Excelente lugar

Muy buena experiencia, hay algunas cosas que mejorar como la mantencion de algunas puertas y alfombras, pero superficiales. Es un muy bien lugar con habitaciones comodas, buen desayuno y personal amable.

Soggiorno piacevole,stanza pulita,il lavandino però aveva una lentezza eccessiva nello scaricare.Il team ha risposto prontamente utilizzando un liquido,che ha migliorato ma non risolto. La zona intorno molto bella,i negozi vicini,la fermata della tube a poca distanza. Lo consiglio per il lobby,luminoso pulito,grande e silenzioso.

This was slightly unusual. The hotel has no reception area and the area that would have been considered communal was very untidy and disorganised. The room itself was great. Comfy bed, decent shower, snacks which I didn't know whether I would be charged for eating.... I had two nights here. The check in process is smooth. Please note, if you make a last minute booking like me, you may not receive the codes for getting into the building and your room. I just made a phone call (to Germany) and had a very pleasant member of staff assist me. No really issue but it may be slightly off putting for some people. Lovely art deco building. Room was nice.

Excellent value for money, and the early notification of early check in was great. The Numa App is annoying and a hassle, it would be better, if you could use hotels.com to check in
