We rented a cabana for $200 in the adults only area only for them to turn our music off an hour and a half after we arrive. I complained three or four times and someone was supposed to send a manager over to speak with us and that never happened. The music never got turned back on the whole day. The only thing good about our cabana was Kati our waitress. She was amazing. We tried to go to dinner. The first smokehouse restaurant we went to said the computers were down and they would not be able to wait on us so we made reservations at the jackrabbit only to wait an hour and a half for our appetizer bread and butter by that time they still had not started cooking our meal. We were still four tickets away so we just asked for them to cancel. I think they were making a meal for one table at a time so we were not able to eat dinner because all of the other establishments on the resort were closed. I don’t really have anything good to say.

So disappointed in this hotel. We came here because of the outside waterpark and we were completely mis informed the outside is closed during the week. They claim it was in their website but that’s complete FALSE, It wasn’t. Secondly, the indoor water park is disgusting. I’m actually shocked it’s not shut down by the sheer about of BLACK MOLD everywhere. I’m not exaggerating this either, the concrete is caked with it everywhere. I will not come back to this resort ever.

The service was nonexistent. They had closed the lagoon and didn't notify us. The indoor water park is geared for kids 10 and younger. No microwave in the room. It just left us unhappy with the resort that cost too much.
