What a perfect hotel for a family getaway. The rooms are spacious, we had 2 Queen beds, a hideabed couch as well as a crib we had requested that was in our room ready for our arrival. They even allowed us an early check in which allowed us extra time to enjoy the pool and water slide that is manned by a lifeguard. What a great family get away. Thank you! Skip the attached restaurant though.....the food was not good and there were flies and ants at our table. We will definitely stay again but will just eat elsewhere.

I always thought Holiday Inn’s were famous for being clean and fresh and new. This one looks like it needs a makeover, there’s marks on the wallpaper, pieces missing in the flooring in the bathroom, cracked flooring in the elevator, a stinking smell as you head towards the pool. I understand it is spring, but the outer appearance is pure filth and it feels like it’s in a sketchy area and I’m afraid that my vehicle is not safe overnight.

The curtains were not working. So we had teouble with sleep as the sun was rising at 3 o'clock hence bringing light into the room. Othwrwise the facility was good, we enjoyed the swimming and the staff were very welcome and helpful.

The location is great, easily accessible to everything you mind need during your stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They offered breakfast for $10 per person which i foind reasonable but opted out of. We didnt use the pool or other facilities but they all looked well kept as well.

The staff was very pleasent. We had a family gathering and they were super helpful and accommodating. Manager helped us get a room for a couple hrs so we couple play games and eat together. Made the stay even more enjoyable that it already was. Thank you!

Upon arrival, greeted by a friendly front staff person, only negative is that he answered phone calls while checking us in, versus putting them on hold to check us in. Normally this would be totally fine, except we had two young kids crying as they were exhausted and hungry from the long drive. This hotel was extremely clean, which is something I look for, clean showers, bathroom, living area. Beds we’re comfortable, everyone slept well. Only other negative, AC cut in/out all night until we shut it off. People who sleep deep will not notice this at all, I’m a light sleeper and it bothered me. Once turned off, no issue room remained at a comfortable temperature. Room and hotel was super quiet, which we loved and greatly appreciated. Overally great experience, would definitely stay here again!

All great except they lock door to lounge and restaurant when restaurant is closed but lounge is open so it would be wiser to lock access to restaurant rather than make guests dress to walk outdoors to access what’s in the hotel! So it costs business as we just had drinks in our room then. Winter is long here!

Had a good stay with my family, very close to east side Mario’s. The hotel restaurant breakfast was amazing. Very upsetting that the hot tub was closed for maintenance but wasn’t worked on while we were there to be able to use during our stay. Hotel staff were very friendly.

What a perfect hotel for a family getaway. The rooms are spacious, we had 2 Queen beds, a hideabed couch as well as a crib we had requested that was in our room ready for our arrival. They even allowed us an early check in which allowed us extra time to enjoy the pool and water slide that is manned by a lifeguard. What a great family get away. Thank you! Skip the attached restaurant though.....the food was not good and there were flies and ants at our table. We will definitely stay again but will just eat elsewhere.

Staff were nice and welcoming Many cleaning team staff noticed on floors Breakfast at the restaurant beside the hotel, coupon from hotel, food is regular Canadian breakfast of toast/egg/hash browns, nothing special or wow. Only two things noticed and were disturbing: Pillows - Each one gets two pillows but they are as one very think and the other thick, so both uncomfortable to use at sleeping. Hotel needs to look at pillow supply and provide one at medium thickness as many other hotels do. The other thing was the AC unit, it's noisy when it runs. Try to see its fan why it's noisy.

Love coming to this hotel with my kids. They always enjoy the pool. Rooms are nice. Check in is always smooth & quick. Would recommend for a family stay.

The room is big and clean, but the stuff is not very good for checking in. Talking with others many times during my check in. Give an unclear answer for wifi info as well as the time of the water slide pool because her English has a strong accent. She said the pool is closed at den which makes me puzzled and asked for several times, then she is very impatience to speak loudly: ''Den, Den, Den''. We were in the first floor, but the upper guests run and jumped after 11 pm. It seems that there is no professional management there. Bad experience. Hope it could be changed in the future to qualify the standard of Holiday INN.
