This hotel is a good budget friendly choice for families. It includes a complimentary breakfast buffet (eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage links, cereal variety, yogurt, fruits-oranges, apples and bananas, breakfast pastries, toast, bagels, and waffles) and it's located a few minutes from Clifton hills. The hotel was clean, but it is an older hotel that was renovated. The staff were helpful and courteous. It is not a fancy hotel, but it is clean and offers free breakfast. As an FYI, if you are getting a suite with the pull out sofa, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable (sits low and tye springs can be felt) even after adding layers of blankets to the very thin mattress, our son did not sleep well during our stay. The TVs in the room are not smart TVs, so you will not be able to connect to any streaming service, and the channels included are imited. But for the price and what is offered, it's a good choice for those not looking for fancy hotel with falls views. There's a small convenience store (falls convenience) within a 3 minute walk (right on Victoria , towards Clifton hills) which carries snacks, bottled water, meds, hygiene items, etc. There's a dollarama and shoppers mart within a 10 minute walk (left on Victoria, opposite way of Clifton hills) with better priced snacks and drinks than the convenience store. There's a wegp blue line bus stop less than 5 minute away by the Perkins restaurant and a wego green line bus stop within a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
