attendants to the entire Oberoi staff, everything was 7 stars! We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Oberoi Gurgaon which made it very difficult to leave. Thanks for an incredible experience !

I was in the luxury hotel business before retiring so I am a harsh critic who also recognizes extraordinary service when I receive it. From the greeting when I pulled up to the hotel and the easy in room check in I truly felt like a guest, not a customer. I was only at the hotel for one night before an international flight. A cold came on and so I mentioned to the front desk on check out that they would want to tell housekeeping to fully clean the room due to my being sick. From that moment they could not have been more caring, getting me crackers and biscuits for my flight, tissues, water and even cold medicine. They told the driver of the car to take my luggage for me as far as security would let him. The hotel from what I saw (mostly in spacious room due to being sick) is exquisite.The room was spacious and as in the photos and the bathroom was a dream with a large oval tub, separate shower and two sinks. But it is the staff going above in beyond with every interaction I had with them that makes this the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

They have set the bar extremely high. I traveled alone and right from the time I got outbid the airport with a couple of staff waiting there, to check in process, showing me the property, super friendly staff, neat and clean. It was the staff that made the stay extremely comfortable. Of course, the room and amenities were bang on as well.

After trying all the hotels in Delhi, the Oberoi and trident (owned by same people and next door) are my 2 favorites. Even though it’s a bit outside of Delhi I much prefer the tranquility I experience here. It’s like you get off the world and are just pampered at every step. Epic food and drinks! Butler button next to the bed Amazing concierge that goes the extra mile. This hotel literally changed me the first time I came. It showed me what true service should be like!

I have been stayed at this property quite a lot of times . Very good service . Oberoi has been my first pick in India . This time the restaurant is closed , only 360 is open . And a small incident happened in my room . The staff reacted quickly . And when I checked out , one staff asked about it . Really appreciate that they do care about the guest’s stay . Other than that , everything is good . Looking forward to my next Oberoi experience.

Truly outstanding hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from arrival to departure. The food in particular was incredible. I had a potato burger that was literally one of the nicest things I've ever eaten! Breakfast too was superb. Certainly one of the best hotels I've stayed in on my world travels.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oberoi Gurgaon for two nights and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. The breakfast and dinner at the 360 restaurant were simply outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The service was impeccable and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and comfortable throughout my stay, and the room service was prompt and efficient. Overall, I cannot recommend the Oberoi Gurgaon highly enough. The level of service and attention to detail is truly unmatched. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and of the highest quality. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary airport transfer included with our room. Being chauffeured to the airport in a luxurious BMW 7 Series made our journey even more special and completely stress-free.
