The place was not what it says on the website says it's a cabin but it is not a cabin it is rooms and the room smells like pee and you share a bathroom with strangers and the bathroom door does not f***

The place is very old and has not been updated in a long time. We asked for main floor, got upstairs. No hooks whatsoever in the bathroom to hang a towel on. Found out after the fact that one night would be a shared bathroom. (WTH)? Mini fridge but no microwave. No handicap access (my sister uses a cane) and very limited parking. No handicap parking. While overall our stay was ok, we would not stay here again.

This is an incredibly unique property and unique stay. It’s very remote, tucked into the woods down a 2.25 mile dirt road. It’s a very unexpected sight as it’s definitely old school north woods. I loved it. I drove 4 days from California and it was the cleanest and most comfortable room I experienced. Do note there’s a possibility you may have to share a bathroom, although I lucked out and didn’t experience that. The manager and Alex the cleaner were very kind. My sister from MN envied my description, particularly that of the bar on the first floor. Again, very uniquely colorful place.
