Hidden Gem Upgraded 4/2 in NW Fresno w RV Parking

A few pros and cons. The property was very nice and looked clean, although when we walked on the floor barefoot our feet turned black. I loved having a garage to park in. The beds were nice and very firm. Very nicely decorated. Plenty of toilet paper , paper towels, laundry detergent. Although we had lots of wedding activities to go to and wasn’t there long enough to do laundry. There is no stopper for the tub so you could only shower and you had to run the hot water for a VERY LONG time to ever get any and then you had to use all hot since it wasn’t real hot. We were only left with 8 towels and wash rags for 5 people for Thursday, Friday,Saturday and Sunday. The host didn’t answer when I text but answered right away when I called to ask for more towels. We had NO dish cloth and 1 dish towel. He said he would have some delivered Friday morning. We found them sitting in a trash bag on the front porch Saturday evening. ( not sure when they delivered them as we used the garage entrance) My dad was going to throw it in the dumpster when my mom realized what it was. Also just beware they want $20 a day to turn the air below 75. All in all we had a good stay and would stay again. This is just a few things we thought could be better.

The property was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped . There was smell of mold in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable however it was cold and we could not turn on the heater on more than 70 degrees. The shower water pressure needs to be fixed it was hard to take showers with little water coming through the shower head. Other than that everything was good. The neighborhood was safe. Thank you!

Perfect location for our family event. Close to restaurants and stores. Convenient access. House was well apportioned with TV’s, fans and AC. Good appliances, convenient with laundry. Huge backyard.

Home was very clean. Smelled great! Clean sheets, towels. Well stocked with dishes, cups...ect. New appliances/TV. Washer Dryer and tankless hot water heater was amazing. Great value for what you get. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. Book fast it won't last long.

The location of the house was perfect close to the 99 and 41. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the kitchen did not have any seasoning, foil/wrap, storage containers. We stayed for 2 weeks and wish these things were available. Great property if you are staying a few days.

The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe there. Having a garage to park our car was a real plus for security reasons, plus loading/unloading was easy. The kitchen was modern and upscale. Beds were very comfortable.

The property was roomy and very clean on arrival. There were plenty of rooms for the seven adults in my party. The owner communicated well and check in with seamless. The only drawback was the water pressure in the en suite shower. Be forewarned. It only comes out in a trickle. Perhaps it’s just changing out an O-ring. Other than that it’s all positive.

A great house with modern appliances and room to spread out. A nice back patio with a roof above and modern gas grill for grilling. Nice to be able to park our car in the garage.

We arrived to Fresno after a long drive with a young baby in need of an ideal place to rest and recharge; this home was just what we needed! The host was very communicative and has made sure that the home is filled with thoughtful considerations for guests. Checking in was easy and smooth, and everything was so tidy and well cleaned for our time there.

Beds are very nice and comfortable. I think they are memory foam mattresses. Slept well. Communication with host / owner was great. I really appreciated the disciplined communication from the host: Received a text early on our arrival date with check in details, location, contact numbers and door codes. We will stay here again.

The house was cute and very clean. It had all the necessary accoutrements, kitchen and living room were very nice. The beds were confortable and the bathrooms were very clean too. I would stay here again.

I chose this property to stay when I was having my motorhome repaired while visiting Fresno. It was very clean. Most everything needed for a weeklong stay was provided. Except food, of course. There are some very basic spices and salt and pepper. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Sufficient towels and blankets were provided. Awesome washer and dryer. The furniture was comfortable. There were plenty of channels on the TV with some apps available. The only con is the bed in the master bedroom does squeak. Masato and staff were very pleasant to work with.

Dear Masato and Ramon,We thought you might want some of our critique from our recent stay at the Roberts Avenue house. It was exemplary in its cleanliness and in preparation of towels for our use on arrival. The mattresses in the two bedrooms we used--the master en suite and the one across from it--were excellent. However, there were significant elements that were not thoughtful and, since you own several properties with similar furnishings, these comments might be helpful,Cutlery for the table is inadequate for even the low impact nature of our stay: 3 guests stayed there and my aged sister visited for dinners. There were 3 knives in the cutlery drawer, and no juice, wine, or water glasses.The layout of the house is poor but could be corrected if the thinking moves beyond income and bed capacity. The original living room (now the front bedroom with an odd step down) should be restored to its purpose. The current "living room" is very uncomfortable and the sofa is bad, worse I am sure if used a bed. This room needs to set up as a dining room with great light from outside. The French doors were not usable--weird, and such a poor layout. Only one arm chair and that is uncomfortable and seems to be broken. The lighting in the present living room is horrible. We moved table lamps around to make it possible to read. No dimmers, BLOCKING the best feature--the French doors--is a huge mistake. There is no direct or gracious connection to outside space. A real mistake.

Very spacious and clean

The place was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the TV was great! Ramon was very helpful and responsive to our needs. I chose the place so we could have my 92 year old mother visit in a safe space, we enjoyed our time together there. I recommend it highly.

Perfect spot for our work group. We needed a clean, and simple place to stay for our trip to Fresno. This listing hit the spot. Easy directions. Good communication. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Fresno as a base location to access the national parks. The location suited our needs perfectly. We had a minor issue with the water pressure in the guest bathroom shower, but that was promptly addressed by the owner. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Our host was in constant communication early on as there was a sudden roof leak from all the rain. We were given a different property nearby to stay at. It was very clean and recently updated and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and plenty of fresh towels. Check in and check out were simple. Thank you for the nice stay!

We stayed here the weekend before Christmas to celebrate with our family that lives right down the street. Although the house was nice. I was a little shocked when my parents couldn't make it to stay with us and their dog. It was upsetting to not be able to spend Christmas with them. However when we paid in advance for their dog 50 and then one extra person. The owner refused to return that 75. We had planned to stay here again and so did other family members since it is sooo convent for us. However with this situation of no compassion. We will not be renting from this owner again. To eat 75 is a lot for our family. To have this happen during the Christmas season was truly a little shocking for us.

The house and property were great! It had everything we needed and more. The location was a bit scary as we had gun shots and police swarm just 2 doors down. Masato was a great host with really great communication and fairness.

Me and a couple colleagues stayed there for a week long workshop in town. The location was super convenient, close to airport, and had all the conveniences we needed. We’d definitely stay there again.

House was just what we needed for our vacation. Good location, quiet neighborhood and clean. Would highly recommend!

We were sent to a different property in Clovis but ended up with a pretty nice rental. The place was pretty clean. The only thing was that there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and mold in the coffee maker when we arrived. There was also road closures leading to the house which made it difficult to get to. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Clovis itself was nice and the stay was great.
