This is an affordable and comfortable option that's proximate and easy to access. The immediate area is a lil rough but it's blocks away from main avenues that connect you to many of the choice neighborhoods in Chicago. Christine is the onsite house manager and is sweet and helpful. They even had a lil business center which was handy and great. I'd stay there again and recommend it if you're going for a solid budget option.

I was surprised to find that the bathroom is shared. Maybe I failed to notice, but this would be a lot of money to have a shared bathroom. But I refused to stay because the neighborhood is rather scary. The local dealer in the side street next to the hotel demanded to know why I was driving around. I thought that was an excellent question. I walked out again and booked another hotel.

Not safe. Super sketchy. Police were all around as we got there. Cops told us not to stay. The positive reviews must be a scam. Pictures are fully misleading.

The listing is not clear that four bedrooms all share one bathroom. That’s pretty spartan for potentially 8 people. While the available / shared kitchen was a plus, sharing a bathroom with so many was more like a hostel than a hotel experience. The neighborhood is very noisy and dirty. We were woken numerous times each night by the noise, and worried about our car being parked on the street.

Le point fort du logement est son équipement et la proximité avec le bus et les vélo de ville. Cependant le quartier est assez mal fréquenté et la chambre est petite. De plus on entend tout ce qui se passe dedans et en dehors du logement. Dans ma chambre il y avait également le chauffe eau qui fait beaucoup de bruit. Pour finir en mettant ma valise sur le lit j'ai fais une petite trace noir sur la couverture de lit et on m'a chargé 20 dollars, c'est clairement du vol sans me prévenir en plus . Sachant que cette couverture aurais dans tous les cas été a laver pour les prochains client ... Enfin je l'espère
