Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy. Pool was open till 10 and open early in the morning. Breakfast was delicious had eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, make your own waffles, cereal, choice of fruit and bagles

Overall this a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the rooms were clean. My only complaint was the pool. I realized after we had swam a couple of times that the water was kind of murky and you could see a sheen of residue on the surface. It didn’t feel very clean so we stopped swimming in it which was unfortunate since that was one of the reasons we selected this hotel.
Overall this a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the rooms were clean. My only complaint was the pool. Hotel was under construction due to pipes needing to be replaced. The bar/eating area was card tables in a conference room. I am not very impressed that this information was not provided upon booking. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was great. Very dissapointed in the lack of communication regarding construction though.

Hotel was very clean ,our room was large and the king bed was very comfortable. Our server Joan at breakfast was extremely nice and helpful overall very pleased with this hotel. Only issue we had was the bar was never open when we were there.

This likely the worst hotel I've booked. No work elevators (2). Tub & sink were dirty The carpet is visibily dirty particular on the lighter carpet. Walls & door especially in public places are terribly dirty. The entire place needs a thorough scrub down. Daytime desk attendant was pleasant (Lucas) Evening staff, not so much. All of the hallways and stairways are hot and/or humid. I requested to have a room change since i was on the 4th floor with physicial limitations. I was denied and told my reservation was for a King & there are none on 1st floor. Only book here if you are desperate. Clearly i was in hindsight.

The parking area was plentiful and safe. The check-in was the first distressing moment. I paid in advance via Affirm, and that went well. When my friend and I checked in I was told that my credit card would be charged $100 for incidentals. $100! That was 80% of the room rate! We were checking in at 9 PM and would be leaving by 9AM the next morning. I was certainly irritated, in that I was using a low limit CC that I usually used for emergencies, and didn't want to wait five days for it to be credited back. I thought $35 or even $50 was much more reasonable. No dice, hotel policy is $100, I was told. I asked, if I paid cash, would I get it back the next morning? Yes, I was told. Okay...gave them $100, and went to our room. The next morning, after no charges to the room during the 12 hours, we checked out. I said where's my "incidentals" deposit, and I was asked to wait, until housekeeping could check the room to make sure I hadn't stolen a towel or a pillow or something. Thank goodness we had told them earlier that the in-room coffee maker was missing the tray to hold the coffee pods. After 15 minutes, I was finally handed back my $100 bill. Breakfast was impressive looking, but the gravy container for the biscuits was empty for at least 30 minutes (gave up trying for that), and there was a constant line of 10 or 12 people trying to get a waffle from the ONE waffle maker.

There’s potential for this hotel, but we walked into our room and it smelled like straight sewage, the bed sheets and pillows were dirty and had stains on them, the AC unit had mold inside. The staff came in to check it out and tried to gaslight and do anything except take accountability (and which was my main issue). We were able to get into a different room which was better but still had areas of cleaning that were very obviously missed.

I had 2 rooms, one room had snot wiped on the wall by the lamp and foot printson bathroom floor. The other room had roaches crawling on the wall late at night. At 1:30 am i was woken by some one yelling in the hall for people to be quiet. Pool was out of service and we weren't even told.

Proprty was dirty, not just because they were short stagf that day, but dirt that was built ip over time. Dirty towels laying in halls dirt on gloors, etc I do have to say the desk clerk was very friendly !

No breakfast out at 7 am like advertised. Dirty bathroom. Mold around the sink, rust all over the shower head. Food under the credneza in room and trash on the floor. Blood on pillowcase. Hallway 85 degrees. AC in room very noisy but cold.

Very very sub par hotel to say the least. Entrance looks clean and inviting but when you round the corner to go to the elevators the floors were dirty and the carpet in elevators looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in over a week. There was literally trash, leaves, and just stuff on the carpet of elevators during our entire stay. Which also continued down the hall corridors. In addition, the towel bar in bathroom was falling off the wall along with the toilet paper holder and shower head was rusty (see photos). Breakfast was less than favorable with very little variety.

Our hotel did not come with an iron. They have a tv with Netflix and Prime options but the staff explained to us that because the hotel was bought out yet the staff remained the same, the old hotel doesn’t offer streaming only free channels with nothing in them . Never again.

This hotel was filthy and run down. Furniture was missing from my room, the overall condition was dirty. There was rust in the bathroom fixtures and the bottom of the shower had a big bulge so that the floor was not flat. I can't believe Expedia is associated with this place. Definitely do not recommend. There are many hotels in the area to choose from.,

The check in was smooth and the MOD super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is permanently closed....wish I knew that in advance. The ice machine on the 4th floor was broken, but was getting fixed as I checked out. The room was great the king bed was comfortable and the area with the couch was also great. The breakfast was surprisingly hot especially the eggs and sausage links. Try the pastries...as fresh as could be. The OJ was tasty juxtaposed with the apple juice In the decanter was not so good. Overall a very pleasant 2 night stay early in the week.

The hotel needs major work. They had been working in the hallway on the way to our room and we had to maneuver around sheets & materials. The walls are paper thin. The people in the room next door had their tv on all night, making it hard to sleep. The television was having problems and when we talked to the young man at the desk about it, he was very rude and we basically just had to deal with it. Luckily, we were only there one night. Several places in the room you could see where they had patched areas and just left it.

I didn’t eat breakfast, the hotel was clean, staff friendly but the bed in room 408 needs thrown away. I had a hard time sleeping because the coils/springs whatever they are were very uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in other rooms at this hotel and the beds were fine.

Complained each late evening to please settle down the kids above us Having a quiet room is about the least we ask to have. Facility very clean otherwise and workers were nice. breakfast was exactly the same both nights we stayed and which hotels would innovate and provide some some variety or simply have a three day alternating menu. Could never stay here again.

I liked that the place was nice and quiet, and the rooms are spacious. Staff was also quite friendly and understanding. The "free breakfast" was lackluster and not good at all. But then again I only stayed for a night, but it definitely did get the job done. Would stay again.

This hotel looked perfect, clean and nice. What’s the most important part? The bed. The mattress was rock hard. Think of a mattress your grandma would have in the basement from the 1970s that hasn’t been used in decades…so uncomfortable and lumpy. Could feel every hard spring too. I go to a vacation to hope for more comfort above what I have at home. This hotel had true potential but the bed completely ruined it.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly helpful desk clerks. When the cleaning crew did not leave us clean towels and washcloths the front desk staff was more than happy to give us what we needed. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had to wait 45 minutes for check in because I used Expedia which was very frustrating. And I'm top of that I was made to give $100 deposit. My towels were dirty, the facility seemed under staffed. I suggest that two reps be at check in, the kids seemed lost. Throw away day old food, it's not up to staff to judge if it's good or not. We can tell. Get packaged ketchup. Invest in covered containers over the buffet and if you're going to sit ketchup out and milk and water in pitchers use lids. Since pets are allowed please don't allow guest to carry their pets on their hip around the breakfast buffet, you don't know who may be allergic and no one wants a dog drooling over their food

I reserved a room with Expedia the day before for 1 night. After several hours of driving, the check in process was simple. I arrived around 7pm, checked in, and got settled in the room. I called the front desk a little while later and asked if we could have a late check-out at 12pm and the same man told me yes. Fast forward to 11am the next day..desk clerk calls my room with an attitude, asking if we are leaving the room. I told her we had asked for a late check-out for 12pm and was told yes. She says it wasn't given (?) or noted. I told her that the clerk who checked us in approved this and she says "regardless it wasn't approved" and hung up on me. We got ready and went down to check out. I stood at the front desk for a while and no one came out to greet me nor helped to check out. I left key cards and walked out. 2 housekeepers were in the lobby and didn't offer any help either.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel location was conductive to where we needed to be. The staff was outstanding. Lucas checked us in and he was wonderful. The breakfast staff, Ashli and Shilpa are jewel. They were both very accommodating and the food they prepared was delicious along with their service. If you are traveling to this location and looking for a place to lodge I highly recommend this hotel. The entire staff is WONDERFUL.

The parking area was plentiful and safe. The check-in was the first distressing moment. I paid in advance via Affirm, and that went well. When my friend and I checked in I was told that my credit card would be charged $100 for incidentals. $100! That was 80% of the room rate! We were checking in at 9 PM and would be leaving by 9AM the next morning. I was certainly irritated, in that I was using a low limit CC that I usually used for emergencies, and didn't want to wait five days for it to be credited back. I thought $35 or even $50 was much more reasonable. No dice, hotel policy is $100, I was told. I asked, if I paid cash, would I get it back the next morning? Yes, I was told. Okay...gave them $100, and went to our room. The next morning, after no charges to the room during the 12 hours, we checked out. I said where's my "incidentals" deposit, and I was asked to wait, until housekeeping could check the room to make sure I hadn't stolen a towel or a pillow or something. Thank goodness we had told them earlier that the in-room coffee maker was missing the tray to hold the coffee pods. After 15 minutes, I was finally handed back my $100 bill. Breakfast was impressive looking, but the gravy container for the biscuits was empty for at least 30 minutes (gave up trying for that), and there was a constant line of 10 or 12 people trying to get a waffle from the ONE waffle maker.

Staff very helpful with this trip with my three handicapped sisters. Visited the Gateway Arch, cruised the Mississippi. St Louis Zoo with adventure pass, fed stingrays, get 4D movie. 24 min drive from hotel to Arch. Many restaurants near hotel which was refurbishing all rooms. Good choice for $

Overall it was good for one night. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was clean. The fridge smelled a little musty but we only stored bottled water Convenient to the soccer complex. Lots of dining options nearby.

They have a $100 dollar check in deposit. It also takes 24 hours to return to you even though the front desk said it was instant on check out. The shower curtain wasnt all the way hung the toilet needs tightened it does wobble. The room was clean. The whole hotel could use a deep clean the elevators stink and the carpet on the way to the rooms is disgusting. The suites do not have a way to block off one room to the other so its still just opened if you have guest no privacy. The walls are thin so you will hear all traffic up and down the halls the front entrance could definitely use some wd40. I did not pay $15 for the breakfast so i cant comment on that. And i also didnt get a chance to use the pool. So for the most part the stay was fine. Just minor things that could use upgrading or clean. The staff was friendly well the ones i spoke with. Also the bed was A1 super soft. The hotel is very convenient for shopping or dining out. Mall was like 5 mins away. Overall id give a 7/10.

The check in was smooth and the MOD super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is permanently closed....wish I knew that in advance. The ice machine on the 4th floor was broken, but was getting fixed as I checked out. The room was great the king bed was comfortable and the area with the couch was also great. The breakfast was surprisingly hot especially the eggs and sausage links. Try the pastries...as fresh as could be. The OJ was tasty juxtaposed with the apple juice In the decanter was not so good. Overall a very pleasant 2 night stay early in the week.

I liked that the place was nice and quiet, and the rooms are spacious. Staff was also quite friendly and understanding. The "free breakfast" was lackluster and not good at all. But then again I only stayed for a night, but it definitely did get the job done. Would stay again.

Good service from desk staff. People making breakfast cut it off too early. One day food was out 30 minutes before the end of breakfast. Thankfully upon asking the front desk they brought out more food, but the cook was not planning on it before then. No housekeeping at the time of the trip.

I found the room to be comfortable, but what I liked the most was the breakfast haha. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage is mostly the standard, but they went above and beyond with biscuts and gravy, some pastries, yogurt, and they had a large jug of milk to use for drinks, which was a welcome treat!

For the price you pay for rooms paying for breakfast and dinner is insane, although I didn’t see that breakfast and dinner wasn’t free it’s also kind of an inconvenience when you traveling from out of town with your family and you don’t have much variety

Hotel room pictures are not the same as what you get at this hotel. Room had a bad smell. Trash and dirty towels in the hallways were left until the evening to be picked up. Chose this hotel due to the room and it did not have any of the amenities it said on the website.

Clean looking room, smell of dirty air filter and bleach. Bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs updated. The tub was all stained yellow with prior tenants pubic hairs! Nice staff but definitely needs cleaned and updated. Carpet smells too
