Room was new and spanking clean! Staff stayed in touch daily. AC was modern and worked well. Quaint, restored carriage house. Easy keyless entry. Perfect location!!

It is rare to find a stay that balances authentic historical character with the high-end amenities of a boutique hotel, but this place nails it. What Made the Stay Stand Out: The Atmosphere: The restoration of the carriage house is stunning. It feels cozy, private, and incredibly intentional. The attention to detail in the decor creates a warm, "home away from home" vibe that you just can't get at a standard hotel. The Amenities: Everything was pristine. The linens were high-quality, the space was spotless, and the little touches—like the curated coffee selection and local recommendations—made a huge difference. Location: Ideally situated! It was quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep but close enough to the heart of Kingston that we could easily explore the local shops and dining scene. The Hosts: Communication was seamless. They were professional, welcoming, and clearly take great pride in maintaining such a beautiful property. Final Verdict: If you’re looking for a unique, stylish, and comfortable base for your time in Kingston, look no further. I’m already planning my return trip. Highly recommended!
