Nossa estadia no Scandic Park foi excelente. O quarto estava sempre muito limpo, o café da manhã era maravilhoso, com muitas opções de qualidade, e a localização é fantástica — perto de tudo, mas ao mesmo tempo longe da aglomeração e do barulho. O hotel oferece um ambiente muito confortável e agradável, e a equipe foi extremamente profissional e atenciosa. Com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente e recomendamos o hotel para quem visitar Estocolmo.
Nossa estadia no Scandic Park foi excelente. O quarto estava sempre muito limpo, o café da manhã era maravilhoso, com muitas opções de qualidade, e a localização é fantástica — perto de tudo, mas ao mesmo tempo longe da aglomeração e do barulho. O hotel oferece um ambiente muito confortável e agradável, e a equipe foi extremamente profissional e atenciosa. Com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente e recomendamos o hotel para quem visitar Estocolmo.

We stayed at Scandic Park for six nights in two rooms. We booked five months in advance and specifically requested rooms close to each other. One week before arrival, Alex at reception even confirmed by email: “We did assign two rooms close to each other for you and the rest of the family.” At check-in, however, the rooms were on different floors. Staff initially said they had no record of the promise and could not find the email until I showed it to them myself. Eventually, the issue was resolved by upgrading one room. Thanks to the Greek gentleman at reception who helped us. Breakfast was decent at first but became very repetitive, with almost no changes over six days. The juice quality and hot selections were poor, and it would be good to have at least one beef option. I was also surprised there was no Keso. Coffee was good, and Ms. Gara was the highlight, always welcoming us with a smile. She is a real asset to the hotel. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the towels were worn and too small. On departure day, housekeeping asked us twice what time we would leave, despite check-out being at 12:00, which felt unprofessional. Would I return? Probably not. I have stayed at much better Scandic hotels, and this property should be better in terms of communication, breakfast, housekeeping and attention to detail.

Vi kom tidigt för att lämna väskor och det verkade som att det fanns rum tillgängliga men för att få rummet tidigare ville de ha 200 kronor extra. Snålt. När vi sedan kom tillbaka var det fullt med folk som höll på att checka in och personalen hade noll koll på köordning. När jag påtalade hur folk trängde sig fick jag en halvdan ursäkt men inget mer. Frukost tar denna kedja sedan ett tag tillbaka extra betalt för utan att ha ökat standarden. Det är en riktigt dålig frukost, saft istället för juice, tråkig kaffeapparat och allmän lågbudgetkänsla. Det hade varit ok om frukosten ingick men till priset de tar kan jag bara rekommendera att gå till något trevligt kafé och äta frukost - billigare och definitivt godare. Förövrigt fungerade det bra.
