I was really impressed. Honestly, staying here it felt like staying at one of the premium hotels in Macau. Great sized room, super comfortable bed (the pillows could’ve been a little bit harder for my liking), large TV, with plenty of Eng channels (thank God!), Lovely bathroom, everything in very good condition, air-conditioning that was both silent, and powerful, a brilliant breakfast with great quality food selection, a very good gym, and a lovely swimming pool (that was absolutely freezing because it was winter so I didn’t use it), and in a good location. Around a 20 minute stroll to the beach, 10 out of 10!

The executive lounge was an absolute disaster, i felt like i was in Gaza. Lovely staff but terrible food. Lack of drink choices, and there were just an overwhelming number of users at the lounge, it was not a pleasant experience at all. Besides, the lounge was not available during breakfast hours, which forced us to go to the buffet hall. That place was fully packed, it was very hard to get a table. Lovely room though.

Some of the examples include: - Room dinning ended at 11 pm. The staff suggested us to try Meituan for food delivery. But such mobile app service does not work for tourist without local mobile no. The frontline staff refused to provided further help. - Asked for spa booking telephone no., the hotel staff said they did not know becuase such service was not provided by the hotel. No further assistance provided. - Order birthday cake at the hotel cake shop with written request to put a name on the birthday card. The staff forgot to do so and simply walked away without any apology and further assistance. - Check in service was slow and unprofessional. - Executive Lounge did not open on time at 10 am and no food was availble after 15 minutes late opening. The staff said the kitchen was late for delivery and then walked away without further assistance provided.

All good, except a lady reception check in staff, is not professional, not polite, not listen, not try to understand, not helpful, her character is not suitable for kind of service industry. Disappointed Marriott hotel is not keep to standard in service. HR hired staff in selecting canadiate was not professional. I was specific picked Marriott group for my trip. Lucky the Duty Manger helped and solved the problem for us immediately.
