酒店附屬的中菜館非常出色，bell boy 和concierge服務非常到位，我選擇high floor kings bed ,但最初給我六樓已說是high floor ，跟receptionist 再問多次最後給了八樓，所以個人覺得訂房並不需要加錢揀high floor ，因為到時並不一定可以給到你真正的high floor ,除此之外酒店房間舒適度堪高°

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel has been designed to deliver a true five-star experience. The combination of luxurious interiors, attentive service, outstanding facilities and an excellent location made for a memorable visit. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending contemporary elegance with subtle British influences. The lobby creates a fantastic first impression, with high ceilings, stylish décor and a calm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. Every member of staff I encountered was welcoming, professional and genuinely eager to help, making the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. The room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, immaculately clean and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in any hotel. The bathroom felt like a private spa, featuring premium fixtures, a luxurious rainfall shower and high-quality amenities. Small details such as thoughtful lighting, ample charging points and intuitive room controls demonstrated how much attention has gone into the guest experience. One of the standout features is the hotel’s location overlooking the River Thames. While it sits slightly away from the busiest tourist areas, this actually adds to its appeal. Super tolle Aussicht und sauber. Jedoch fast kein Platz für die Kleider (kein Schrank oder Schubladen).

This hotel is fabulous!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious and modern rooms and a beautiful pool, sauna and gym. It was only a few minutes walk to the tube station and about 15 minutes walk to Battersea Power Plant. The highlight was the 180 degree views of the Thames from our room and how comfortable the bed was. Highly recommend!!
