The property was dusty , dog hairs coming up from sofas.Bathroom radiator filthy. Kitchen tiles not clean rusty radiator. Extention leads everywhere. Bed sheet looked grubby and unironed. Marks on mattress cover looked like urine. Wooden Floor in lounge scratched and marked . Needs cleaning. Not a pleasant experience. Does anyone from your company check the property? We had trouble opening the front door which looks like a single glazed interior door. Didn't feel comfortable. We didn't complain as we were there for a sad reunion with family and couldn't bear any problems. .
