This property was well maintained. Stored our luggage until check in. Had safe at desk for storage of valuables. Air Conditioning worked good. Ice cold water availavle for purchase. We stayed two nights. We would definitely come back. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.

This was our third time staying at the inn and it’s been completely changed since our last visit. Gone is the continental breakfast and outdoor breakfast area that we enjoyed. The rooms are quite small as we expected but our bathroom was unacceptable. There was mold in the shower, a cracked & loose floor tile and a stupidly placed shelf over the sinks that prevented us from washing our faces. The afternoon staff on check in was not very friendly or welcoming.

Easy access to the London underground, safe area to walk, friendly staff. Rooms are simple but clean, okay price/ service relation. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have breakfast or food service (since the start of the pandemic). Yet there are many restaurants and shops nearby. Some noise passed from reception to the downstairs rooms as the door didn't close automatically—something to improve.

I would have rated this a high 4 but there was no air conditioning and the description said there was AC. Apparently they had 6 rooms with AC - we were not in one of those 6. Poor advertising, not sure if it’s an Expedia issue or the hotels but not acceptable. Unfortunately, we didn’t have another option since there weren’t available hotels. If you rent here, know you’re not guaranteed AC.

Very small elevator, the shower floor was very slippery. I arrived late in the evening around 11:45, the staff behind the desk was sleeping.

Easy access to public transportation, Short walk to some famous landmarks in London. Staff were attentive and helpful with our raised issue. Lift was under repair when we checked in but staff helped us with our luggage. I would go back again.

Have I just found one of the best 3 star properties in Pimlico? The answer is yes!. Freindly customer service, nice recption area, building is secure and CCTV fitted in public accessible areas. 10 mins walk from Victoria Coach and Rail Stations, plenty of food and shop options nearby. Road served by TfL service 24. Single room is small, but comfortable and also has air-conditioning, which works well. Everywhere extremely clean. The only thing that would improve the experience is having two pillows on the bed, but overall excellent stay.

Elevator takes 15 minutes to come to you. No breakfast. Cleaners bang around by 7am, couldnt sleep in if i wanted to. Close enough to trains and cheap price was good

Appalling. I checked in only to find that my bed's linens had yellow stains on them. I sent a photo to the WhatsApp number provided, and a few minutes later got a text that they would come up and look. An hour later, no one had come up. I spent that time discovering that the 'chair' (stool) in the room was also stained, and that there was some wear and dirt in the bathroom - though in the case of the bathroom, I am not sure it was any worse than any other budget hotel. Anyway, I grabbed my luggage and went downstairs, since it was clear no one was coming. The woman at the front desk offered to switch me to a different room, but why would you want to stay in a place with such low standards and poor service? I asked for a refund via Hotels.com, which said that since I was offered a new room, I was not entitled to one. Sometimes in life, you get what you pay for. In my opinion, at this hotel, you don't even get that. I would avoid it with all possible effort.

There were multiple issues in regards to cleanliness, my first room had hairs that were not mine on the bedsheets, hairs and dirt all over the floors as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in years, and the 2nd room I got moved to was breaking down (bathroom handle broke off upon grabbing it, window floors have been used and abused, and towels are fairly dirty. The staff were nice and helpful however they adhered to they’re non refund policy even when the condition of the room is not as advertised which should be a typical refund policy.

The Victoria INN is located in a 3 blocks of hotels back to back. They are in good and safe location but I don’t think is worth the price. You could tell this place is old and does have foul smell. I honestly would Not stay here because of the cleanliness of the place not worth the price.

Black mould in the room. A lot of dust on surfaces and a damp and musty smell throughout. On the plus side the bathroom was spotless and the bed comfortable. Wouldn't have wanted to stay more than one night as I suspect the mould isn't conducive to respiratory health.

My stay at the Victoria Inn was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Room 13 had a strong sewage smell, visible stains on walls and surfaces, and even hair on the towels. For two days, no cleaning was done, the bed was never made, and we had to request basic items like towels multiple times at reception. We loved this property. Our room was very comfortable, they let us check in early and the room was very quiet. The shower had excellent pressure and temperature. However: the pillows are too flat. They are so flat, they almost did not exist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but just know, you might need to use your sweater as a pillow.

In London plenty of shops and options in victoria. Room was small but perfect for a night or two stay, great central location. Room was clean, air con was very effective and area was quiet eventually with windows open. Bed was comfortable. Service was fantastic.

Staff was amazingly helpful. Made a long trip easy. Rooms were clean and kept tidy. Location exceed my expectations as it was only 3 minute walk to tube on Victoria Line-right into the heart of the tourist spots of London.

In general it was a good stay at the hotel, well located hotel, clean and comfortable room, things to improve, the reception is very cold and uncooperative, they have a terrace that only the hotel staff can use and lastly, when checking out and one has to wait for someone to pick you up to go to the airport, the hotel does not have toilet service for passengers who are in transit.

My stay at the Victoria Inn was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Room 13 had a strong sewage smell, visible stains on walls and surfaces, and even hair on the towels. For two days, no cleaning was done, the bed was never made, and we had to request basic items like towels multiple times at reception. The TV and heating remote was missing, the key card kept failing, and no maintenance staff ever showed up despite repeated reports. A receptionist came to check the room and confirmed that nothing had been done about the issues. The soundproofing is non-existent — you can hear every noise from other rooms and the corridors. For more than €250 for two nights, this does not resemble hotel service in any way. Avoid this place. Terrible hygiene, poor management, and complete lack of respect for guests.

We quickly took photos and searched the room for more. When reported to staff they refused to switch us rooms, brought us a new bedsheet and called it a day. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly., welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.They went above and beyond to accommodate our request, which made a big difference in our experience. Excellent customer service like this truly sets a place apart. Highly recommended!

This was an awesome place to stay in London. The hotel staff was very helpful in meeting our needs, both in the hotel and in finding our way around London. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, and 2 minutes from Pimlico Tube Station, one Tube stop from Victoria Station, and a bus stop almost across the street. Good restaurants and a grocery store within 2-5 minutes, which was important at the end of the day!

Enjoyed staying in Pimlico close to the river Thames. Relatively Close to London Victoria station. Plenty of good eating places nearby. Bathroom worked well. Bed was comfortable. Room was rather small (typical London) so made it a little squishy with 2 large bags. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel building was fine as a guest house only but no cafes close by for breakfast. As a single traveller, it would have been good to have a communal bar area. The only time other guests were seen was when we had to evacuate the hotel and congregate on the pavement following a fire alarm in the evening, possibly triggered by a bathroom door not being closed when using the shower!

Parsa was FANTASTIC! He was extremely helpful with explaining directions, where to dine, how to get from one place to another, & attractions what to be aware of and more 😊. He was very professional, courteous & took time talking to us. A great asset to the hotel. The hotel is very close to Gail’s Bakery plus others for breakfast & a yummy Italian restaurant 3 doors down for lunch or dinner. A Tesco is 5 minutes away where u can purchase grocery items & prices are fair. Super location😃

This was our third time staying at the inn and it’s been completely changed since our last visit. Gone is the continental breakfast and outdoor breakfast area that we enjoyed. The rooms are quite small as we expected but our bathroom was unacceptable. There was mold in the shower, a cracked & loose floor tile and a stupidly placed shelf over the sinks that prevented us from washing our faces. The afternoon staff on check in was not very friendly or welcoming.

We were in and out of town quickly for business at the Embassy (which was a very manageable and lovely walk from this location). This hotel provided everything I needed: a clean and functional room, easy food delivery with lots of options (they partner with a delivery service for room service) and a great price. The staff was very friendly.

Great value for the location. Boutique hotel. Old school hair dryer. Creeky wood floor. Nice clean linens. Comfortable bed. Has an electricalntea kettle, tea bags, instant hot chocolate, instant coffee, sugar packets and a couple of Biscoff biscuits.

Elevator takes 15 minutes to come to you. No breakfast. Cleaners bang around by 7am, couldnt sleep in if i wanted to. Close enough to trains and cheap price was good

Rooms appeared clean however the hallway was cluttered with things everywhere. We were woke up, nightly through the middle of the night constantly due to being placed in the basement next to the entrance door where deliveries are made and every day when we would walk out of our hotel room there were multiple boxes or bags stashed in front of our door

When we arrived, we were only then informed that the reception area was under renovation. A temporary reception desk had been set up in an extremely narrow corridor, making it difficult to pass. At no point before our arrival were we informed about the renovation or how it would affect our stay. This is information we should have received before booking or, at the latest, before arrival. The room, sold as suitable for two people, was so small that two guests could barely move around at the same time. It is misleading to market such a cramped room as a double. The floorboards creaked badly, the shower door was partly off its hinges, there was no toilet brush, and the soundproofing was very poor. I am sure the staff did their best, and my criticism is not directed at them. The issue is the hotel’s standard and the lack of information provided to guests. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The standard was nowhere near what the price would suggest. Had we been informed about these conditions beforehand, we could have chosen another hotel. I therefore believe a price reduction or partial refund is reasonable.
