My honest review is that, It’s just a standard hotel, not exceptional but good. What I found great about it is the customer service-from the receptionist to the catering staff- they were all fantastic. However, I think the room was too small and had no AC in the extreme heat at the time we stayed. They had an old fan in the room but it couldn’t do the job. And the elevator, please can the hotel replace it? It’s not the best. Overall, the staff-10/10, cleanliness-8/10, Food- 9/10, Room and amenities- 5/10.

Easy to find with free parking. Nicely located for a trip to wembely only 1 stop away. 5 mins walk to the overground 10 mins walk to the underground. A variety of food and drink shops 3 mins away including dry cleaning. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff, check in was simple. Room was tidy. Another member of staff helped us with some information about the train lines. Breakfast was buffet style and good. Id stay again if i ever go to wembely as its close by and about right on the price. Slept with the window open and no real noise all night.

The car park is small with around 10 spaces, but during our 6 nights, we had no issues. Also, Source London EV chargers close by. The hotel was clean, comfortable and within easy travelling distance of London's major attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast a great mix of hot and cold food. Great coffee machine with freshly ground beans. Highly recommended for a stay.

Nice place bit dated but had all i needed for place to stay for the night.. i hear there are limited parking spaces on site but for me i was only there to sleep ao managed to park on street BUT its a controlled zone so you cant park there during day .. best check with hotel if u need parking i cant say for sure what the deal is

Thank you for my recent stay. I was very impressed. Clean and tidy rooms, similar to a Premier Inn in style, clean and modern bathroom. I slept well and I normally struggle in hotels. The staff were also lovely and friendly. Great breakfast too. I’ll definitely stay again.

Unfortunately the radiators would not turn off. It was extremely hot in the room. Struggles to sleep. Opened the windows but lots of road traffic noise. (Not fault of the hotel) just on a busy road. Paint coming off and shower was full of lime scale. Mattess was comfortable and the lady on the desk was very polite and friendly.

The hotel has deteriorated considerably since my last visit. The room was so run down I asked to be moved and the next time was just as bad. Needs a real makeover and a last in the front desk could not have been less helpful if she tried. The exterior was clad in scaffold so perhaps it’s being painted but the rooms 102 and 395 both need a complete makeover. Only positive was the staff who prepare breakfast and do an outstanding job.

Dimitry at the front desk was great, very welcoming and professional. We stayed only one night, but Dimitry held our luggage a day early so we could travel to Liverpool. Our room was typical hotel size, not huge but not tiny either. Our bed was smaller than a queen, but we managed. Our room was situated near the rear of the hotel, so we had to deal with people making noise in the morning. Hotel serves breakfast, but we haven't partaken. Yet.

The hotel was located in a pleasant area, we arrived around 6.30pm and was able to easily park in the hotel parking at the back of the hotel. On arrival in reception, it looked clean, tidy and well presented. However there was no staff around at all. We rang the desk bell a couple of times and no one appeared. There was also no staff to be seen at the nearby bar despite people sitting in the area. Another family arrived shortly after to check in so I googled the hotel and called the number. The call was answered and a couple of minutes later someone came and checked us in. They were pleasant enough but perhaps slightly put out I had called to say we were waiting. Our room was on the top floor (4th) over looking the street. Clean, tidy and pleasant enough. The bed was a standard double so significantly smaller than our super king at home. The windows were wide open with no safety bars so if I wanted to jump out the 4th floor window I could’ve easily !!! The room had no air con and was quite hot so we had to keep the windows open which of course meant we heard constant traffic noise throughout the night. Overall it was ideally located for our purpose in a seemly nice well kept neighborhood. Clean and tidy and free parking. So yes I would stay again for the location behind our visit.

Room decor was tired needs to be redecorated. Low quality fixtures and fittings. However the hotel is quiet and easy to get to from the tube. Breakfast was ok, good choice of both hot and cold options , however the hit food was cold and the sausages undercooked. They do toast but you have to order it. Overall it's a budget hotel but ok for what we needed

Hotel was great, comfy beds, really good breakfast and amazing location. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. The hotel rooms are small but not unusual for London. Would absolutely stay again. Staff were really helpful when we needed them

The reception staff we're very friendly, and helpful. When i checked in Bahnu sorry the spelling told me about the places I was looking for and what to do. After the 2nd night Stephanie and I sat for a bit and discussed things I was looking for the next day. Stephanie was very kind and helpful! Now lets talk about Dimitri who helped me figure out about the heater and big step for the tub... When I arrived in the evening, Dimitri help me figure out how to get food for my dinner. Great customer service, nice and I appreciated his help. While I ate my dinner I watched him interact with other folks staying there and he was so professional and wonderful with everyone who walked through the door checking them in and answering questions. During my check out Dimitri helped mecwith my bag because i had my hands full.Thank You! It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Denise Salisbury

lovely staff, nice room, very comfortable. Breakfast a bit basic but fine. Really appreciated the inclusive breakfast and the opportunity to cancel if needed. this is now my go-to london hotel.

The hotel was located in a pleasant area, we arrived around 6.30pm and was able to easily park in the hotel parking at the back of the hotel. On arrival in reception, it looked clean, tidy and well presented. However there was no staff around at all. We rang the desk bell a couple of times and no one appeared. There was also no staff to be seen at the nearby bar despite people sitting in the area. Another family arrived shortly after to check in so I googled the hotel and called the number. The call was answered and a couple of minutes later someone came and checked us in. They were pleasant enough but perhaps slightly put out I had called to say we were waiting. Our room was on the top floor (4th) over looking the street. Clean, tidy and pleasant enough. The bed was a standard double so significantly smaller than our super king at home. The windows were wide open with no safety bars so if I wanted to jump out the 4th floor window I could’ve easily !!! The room had no air con and was quite hot so we had to keep the windows open which of course meant we heard constant traffic noise throughout the night. Overall it was ideally located for our purpose in a seemly nice well kept neighborhood. Clean and tidy and free parking. So yes I would stay again for the location behind our visit.

The car park is small with around 10 spaces, but during our 6 nights, we had no issues. Also, Source London EV chargers close by. The hotel was clean, comfortable and within easy travelling distance of London's major attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast a great mix of hot and cold food. Great coffee machine with freshly ground beans. Highly recommended for a stay.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Reception is obviously the shop window of the hotel, and the welcome, friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionists certainly made me want to enter the shop! The room was clean with every amenity I required, housekeeping were wonderful, restraunt staff so hardworking and friendly....I really can't fault it. I belong to a group on facebook where everyone was brought up in Hampstead.. Obviously a lot of us have moved away, but I have posted a message to all of them that if they visit Hampstead Quality hotel is the place to stay. I was so happy and content there that I have booked another two visits. Thank you to every member of staff. xxxxxxx

Everything was perfect, but sometimes the front desk was absent which, even in a safe area, is not ideal if there is no-one to control who comes in. But great breakfast and breakfast staff, and great, large, comfortable room

Decent sized comfortable room. Bed a bit narrow. Parking good but limited number of spaces (allowed me to leave car until lunchtime next day). Breakfast - food fine and staff worked very hard but room too small so crowded, only 1 coffee machine so queues, no bread/toast.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, very central for Wembley Stadium and the West End, and a lovely breakfast included in the price. An absolute bargain considering the prices in London and really great for anyone looking for somewhere close to Wembley

Room decor was tired needs to be redecorated. Low quality fixtures and fittings. However the hotel is quiet and easy to get to from the tube. Breakfast was ok, good choice of both hot and cold options , however the hit food was cold and the sausages undercooked. They do toast but you have to order it. Overall it's a budget hotel but ok for what we needed

A good stay. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. We arrived much earlier than the 2pm check-in time, but he got a room ready for us and offered free refreshment while we waited. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the "hot" breakfast items were tepid, and I abandoned my attempt to eat them.

Room was average, bed good, bathroom very good. Noisy because my room overlooked the car park. The No fridge in the room - important in the high summer heat. No air-con, but a fan was provided (essential to be able to sleep in the stuffy room). The curtains do not exclude light properly, so an eye-mask is essential unless you want to wake up at dawn. Breakfast poor, I skipped it altogether the last day. No restaurant but there was a bar in the lobby. The receptionist was friendly enough, but other staff were downright hostile. I did not feel welcome. Not good value for money.
