Pullman London St Pancras

Excellent location if you’re using St. Pancras, Kings Cross or Euston. Friendly and helpful staff and fabulous breakfast. Modern comfortable rooms. Only complaint: our room had a weird ottoman that blocked access to the desk and left no room for even a single chair.

This is a transit hotel, despite its self-advertising as anything else. Hotel is located right next to St Pancras train station. There is no ramp to roll up any luggage nor are there porters to help. Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was polite. The room was average. Bed was made and soft. Clean sheets. Complimentary water in the fridge. One massive drawback. Shower was very bad - not just because it’s a half pane of glass and there is no shower curtain, but also the shower drain does not drain any water at all so showers are either under 2 minutes or you’re spilling water directly into the bathroom floor. A minor drawback. Our keys just stopped working the next morning. No explanation other than it happens.
