This Red Roof Inn faces a semi empty lot filled with garbage and what looked like a homeless person's tent. All the room are entered from outside, like a motel which was fine except some of the rooms (including the one next to ours) had a huge rodent trap in front of it. I did not see any rodents but having them in plain sight was quite distracting. Room itself was worn but very clean. Stayed here because I was traveling with dogs and the grassy area was quite a way from our room. Staff were very friendly and offered assistance if I needed anything but unfortunately they couldn't change the location.

Britney at the front desk was very friendly. It looks like they are doing a refurbishment on the outside of the building. The rooms looked to be refurbished already. The rooms were clean and spacious. I was able to park in front of the room. Parking lot was well lit. It was easy on and off I75. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept the room very cool.

It's a basic park-in-front-of-your-door motel. I didn't need any frills. It was economical and convenient to Massee Lane. There is not carpeting, which is sensible. But the floor, while swept clean, needed an intense mopping. The high humidity during my visit made it sticky. Also, it desperately needed some blackout curtains due to the very bright exterior lighting over the window. It would also help if they'd place the bed on the far side of the room (which was clearly meant to have two queen beds, but only had one). Aside from that, the staff was friendly and the linens were clean. It was overall a good value.

Great motel in a great location! The front desk lady..(I wish i remembered her name),she was awesome! The room was neat and clean and the Bed was very comfortable! I also love that they are pet friendly so i was able to bring my fur baby alone❤️

Newly renovated property was a good value for the money and perfect for our stopover for the night. Friendly front desk. I just don’t think their renovations are complete yet as there was no TV reception. I’m sure that will be remedied soon. I would highly recommend this motel. So appreciate that they are pet friendly and welcomed my dog for free.

The manager was respectful and polite. They gave me and husband with kindness and respect. They also told us where the laundry and breakfast area was. They were perlite we will come back and visit. Thanks

I was really impressed by how clean this motel was. Beds had protective covers on them and were very comfortable. Close to gas and food and well lit.Only complaint which we didn't even relay, was the new smart tv didn't work. Good job guys.

Fortunately they did not have carpet but vinyl flooring. But they needed mopped. My socks turned black & husband’s feet were black within an hour of being there. The blinds do not go the full length of window so at night the lights from parking lot flooded into room. It was like sleeping in the daylight. It was noisy. It sounded like people were standing outside our room carrying on conversations. The lotions in the shower did not work. They were either empty or stuck. The bed was comfortable & the shower was nice. We would not stay here again.

We stopped here on our way to Florida. Everything was nice and the beds were comfortable. The check-in lady got us in and to our room with just a signature. My only complaint is the walls are thin, and you could here all the traffic outside. Nice place to stop.

The gentleman at front desk was very polite. The room was very clean, newly renovated. Beds were comfortable with great pillows! Only drawback was there were only blinds on the window and I think the light outside must have been at our door! And the window faced the east! So needless to say it was bright in the room all night, becoming very bright by sunrise! Curtains would be a better choices for the room.

It was okay for one night. No curtains in the room, so the parking lot lights poured into the room all night. Also, the walls are paper thin & we could hear noise from other rooms AND the nearby interstate all night. Doubtful we'll ever stay here again.

I wasn’t expecting a lot out of this property based on the price . It was clean , which is my biggest concern , but it’s probably because it’s newly opened. My only complaint was that there was no one available at check out when I was trying to leave . It was about 8am and myself and other guests had to call their customer service line, which was an inconvenience. We all ended up leaving our room keys at the counter . When I called about 2 hours later , the employee said that they had just opened and didn’t have a full staff operating at the facility yet. How could they open a facility without being properly staffed?

There was no wifi and the tv would not pick up service There were no towels or wash rags in the room Could get no one to get any.would not amswer. Phone amd no one at front desk just a note that they were out of office leave card on the counter Could get no one to get me any towels.

Front desk attendant was very welcoming and nice. He let me check out an hour past their check out time since i arrived at 3 AM. I'm in a touring band and this couldnt have been better for the money. Room was updated and spotless. Would stay here again.

Front desk stayed up late to greet us at 1:30am. Informed us of no room keys, machine was broken?? He opened door and ket us in, wasn't a huge deal because we crashed right away. Next morning, needed 2 more towels so everyone could shower, but front desk wouldnt respond to phone or messages.

I received a phone call before noon asking if we were still intending to stay there. I said yes and told him that we would be arriving in the evening. We arrived at 8pm and had to call for someone to check us in. After about 15 minutes someone came out from the back of the lobby office and took his dear time checking us in, even though we had already paid for the reservation online. The in room phone didn’t connect to the Office, so we had to walk back to the Office to get some assistance with the operation of the TV. One of the 2 staffers, now present, did follow us back to the room and apologized for the TV cable service issues, which he blamed on the recent storm.

Stayed for one night, as a group of us was heading through. It was right off the interstate and was nice and clean. Was some road noise but that didn't take away from it being a good value and exactly what we needed to sleep and get ready for the next morning drive.

I was really impressed by how clean this motel was. Beds had protective covers on them and were very comfortable. Close to gas and food and well lit.Only complaint which we didn't even relay, was the new smart tv didn't work. Good job guys.

Staff was great. Noise outside of the room was loud from the highway. Didn't feel safe at this location. Hot water didn't work well.

Affordable motel. Restaurant right beside the motel, and another place to eat across the road. Also a convenient gas station. The room was clean and in good condition.

The manager was respectful and polite. They gave me and husband with kindness and respect. They also told us where the laundry and breakfast area was. They were perlite we will come back and visit. Thanks

The only nice and helpful person there was Dawn. Brittney is too busy talking about guests and on her phone. The manager is almost non existent. Laundry and ice room was so disgusting I cleaned it while doing my laundry. Even tho they renovated the property it is the bottom of the barrel cheap and poorly put together. Dont even expect fresh coffee in the morning because even that is too much for the manager to do. Spend a few more dollars for a room thats better than whats offered at this motel.

My room smelled of smoke. I split some water and when I tried to mop up with a towel, towel turned black. The tv reception was atrocious. And this was all after they took two hours to check me in.

I booked a handicap room. I was not giving a handicap room. The room was not ready when I got there which was after 3:00. And it smelled a smoke

Please may they upgrade the WiFi, could not open any of the app. I had to use my own hotspot. Could not use the safety latch to lock the door. 😱 Onen of the towels had bad stains on the inside fold😞. Over all a good night's rest, friendly staff.

Our stay was adequate for the price. We were just looking for a decent nights sleep to break up 2 long travel days. The units are definitely some age. I wished the A/C would have worked better than it did. Outside was very bright all around and I saw lots of cameras that were working b/c I could see the screen at the front desk. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

This motel gave a vibe of not so safe. People appear to live there and we were woke up in the middle of the night with people arguing outside of our room. The desk staff was very hard to find every time we went to the lobby.
