Clean room, nice kitchen facilities which was an upgrade but not necessary. The air conditioning was faulty & we struggled to sleep as the room was very warm, much warmer than outside. the shower did not drain so water went all over the floor, we had to take extremely quick showers to prevent this each day. Needs an extra chair to sit or put things on.

Great value for the price! Comfortable room, excellent location, walking distance to the Thames and to the Tube. I needed a place with parking which was perfect (just a very narrow driveway) and only 20 minutes from Heathrow. Would stay here again.

We arrived a little early and the welcome we received from the team was lovely. Friendly, helpful but polite. The car park is at the back of the hotel and is very tight to get to but take your time and it’s fine. Not a huge carpark so would suggest calling ahead or find somewhere else to park. There is a £12 a day charge from the time of check-in. The room was at the front of the hotel - I was a little apprehensive about noise from the street but from around 11.30pm, it stopped and didn’t disturb either myself or my friend. The room had air conditioning and was a lovely size, bright and airy with a small wardrobe and shelving. There was coffee and tea with biscuits. The bathroom was small with a double shower and was perfectly clean. We didn’t have breakfast. Checkout was easy with the staff asking how our evening had been and if we had found somewhere for food. Lots of local bars and pubs around to cater for all tastes.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even offered an alternative room on the ground floor when they saw my mum was older, which was so kind of them. We kept our original room as it was a suite with kitchen. We used the kitchen and it was perfect for us. Beds were very comfy and room very quiet. Great location in Chiswick. I’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel at the end of Chiswick High Road occupying some nice older buildings.Check in staff were very good and courteous and we were upgraded to suite which was unexpected but welcome.Car park on site which was very reasonable at £12 per day.Didnt have breakfast but it looked good.Nice clean room and shower.5 minutes from Turnham Green tube on the Circle line ideal for the west end.Glad we found this little gem and will be our go to hotel for whenever in London

Great location in Chiswick. Easy to find from A4 and within walking distance of centre. Really helpful staff (arrived late at night, was offered an umbrella when unloading in the rain, car park space reserved). Comfortable family room. Efficient breakfast. Accommodating about leaving the car for a few extra hours. For the price I would highly recommend. Of course some noise from road but that comes with the convenient location. Would certainly go back if visiting area again.

Such a friendly hotel with lovely staff. The car park is an experience - a very narrow entrance through the building - not for the faint hearted. Rooms were spacious and super clean. Breakfast was decent. We will definitely stay again

Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We had a standard double room, a bit small but very usable and comfortable. The air conditioning was a little bit noisy but worked OK. Breakfast was excellent, very good selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereals, some cheese and cold meats and hot buffet. Only a few minutes walk to tube station. 3 minutes walk to the Packhorse and Talbot pub for a very reasonably priced meal for dinner. This hotel worked very well for us doing an overnight trip to London for sightseeing (Thames river cruise, Kew Gardens and the Tower of London)

Arrived at around 10pm after having to work late. Have stayed in best westerns in the past and cant say ive had an issue. I was “upgraded” to a rather odd studio flat which was 2 buildings away from reception. It was dirty, full of mould, bad paintwork, cracks in the wall and the supplied towels were stained yellow. It was too late for me to complain at the time and it was one night. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next morning on check out who was apologetic and offered a discount on another stay which i declined as i have no need. I would stay elsewhere. Breakfast was fine.

Cons: - Dirty room - Stained and torn carpet - Lazy cleaning staff that does the minimum - Cleaning staff left my window open and I had insects in my room when I returned. - Breakfast is the same every morning - If you are in room 109, the staff constantly keeps the hall door open and blocking your room access Pros: - Friendly front desk staff - Quiet - Located near restaurants and public transportation - Good breakfast

We were allocated room 5 which was between a toilet and a stairwell. Overnight we could hear guests passing the room and when they used the toilet, it felt like they were coming into our room. Very poor soundproofing. The adjacent room's guests got up at 5am and shortly after, staff started preparing breakfast, all very noisy from our room and so despite the lovely bed and quiet air con, we didnt sleep very well at all.

Hotel was ok, would describe as budget, car park isn’t massive but we parked ok with a £12 charge. Room long and narrow tv only received a few channels and couldn’t have window open as would allow access from other rooms. Air conditioning was noisy all night like an energetic water feature .

We were upgraded to their Suite room There wasn't any blinds on velux windows allowed at sunrise our room to have daylight coming in at 4.30 am! Also no draws for clothing? Also bathroom was so small sitting on toilet leaning forward your head touched the wall in front of you! Towel radiator was red hot and you could burn your body entering the bathroom.

Rooms were very big and both ours had aircon plus a microwave and fridge in. Beds were comfortable but in one room our son had an issue with the bed being on wheels and no way to put any 'brakes' on so it kept moving every time he did so he didn't sleep that well. Don’t know what it is about hotel bathrooms in that they always have some mould or the shower is missing chrome from its fittings etc. There was also quite a strong smell of urine coming from the toilet area in our room. Breakfast was excellent. Large range of continental and cooked breakfast items to choose from and no rush for you to have you have finished either. Hotel is only a 10min walk from the tube so very easy to get into London and because it isn't central London, you don’t pay the huge central London prices. Few little niggles but overall we had a really good stay. Would go again.

I like the hotel and have stayed there a few times. This last time, I was sent into a basement room. Don't go there! It is below the lobby / entrance / dining area and footsteps continue all through the night!

They refused to believe I had already paid via hotels.com late on a Friday night for two tired ladies despite showing them my email etc from hotels.com showing I had. They made me pay again there and then before they’d let us in the room. In the morning I asked for a refund after showing both payment details but apparently the manager was off and only they could deal wit it and said they’d contact me. I left my email address. Nothing. No refund. It’s now been weeks. I’ll be taking it further.

The air conditioning in one of our rooms hasn't been working, and since we also have an underground room, opening windows isn't an option. We've reported this issue twice, but nothing has been done to resolve it. Now, at checkout, the manager is offering a discount on our next stay and free breakfast — but frankly, that's not acceptable. When we're paying nearly £300 per night, we expect a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Given the inconvenience, a refund is more appropriate.

Honestly, if it was not for the staff I would have moved out . It’s embarrassing to call this a 3 star hotel . It was a mess checking in. I see this as a problem of management and not the staff who were very kind. My first room I could not find and neither the cleaning personnel I met in the hall. When four. I also found a man Inside, my second room was in the basement without window. Unbelievable it is even allowed. My third room looked like it had not been renovated since the 70’s. The room felt like a sauna even with the window opened and the air condition did not work. Chiswick is a lovely area, this hotel is one of the worst I’ve stayed in, in London and I don’t even want to spend more time of giving more feedback. Unbelievable.
Honestly, if it was not for the staff I would have moved out . It’s embarrassing to call this a 3 star hotel . It was a mess checking in. I see this as a problem of management and not the staff who were very kind. My first room I could not find and neither the cleaning personnel I met in the hall. When four. I also found a man Inside, my second room was in the basement without window. Unbelievable it is even allowed. My third room looked like it had not been renovated since the 70’s. The room felt like a sauna even with the window opened and the air condition did not work. Chiswick is a lovely area, this hotel is one of the worst I’ve stayed in, in London and I don’t even want to spend more time of giving more feedback. Unbelievable.

Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We had a standard double room, a bit small but very usable and comfortable. The air conditioning was a little bit noisy but worked OK. Breakfast was excellent, very good selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereals, some cheese and cold meats and hot buffet. Only a few minutes walk to tube station. 3 minutes walk to the Packhorse and Talbot pub for a very reasonably priced meal for dinner. This hotel worked very well for us doing an overnight trip to London for sightseeing (Thames river cruise, Kew Gardens and the Tower of London)

Great value for the price! Comfortable room, excellent location, walking distance to the Thames and to the Tube. I needed a place with parking which was perfect (just a very narrow driveway) and only 20 minutes from Heathrow. Would stay here again.

Great hotel near Turnham Green and Stamford Brook underground station. Room was small, but that’s normal in London. Had a safe, heather, kettle for tea/coffee and room cleaning every day. Nice neighborhood

Lovely hotel at the end of Chiswick High Road occupying some nice older buildings.Check in staff were very good and courteous and we were upgraded to suite which was unexpected but welcome.Car park on site which was very reasonable at £12 per day.Didnt have breakfast but it looked good.Nice clean room and shower.5 minutes from Turnham Green tube on the Circle line ideal for the west end.Glad we found this little gem and will be our go to hotel for whenever in London

An excellent hotel in a great location. Very clean and quiet with an very good breakfast provided. Close to some great bars and restaurants and only a short walk away from the underground station. Staff were all very friendly and we will return in the furture.

My room was spacious but a bit chilly during the winter. Also had to walk outside to reach the breakfast. During the summer, it would probably be ideal. Breakfast was ok.

Rooms were very big and both ours had aircon plus a microwave and fridge in. Beds were comfortable but in one room our son had an issue with the bed being on wheels and no way to put any 'brakes' on so it kept moving every time he did so he didn't sleep that well. Don’t know what it is about hotel bathrooms in that they always have some mould or the shower is missing chrome from its fittings etc. There was also quite a strong smell of urine coming from the toilet area in our room. Breakfast was excellent. Large range of continental and cooked breakfast items to choose from and no rush for you to have you have finished either. Hotel is only a 10min walk from the tube so very easy to get into London and because it isn't central London, you don’t pay the huge central London prices. Few little niggles but overall we had a really good stay. Would go again.

Just stayed over for one night but can’t fault our stay. The welcome was very warm with the most friendly and helpful staff. Newly refurbished property. Close to local services, pubs & restaurants. Little noise in the early morning but the very comfortable bed made sleeping very easy

We had a fantastic stay here! Soren at the front desk was absolutely incredible - quick, attentive, kind, and helpful. Our room was also quite nice; it resembled more of a flat, as there was a kitchenette (including a stove and oven) and a couch in addition to the bed and desk area. The air conditioning worked very well and the property was located in a quiet but walkable/accessible area. We will definitely be back!

Our double room was very clean and recently renovated but it was the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed in, even smaller than those of Easy Hotel and Ibis Budget, with a double bed pushed up against the wall and the minimum space to walk around. That said, the hotel was clean throughout, despite undergoing renovation work, the staff were very helpful and there was a good choice of options at the very reasonably priced breakfast. It was not disclosed when we booked, that the hotel was undergoing major works and would be surrounded by scaffold with work starting quite early outside. Parking behind the hotel (chargeable) was useful although there was plenty of free parking in nearby streets on a Sunday.
