Excellent service, breakfast buffet offers variety choices, the Jia lounge can be accessed from 11:00-23:00, offering the light buffet dinners from 17:30 to 19:00 is a bonus for us. I came for the conference, did not get the chance to sightseeing this time, will definitely to stay this hotel again.

Great hotel and great lovation. We stayed in the Pacific Tower. Very good service, very good food at the breakfast buffet, nice , clean and well maintained room and facilities. Very service minded staff, good pool and fitness facilities. We will be back next time we visit Nanjing again.

The overall living standard & hotel facilities are above average. All the staff including the doorman，duty manager and housekeeper are very enthusiastic & willing to offer assistance. Just that the mattress of the room is too soft which affects our sleeping quality. Fortunately, the housekeeper help to lay out a hard mat over the bed so that we can sleep well. In addition, the breakfast is great & delicious with most of the local favorite. Will come again next time.

Great hotel and great lovation. We stayed in the Pacific Tower. Very good service, very good food at the breakfast buffet, nice , clean and well maintained room and facilities. Very service minded staff, good pool and fitness facilities. We will be back next time we visit Nanjing again.

Staff at the front desk (張嚴 and 王璐) was very helpful in answering questions and booking tickets for number of museums. Attendants at at the front door were eager to assist with giving directions. Overall, service is excellent. Room and everything were tidy and clean. I will rebook this hotel next time I am in town.

Room, bed, bathroom were very nice, definitely would book again. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the robot that delivers orders to the room. The downsides were the wifi was not very good and we had to use cell service instead, and also booked this because the advertise laundry but it is a service and they charge by the piece.

Most convenient family suite in Nanjing, excellent choice for families with young kids, centrally located and most convenient for shopping an d dinning. One of the room is actually facing Xin Jie Kou directly, we really enjoyed the colorful city views at night. What a pleasant surprise.

The dining area on the 2nd floor is the best, but the room is very old, and the service is mediocre. I just traveled from Shanghai and stayed in Portman Ritz-Carlton for two days. The service there is so much better than Jinling。

Excellent service, excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, especially the concierge, Odette Pan. She arranged a private art tour of the art located around the hotel’s premises for me and explained the hotel’s history and design. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are traveling to Nanjing!

Staff at the front desk (張嚴 and 王璐) was very helpful in answering questions and booking tickets for number of museums. Attendants at at the front door were eager to assist with giving directions.
