From the very first day, the bathroom was flooding every night. The water was dripping from the ceiling, and not just slightly—it was a significant and constant leak. We reported this issue multiple times, both by phone and in person at reception, but unfortunately no action was taken. What is most concerning is that only on the last day, at check-out time, someone was sent to inspect the issue, which turned out to be caused by the air conditioning. The amount of water was excessive and posed a serious safety hazard, especially for children. In fact, my son slipped due to this situation, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the air conditioning was making loud banging noises every 10 to 15 minutes. During the first nights it was quite alarming and made it difficult to rest. Regarding cleanliness, it was also below standard. The bed sheets were not changed, and when we returned to the room, there was still sand in the bed from the morning, indicating that cleaning was not done properly. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned. This experience gave us the impression that, because we booked through an external platform such as Hotels.com, we did not receive the same level of attention, which is very disappointing. While other aspects of the stay were acceptable, the condition of the room made our overall experience very negative. We expect this matter to be taken seriously and would appreciate a response...
