1hotel was perfect. The decor of the hotel is serene and beautiful. The staff was exceptional! The restaurant was delicious and the service was great! The hotel lobby always had people around having coffee and chatting but not loud. The bar was definitely loud but still fun to go for a drink. The neighborhood of Picadilly is loud and crowded but on the other side of Mayfair is great shopping and a beautiful neighborhood to walk through. The hotel was perfect.

This was a fine place and I would stay here again. If I had any suggestion, it would be nice to have a little more space for the gym. The color palette was so soothing and the staff were top. Friendly and helpful.

The property is extremely well designed, comfortable, clean and bright. The fresh plants in the halls and rooms provide an earthy balance to the new surroundings. The hotel has a contemporary California vibe translated for a London audience. Things like water bottle fillers and a tea and coffee service in the room make the stay even more comfortable. The gym is also state of the art with technogym equipment, though it is compact in size.

1Mayfair is a unique luxury Hotel in a wonderful part of Central London. They are true to their sustainability description. The Hotel is fascinating ... living plants secreted all around the hotel including the bedrooms. Natural woods, stone, glass etc in all areas of the Hotel - walls, tables, doors, floors, NO PLASTIC - it's a real testament of what you can achieve if you are single-minded about sustainability.

This hotel is beautiful and atheistically pleasing. The staff go above and beyond- we visited the spa for a treat which was thoroughly enjoyed also. We celebrated my wife’s 30th birthday and they gave extra special touches. The only thing I can negatively say was the communication prior to arrival wasn’t perfect, despite being Mrs on my booking and talking about my wife’s birthday, I was call Mr multiple occasions. Apart from that this was one of the best hotels I’ve been too.

This new hotel was extremely enjoyable. They let me check in 4h ahead of time. I’m as pleasantly surprised w snacks and tea while I was settling in. Service was incredible.. front desk, bellhop, doorman, etc. Room was equipped with v aesthetic and convenient filtered water tap. Heated floors in bathroom were a nice touch. Well done all around.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed 3 nights at the hotel Mayfair. For starters, this property could not be located any more perfectly. We enjoyed daily walks through Hyde park, green park, buckingham palace, kennisgton palace, and dinners in soho / convent garden. The staff were all very kind during our stay; big shoutout to Diana the night manager and Mo the bar manager for making us feel right at home. We had a couple bumps in the road early on that were quickly addressed by Diana. She was such a delight to work with! We highly recommend upgrading to their larger suits as the standard rooms are a bit tight. Other than that, enjoy the gym, breakfast, cocktails at the bar and all that the city offers. Until next time Mayfair, thank you!

Such a warm and welcoming hotel. Staff from the doormen, to the front desk and house keepers were all lovely. Rooms were immaculate and well kept. The hotel sent us a bottle of bubbly and a dessert for my birthday. The location can’t be beat. Rooms were also so quiet. Quite a bit larger and more spacious than I expected as well.

Very nice property in a great location. I was in a terrace room which was great but there were a lot of bugs out there and some in the room too. They should spray out there as the furniture had bugs all over them and I did not want to sit outside

This is listed as a 5 Star property. Having stayed at many 5 Star hotels this hotel does not meet those standards. Parking is nonexistent. You have to hail a cab. Non are kept in reserve as is done at other 5 stars. No executive car. You will need to work out any travel. We had the larger Studio room. This is a newly renovated hotel so all appointments were new. That said the couch in the room had a large soiled spot. The bathroom is small. One sink and zero power points. The lighting is very bad. If you are needing to apply makeup you need to use the mirror at the entrance. With no power you will need to use a hairdryer with at least a six foot cord. Plugged in a $300 hairdryer and it fried it. We stayed for 9 nights and only received a full complement of towels on half of those. The room has a fan that cannot be turned off. The shower is small and the water pressure is very low. The elevator broke down on day and all were using a single lift which are small. 4 persons is very tight. The concierge service is similar to a 3 star Don’t expect any proactive support from any staff member. Ordering a cup of coffee is almost impossible. The staff had zero understanding of drip or brewed coffee. Had to order an Americano and hot water and then mix to make coffee. The staff are nice but not attentive. I took the opportunity to visit a few other 5 star hotels in the area and was greeted like royalty at each with several offers to help. Not here

The room itself was clean and the staff was great. Unfortunately the first room we were given had a strong smell, like paint thinner. So we asked for a second, and the second room was worse except this time it was a sewage smell. We suspect now that the first room had a similar smell, but they tried to cover it up with something. The smell in the second room was so bad the room cleaner acknowledged it on entry the next morning. But it was 11pm and we decided not to ask for a third room, but the sleep was terrible because of the stench.

Shower drain backed up, flooded bathroom. Phoned front desk and went down to speak in person. Promised clean up didn't happen. Complained and were moved to a new room. Nice that the room was bigger, but the AC didn't work well and was right beside the elevator and noise was an issue. Never cleaned our room after first night stay despite being gone many hours, some of which with the please clean my room button on. Yet had time to restock the mini bar, but not empty trash, make bed etc. Have stayed at 1 Hotel in NYC, better experience. Will not stay at 1 Hotel Mayfair again.

Everything was perfect, the hotel is gorgeous and located in an amazing place, very safe, quiet, room service was amazing, the hotel bar was 10/10. Honestly the room size was small but I’m used to the American luxury hotels room sizes !

This is a quality hotel in the modern sense. The staff are friendly in a non-Victorian manner. They’re friendly and make you feel welcome. This hotel is a regular spot for my wife and I when we go to London. The better rooms have Japanese toilets, which is always fun…. The hotel is very earthy and neutral, it has a grounding vibe. We got a good deal, 50% off through hotels.com so it was a no brainer this time. It’s well insulated from noise, unlike other hotels in the area. Give it a go.

This was my first visit to 1 Hotel Mayfair and I give it my highest recommendation. The hotel is beautifully designed and in perfect condition. My room had every amenity and was very comfortable. The staff in every part of the hotel is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant is excellent and the bar has great atmosphere in the evening. I travel a lot so I stay in a lot of hotels. This is definitely one of my favorites and I will be back.
This was my first visit to 1 Hotel Mayfair and I give it my highest recommendation. The hotel is beautifully designed and in perfect condition. My room had every amenity and was very comfortable. The staff in every part of the hotel is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant is excellent and the bar has great atmosphere in the evening. I travel a lot so I stay in a lot of hotels. This is definitely one of my favorites and I will be back.

Loved our stay @ 1 Hotel Mayfair. The installations were great and the service we received was fantastic. We dined several times in the Hotel’s restaurant, and were very pleased with the excellent and warm service that we received from Celia and Guillermo. Will definitely refer the Hotel to our friends and family, and will consider it for our next visit to London.

Such a warm and welcoming hotel. Staff from the doormen, to the front desk and house keepers were all lovely. Rooms were immaculate and well kept. The hotel sent us a bottle of bubbly and a dessert for my birthday. The location can’t be beat. Rooms were also so quiet. Quite a bit larger and more spacious than I expected as well.

We visited as a family around Thanksgiving time, we chose One hotel for location and for being a newer hotel. Great staff, it seemed like they know your name starting from doorman and ending to concierge, very attentive and open to help as much as they can. Clean and quirky. Rooms on the smaller side, even though we didn’t have the basic room. Not many restaurants in the hotel, but a lot of great places to eat in walking distance. Great great location.

My stay was amazing. The property is BEAUTIFUL to say the least and it is extremely centrally located. Easy access to the tube(both Piccadilly and Green Park)and tons of shopping on Regent. I could not have had a better experience. Customer service is truly top notch, as was the overall experience.

Amazing property, beautifully done and well executed. Walk to the park, dinner, shops or bars. This property has it all in house too. Great place and we will be back next time we are in town!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed 3 nights at the hotel Mayfair. For starters, this property could not be located any more perfectly. We enjoyed daily walks through Hyde park, green park, buckingham palace, kennisgton palace, and dinners in soho / convent garden. The staff were all very kind during our stay; big shoutout to Diana the night manager and Mo the bar manager for making us feel right at home. We had a couple bumps in the road early on that were quickly addressed by Diana. She was such a delight to work with! We highly recommend upgrading to their larger suits as the standard rooms are a bit tight. Other than that, enjoy the gym, breakfast, cocktails at the bar and all that the city offers. Until next time Mayfair, thank you!

1hotel was perfect. The decor of the hotel is serene and beautiful. The staff was exceptional! The restaurant was delicious and the service was great! The hotel lobby always had people around having coffee and chatting but not loud. The bar was definitely loud but still fun to go for a drink. The neighborhood of Picadilly is loud and crowded but on the other side of Mayfair is great shopping and a beautiful neighborhood to walk through. The hotel was perfect.

Excellent hotel and location. Good AC. Nice bars and restaurants attached to the hotel. Breakfast portions bit small but tasty. Gym / spa could use an actual spa with steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis and not just a spa for treatments. Otherwise a great hotel with good service.

Super relaxed earthy tones everywhere. Lovely chilled vibe and all the staff were really friendly. Exceptionally quiet room with everything you could need. Even the filtered water tap in the room was a real treat. Can’t fault our stay in any way.

The hotel wifi is terrible and intermittent. The bathrooms are horrific. No full length mirror in the room, no outlets in the bathroom so you have to use the dryers in a dark corner of the room. The lighting in the bathroom is also AWFUL so we left the house never knowing what we looked like each day. The food in the restaurant is completely unremarkable. Even though WiFi extenders are widely available, they’ll never get it for you. The cast to TV will not work since you can’t stay on the wifi. Do better.
