I have a bed experience with this Motel. Before I arrived to the hotel, I send the request for Expedia VIP upgrade,was not any answer. this motel is partially under construction. No front desk, not any personal customer service. Check in only by internet, not other alternative option. Office was closed, not any phone # information where i could call for help for check in or in case of emergency situation. If I stay in this property I would feel not safe. I head a problem with internet connection, and I was not able to do check-in and access to the room. Expedia customer service representative also could not have any help from the property by phone. I head to go to the different hotel. Now i have a problem to receive the my money back for this booking. In my opinion this property should not be a VIP access hotel and should be nat sale on Expedia. I do not recommend this motel.

Liked how can drive up to your door and it's clean and homey

fabulous staff, super clean, comfy sheets, well appointed, laundry services on site, 3 washers and dryer and FREE. super close to the airport and such friendly staff

It was clean and well provisioned with a kitchen and utensils. With a handy Laundry. Would stay again. Only downside was the Big Brother checkin with uploading ID and a personal photo.

The stay was great. Thank you for your property. There is construction going on however, construction noise was minimal. We will gladly return

Parking was tricky. I had to park on the grass bc there were no spots near my room. Could hear people using the bathroom on other side of wall.

I really liked the convenience.. seamless check in and check out..Michael was great at helping us with our questions and needs. The outside was also being renovated, so I can't say it was a five-star, but it is very close to pulling up to the curb and loading right into your room!

Very convenient parking, good location, dining nearby No ice available, no place to sit outside, area under construction and no effort to provide amenities outside, or make it look good.

Nice little inn. Clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities a plus. Great dining and shopping within a few miles.

The property does not present a very good impression with exterior construction clearly visible. The room itself was recently updated with new kitchenette, paint, flooring, windows, furnishings and bath. While modest, it was well laid out. There were a couple of issues though. The walls were thin. I could hear an argument from an adjacent room. My sister was first greeted by a spider in the bathroom, okay no biggie; I occasionally have spiders in my home. But then I found five, what Google lens identifies as, Oriental Beetles in various places around the room. There were numerous dead insects on each of the window sills. Housekeeping needs to do a better job there. The bedside lamps were a great idea, but one would not turn on/off using the button, so it had to be unplugged to turn off. A very tall person would love the shower as the showerheaded was mounted at the perfect height for someone 6.5' tall. I could barely reach the handheld showerhead, and my 5.0' sister couldn't touch it. The cute little bathroom sink made for more floor space, but the surface mounted medicine cabinet did not allow you to spit toothpaste into the sink without bending your head against the mirror. The butcher block kitchen countertops look great now, but unless they are sealed right away, they will look terrible very soon. In closing, it could have been a great place, but it missed the mark.

This tiny studio was just what we needed…we were very please by the comfort and quiet. For the property owners, the door has a gap that will be a problem in the winter, maybe another small trash can in main area, and the floors could use a cleaning. Small stuff and merely suggestions as we would definitely stay again. Rate was also very reasonable. Thx

Spotless. Responsive manager. Nice location relative to UVM. Everything inside the room looked brand new (fall 2024). Highly recommend.

Spotless, new-looking room, comfortable bed. Check-in process was ahead of time, sent room code by email (with a video of how to unlock the door). Pretty austere minimal room, but clean and has everything you’d need. I had to book something last minute for my son’s graduation and the larger hotels were booked. I wasn’t sure what this would be like but it was convenient, very clean, and quite comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave, and hot plate meant for extended stay, which were nice. Looks like the place was just fixed up and is still in-process. A picture over the circuit breaker box and a small amount of color or decor would really up the value. Still, enjoyed my stay here, had a great night’s sleep, and would stay again.

My room was very comfortable and had tons of amenities. It was also extremely clean which is VERY important to me. The property manager was really helpful and friendly even though it was contactless.

I was a little nervous about staying here - it offered the only rooms for under $400 on the night I needed to be in Burlington - but this is a gem of a motel. It's been totally redone, and the rooms were basic but spotless. I really appreciated the fact that I received a door code and didn't have to go to check in in person. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to the airport. The bed was super comfy. Highly recommend.

Room was clean and bed/pillows firm…just the way I like it. I like to have a dark room when I sleep and my only negative was the 2 frosted small windows on the main door which leads outside to a lit up parking lot. Need to get a mini blind to black those windows out.

The place was clean, neat, affordable. Had good amenities including a small kitchen, iron, paper products, coffee maker, etc. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that the bed had a blow up mattress that was not very comfortable. I automatically assume that there would be a real mattress to sleep on. That was a major disappointment for me to be honest.

Convenient to the airport. Recently remodeled and clean. Well equipped. But tiny, tiny bathroom. And the kitchenette is nice, but again the bedroom area with the kitchenette is very small. Great for a value hotel. Would not pay full price.

Great location, convenient for visiting Burlington or exploring Vermont's natural surroundings. Clean and well-equipped suite, recently renovated. Two negatives despite a very good overall rating: the metal bed frame moves and is noisy, and the Wi-Fi is unstable (poor network range).

Nice place, but the internet connection was VERY rough. My phone an computer had a ton of trouble getting on and both kept getting kicked off.

The floors are hardwood and i was on the first floor and the person above me was up late and up early and sounded like an elephant pacing back and forth late and early for at least an hpur both times. They need to add rugs.

Bathroom sink was small. There was no place to put toiletries. Trash cans in closet. No luggage rack.

Room was clean and updated. The bathroom sink was so small that you need to wash your face in the kitchen sink or risk flooding the floor. The mini split above our head in the bed made the walls vibrate with a deep hum. Facilities came on night one and noticed construction crews left things on the unit outside. Seemed fixed and we were super appreciative! Happened again on night two. Didn’t bother calling because we were exhausted and just shut it off/slept hot. Maybe it was related to the work they are doing. All in all, it wasn’t awful and they were prompt in responding to the concern.

Manager could not have been nicer and let us check in early. Room spotless, have refrigerator, coffee pot etc., however the mattress was like a futon mattress. Super cute and pristine clean and looks recently redone. However, they need to get mattress you can get a nights rest on.

Room was lovely. Beautiful job on renovations. Only thing that was missing was a table to sit to and a comfortable chair to sit in. Stools and counter under tv was much too tight for two adults. Probably better suited to one person.

We stayed 2 nights. Our AC didn't work. The next morning we told them of the problem and they switched us to a different room. That AC worked and overall the 2nd room was much nicer. To get into the room for the first time, you need to punch in the last 4 numbers of phone. The keypads didn't work well, but once you get in, the room keys work just fine. The manager was very helpful and friendly.

Even though this was a lodge with no face to face front desk, the service via text prior to check-in, after checking in, and during check out was exceptional. I was in need of a little extra time due to work constraints, they assisted me with this allowance, unlocked my door for me remotely as my keycard timeframe had expired, response time with text was very fast. I would stay here again. I dont like the hustle bustle of a larger hotel, this had what I needed, was very clean except coffee maker didnt get old filter thrown out and pot rinsed real well. That's pretty minor.

This property owner took the time to make sure that the room was inviting and ready for travelers. There was a mini kitchen set up, it was clean and quiet. The staff greeted me upon arrival and helped me with the check in which was by phone and slightly confusing so I was glad he was there waiting for me to check in. He also said that he would be on the property for a little bit if I had any questions to let me know

After a little back and forth we figured out the no front office check in.

The pictures make it look better than it is. The kitchen area is certainly nice, but on a vacation do we really want to live in a kitchen? These are 1 room suites, no larger than a typical hotel room. Our main issue though was that we paid for a room with a queen bed. What we got was a double bed and a lot of denial from the hotel staff that it wasn't a queen! We asked them to come in and measure it - but instead we had to make multiple phone calls, where their message was basically, "You have a queen bed, don't argue!" the staff said they would check with the owner and said they'd call back, sometimes they would call back, other times we had to call. But the answer was always the same, our bed was the right size. They said we had to bring our complaint to Hotels.com, Hotels.com said we needed to deal directly with the hotel. A fundamental problem is the staff was not on site. We literally spent 2-3 hours making phone calls. What finally got their attention was when we measured the bed with a tape measure and sent them the pictures. Within an hour the manager showed up and said "You are right, that's a double bed, I don't know how that got in there, we'll get you a queen" And he did! He also volunteered that we'd get our first night free for our trouble. That was very generous, I felt it was fair, not because we had to sleep on a double, but because of all the time it took for phone calls and lies. however we had to call 2 times for the refund, got 1/2 promised.

This was a great place to stay if you need a night right before flying out of Burlington airport. Or if you fly in at 11pm and just need a night to recover from travel. Room was great and clean. Great communication from the on-site manager. I would recommend this place if you need a quick stay. There is not much around the area. But your about 15min drive to downtown Burlington.

Everything about the motel is great. My only complaint is that I couldn’t get my info without wifi and it is a contactless system. Fortunately the supervisor happened to be available and he helped me.

This is by far the best extended stay motel in Vermont! It’s always super clean, and the room has everything you need. The property manager Mike goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay. I love staying here when I travel for work. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, safe and affordable stay, then you won’t be disappointed!

The manager was very helpful and friendly. The entry key pad system was very clear and easy, as was check out. It is a smallish room but has been updated in many attractive and thoughtful ways. The location was very close (not walkable but drivable) to U of Vermont campus and the Burlington water front area. We also visited the beautiful area to the northeast around Stowe and Waterbury. Good value for the price. It suited us very well

The interior of the room was very clean with good amenities and a comfortable bed. The room was quiet. My only concerns were that I made a request for more coffee and I never received a response. Also I arrived after dark and it was difficult to find my room. It was very dark out with very little outdoor lighting and it’s all self check-in so I wandered around for a while to locate my room. There was another guest who had the same problem.

It’s so convenient because it is so close from the airport. I arrived at night and there is not many street light around the area.

Nice and clean building with a very accommodating manager. Close to airport and everything Burlington has to offer is a short drive away. South Burlington itself is beautiful with many great restaurants and walking areas.
