Overall it’s an average resort. The food at the buffet is alright, warm but not hot. The food at the a la carte restaurant was like 9/10, very good. We came from USA, didn’t really have issues with language. We know minimal Spanish phrases, most staff tried or knew English. The pools are cool, none of the hot tubs worked. The shows are very late. Don’t start till after 10pm. It is extremely loud at night. We stayed in a garden view bungalow. The music is loud and pounding till midnight 1 am ish. And you can hear it clearly in your room. Bring ear plugs! The room was ok, was supposed to have a king bed but didn’t. But we barely spent anytime in the room. The WiFi is really good on the beach and main pool areas/restaurants. WiFi did not work in our room. We always felt safe, and staff was friendly. Avoid the information/concierge area! We literally took the long way walking to avoid them, tried to get us to sit through the 5 hour sales pitch. Then called our room when we didn’t go! The shops are nice, have lots of good souvenirs. The gelato shop is good, it is extra money but it’s cheap. I found all the mixed drinks to be delicious, and had been asked by several bartenders if I wanted the drink strong! We did tip for housekeeping and dinners, but overall not many people were tipping at all. The La Hacienda 7 in 1 park excursion was great. It was so worth it for your money! $100 and you get to ride horses, zip line, safari, drive buggy’s in the forests. The other

Beach bungalow is only way to book this property! Amazing to be able to sit on porch at ocean and walk right onto beach. Caribbean water is great, very clear, snorkeling is good, very enjoyable swimming for all ages. No seaweed!!! Food needs improvements, buffets and sit down restaurants are average at best. Reservation restaurants were just dressed up buffet selections. Didn’t like the full self-service thing they have going on with buffet, I understand there is a lot of people but I spent more time getting my family drinks, tracking down napkins/utensils than I did eating. At least have tables turned around quickly. Seemed understaffed. Pools were too small for amount of people here. The set up with resort and it’s VIP/Super VIP was confusing and annoying so we just went anywhere we wanted, I’m fairly certain we sat in VIP area of entire stay. This place is very loud at night and blasts music until midnight at least. Didn’t like that there were no shade options outside of VIP areas on beach, people just huddle up around trees and put their towels on prime chairs to not be there the entire day. No shade at pools either. English is the least spoken language here, it’s a European resort chain, which took getting used to with questions. Traveled with spouse, 5yr old and infant. Overall the ocean bungalow room and convenience to everything made up for negatives. Many average/negative reviews for this place are accurate though FWIW. It’s like 7/10 resort that could better.

Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. All sorts of shaded and sunny beach sites. Finally beach is located in a calm bay so lots of ppl in the water all day long.

Esperienza positiva, il villaggio è molto bello, ci sono tantissimi servizi e attività da fare, da migliorare le prenotazioni dei ristoranti, sono praticamente sempre pieni ed è impossibile trovare un tavolo. La qualità del cibo ai ristoranti a buffet potrebbe essere migliore, darei come voto 6.5, poco più che sufficiente, anche i lettini al mattino bisogna correre per trovarli liberi alle 8 del mattino perché ci lasciano gli asciugamani sopra dalla notte, ma nel complesso il posto è molto bello e rilassante e non ci si annoia mai. Ci tornerei volentieri.

I’ve been to many all inclusives and this one was very different in many negative ways. Here’s a list of things I wish I had known prior to booking: 1. Not all restaurants are included in your all inclusive package so you have to pay if you go. 2. You’re only allowed 3 dinner reservations in the restaurants per 7 day stay. Otherwise the buffets are your only dinner options. 3. The included alcohol and food is mediocre at best and this is coming from someone who isn’t a picky eater. 4. You have to pay $2/day in order to use the safe in your room. 5. Pools all close at 6:00pm. 6. No swim up bar. 7. There is no service on the beach or pools for drinks and food. 8. Resort is dated and room had small ants all over. 9. Very limited number of umbrellas by the pools so shade is scarce. 10. I was made to feel like a dirty pig by one of the housekeepers because the toilet in the bathroom by the shops didn’t flush when I tried so had to leave it. As I exited the stall, the maid was there and rudely said “we flush toilets here.” I told her it doesn’t flush so she went in there and said it was because of “too much toilet paper.” The kicker is I went back a few days later and tried the flush before using it and it didn’t work again so this is an ongoing problem in that bathroom. It’s completely unacceptable for an employee to make a paying guest feel bad for the resort’s plumbing issues. Will not be coming back to this resort again. I stayed in Iberostar next door in the

This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow. Overall we enjoyed as always, the resort was under stuff, dining was challenge, dining tables not cleaned after guests left, we removed the left over plates and clean the table ourselves before we can seat, because there was no clean tables. We still enjoy our stay, we love the long walk on the property, the beach was always clean, a lot of seats, love the bars, and caffee by the pool, the juice bars, also we felt safe to walk outside the property for local shopping. We recommend to all our friends, will be back again.

I've been coming to this property for last 11years every year, sometimes multiple times a year. It has the most beautiful & widest beach in area & no sea weed issues. Has healthy, tasty, high quality food that is never disappointing. if you want heavy, junk food, you won't like it. Ground land scape is very lush & well kept making you feeling you're in a big park even while you're in the room. Staffs are always accommodating specially at the palace side. Over the years, there was a time they were playing music too loud throughout the day but they corrected it & it was appropriate amount this time at least at the palace side. Unfortunately they made me pay $50 for 2 hour late check our after this loyal patronage this February 😂 which was disappointing. but still will go back.

This is a very well-maintained property, with an extensive beach and many different restaurants, snack bars, and cocktail bars, as well as multiple swimming pools. The lady that cleaned our room every day, Yesenia R., did an excellent job and always left us with a beautiful bird constructed from towels and sheets, with flowers and greenery. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and kind, and they all work very, very hard. The little shopping area within the Palace compound had a wonderful coffee shop. It was also really cool to see all the birds, including a flock of flamingos, wandering around the property, as well as some iguanas. There are multiple specialty restaurants in both the Palace compound, and within Dominicus Beach (which guests at the Palace may use); my personal favorite was the Italian restaurant, Il Palco. 25 is also very good (for steak) and Viva Mexico had delicious fajitas. We had wonderful massages on the beach from the spa. While it was not a concern for my husband and me, or the friends with whom we travelled, the rooms do show some wear and tear, which I feel is to be expected. The spotless attention to detail by the cleaning crews made up for that small criticism. The compound was safe, with an obvious presence of security. The beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, which was much appreciated, given the very high humidity at this time of year. This is a great place to take an all-inclusive beach vacation.

We were here two years ago and everything was very nice. However, upon coming back they have now went to a VIP or timeshare status. You will be approached several times a day about being a VIP member with them. They now have huge sections of the beach and the seating area outside roped off reserved for just the VIP leaving very little space for others. Very few people were in the VIP areas. Their entertainment started at 11:00 at night so if you were staying in a room close to the entertainment that's all you heard. For this resort to be truly amazing I would recommend they get rid of the VIP part of it. Also, there was very little to do as far as short excursions. The dive shop was fantastic!

El hotel es bueno. Está agradable el mar muy bien mucho sargazo, la comida aceptable, la instalaciones buenas, muchas actividades, unas con costo y otras no, buen equipo de ambientación, al bufet de comida le hacen falta unas buenas salsas con picante. Respecto a la limpieza en los cuartos muy mal. Nunca cambiaron toallas, nunca olió el baño a limpio a lavado o desinfectado. Como que solo tendían camas y barrían, tuvimos una gotera en el baño la reportamos todos los días y nunca la repararon. En las escaleras del edificio que nos tocó siempre sucias sin barrer!
El hotel es bueno. Está agradable el mar muy bien mucho sargazo, la comida aceptable, la instalaciones buenas, muchas actividades, unas con costo y otras no, buen equipo de ambientación, al bufet de comida le hacen falta unas buenas salsas con picante. Respecto a la limpieza en los cuartos muy mal. Nunca cambiaron toallas, nunca olió el baño a limpio a lavado o desinfectado. Como que solo tendían camas y barrían, tuvimos una gotera en el baño la reportamos todos los días y nunca la repararon. En las escaleras del edificio que nos tocó siempre sucias sin barrer!

This property has the most beautiful beach and pools with plenty of chairs. It is clean and well maintained. They are seriously understaffed with the evening buffet actually not having food out first evening- it was picked clean. We ate at the ala carte restaurants in the evening all other dinners and we were happy. The line for the bar is deep because there is is one person tending bar and four people washing cups. Count on the fact your room won’t be ready- my husband says it part of the experience. Some employees can be really rude - but there are others who really make up for it. We’ve stayed at the property six or seven times over the past decade. We love the beach - it’s the best!

Rooms were filthy. Mold and ceiling tiles in the bathroom were falling down in our bungalow. Asked for a superior room and was given another bungalow. At least it was clean. Doors to the closet would not open unless you moved the beds. Room was very tiny. Our friends had bed bugs in two of the rooms they were switched to. They finally got a superior room that was clean. Food was bland with very little to choose from. Some staff was very helpful and kind. Others were downright rude. This is my second time at a Viva Wyndham and both were awful! Never again!! STAY AWAY and spend your money elsewhere.

The hotel is a lot older than what the pictures show. There was no AC in my room, the bedding smelled like it was left in the washer, there were fleas on the bedding not ants fleas I had 2 on me. The food definitely not appealing at all I don’t recommend buffet. The restaurants are “always booked” so they won’t seat you although it’s empty we had to convince reservation team to give us what they could. The 2 restaurants we went to one was hot the AC was not on and the other portion size was less than 4 oz. The front desk girls were absolutely horrendous with attitude and the general manager would not come out to see me when I requested a new room. I asked for my money back to go else where and they denied my request no reason in particular. The barrooms had mold, toilet didn’t flush, shower faucet broke…. Our safe broke as well and took 2 hours to fix 5 people had to come and fix. I have not a single good thing to say about this resort I will not be returning and would never recommend this hotel. I will be taking this up with corp of Expedia. No person should sleep with fleas!!!!

Stayed in a beach front bungalow near the Tiki Bar; it was perfect for a family of 4, 2 of which are teens. It was updated, clean and quiet. The resort is beautiful and very clean. The primary languages spoken were Spanish and Italian; very few people spoke English. The food was more European based, nothing fried and we found to be just mediocre although the buffet displays were beautiful. Epifanio and Juan in the information center were fantastic and very welcoming. Waddy in the water sports area was very helpful and kind in helping with kayaks and the catamaran.

El entretenimiento La musica en el Hotel TODO el Dia son muy buenas.La ducha TENIA POCA AGUA y en las Noches NO HABÍA AGUA.NECESITAN FUMIGAR VIMOS CUCARACHAS.En general el HOTEL necesita remodelacion sobretodo El VIVA BEACH, El VIVA Palace se ve mejor.Nos encantó la piscina de agua salada.El trato del personal del Hotel es Excelente, muy cariñosos y atentos, por eso vamos mucho a Republica Dominicana porque nos tratan Superbien.

The air-conditioning did not work in our room. Took us several times speaking w the front desk and multiple trips of walking back and forth to the reception area. Which indeed took away from our vacation for sure. The rooms were not very clean. Roach in our room. The dinning restaurants are limited and the food offered isn't very tasty. My family and I have been visiting this place for about 4 years and this time was very disappointing, I do not think we will be returning which is sad to us because this location was literally a piece of paradise when we first started visiting here years ago. Also the entertainment during the day/evening is not entertaining at all. Shout out to Randy in maintenance he was the only person to care enough to fix our air-conditioning situation. Thank you Randy!

Our room wasn’t ready for over an hour after check in time. The bathroom ceiling was leaking from the air conditioner the entire 5 days and we reported it 3 times and nothing was done about it. Not much help with English speaking for any staff to help with information on the property and directions. All activities were done in Spanish making it impossible to participate.

Overall it’s an average resort. The food at the buffet is alright, warm but not hot. The food at the a la carte restaurant was like 9/10, very good. We came from USA, didn’t really have issues with language. We know minimal Spanish phrases, most staff tried or knew English. The pools are cool, none of the hot tubs worked. The shows are very late. Don’t start till after 10pm. It is extremely loud at night. We stayed in a garden view bungalow. The music is loud and pounding till midnight 1 am ish. And you can hear it clearly in your room. Bring ear plugs! The room was ok, was supposed to have a king bed but didn’t. But we barely spent anytime in the room. The WiFi is really good on the beach and main pool areas/restaurants. WiFi did not work in our room. We always felt safe, and staff was friendly. Avoid the information/concierge area! We literally took the long way walking to avoid them, tried to get us to sit through the 5 hour sales pitch. Then called our room when we didn’t go! The shops are nice, have lots of good souvenirs. The gelato shop is good, it is extra money but it’s cheap. I found all the mixed drinks to be delicious, and had been asked by several bartenders if I wanted the drink strong! We did tip for housekeeping and dinners, but overall not many people were tipping at all. The La Hacienda 7 in 1 park excursion was great. Beach bungalow is only way to book this property! Amazing to be able to sit on porch at ocean and walk right onto beach. Caribbean water is great, very clear, snorkeling is good, very enjoyable swimming for all ages. No seaweed!!! Food needs improvements, buffets and sit down restaurants are average at best. Reservation restaurants were just dressed up buffet selections. Didn’t like the full self-service thing they have going on with buffet, I understand there is a lot of people but I spent more time getting my family drinks, tracking down napkins/utensils than I did eating. At least have tables turned around quickly. Seemed understaffed. Pools were too small for amount of people here. The set up with resort and it’s VIP/Super VIP was confusing and annoying so we just went anywhere we wanted, I’m fairly certain we sat in VIP area of entire stay. This place is very loud at night and blasts music until midnight at least. Didn’t like that there were no shade options outside of VIP areas on beach, people just huddle up around trees and put their towels on prime chairs to not be there the entire day. We loved our oceanview bungalow! It was so nice to walk right out to the beach with shade from the palms. The view from the infinity pools was amazing! The stores are affordable with snacks and all we needed. The Saona excursion was one of the most beautiful beach I have seen! I was not impressed with the food, just okay. The A/C stopped working each day with one of the bungalows so maintenance was working on it each day. Viva has a Hard working staff and we loved our stay!

It was a beautiful property and had lots to do. I had got one of the beach front bungalow and it was nice but the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and the food was ok, not all that. Our room door had issues and our bathroom kept having issue to where they had to switch our room. Other wise than that it was a nice stay.

The checkin was a madness. Coming for a quick vacation from our wedding, they wouldnt accept any Id (driver license from US nor Dominican, fireman dept id, nothing): they wanted the local id (expired due to this year president elections and were all expired) so I had to go back to the city (2h drive) to get my passport just for them to “take a copy”, which i gave them and wouldnt accept. To reserve a spot for 2 on ANY of the restaurants was impossible: everything was full. Had to eat at the buffet the 3 days even after spending 950us for the stay. The buffet food is incredibly bad. Out of the 10 restautants available, 7 you had to PAY EXTRA 12.5usd to reserve, what a joke of all inclusive resort is this. The TV was from the f 80s or something (see picture, from jurassic world playing). Im just surprised how disappointing this hotel is. There are much better options in Bayahibe, probably lole Catalonia. I would not recommend AT ALL this hotel with so many better options that are really all inclusive, unlike this.

Service is terrible. If you are allergic to bees dont book. Bees all over drinks, bars, beach, restaurants, etc. food quality in specially restaurants are below standards. Beverage are non existent. Wine taste like vinager, very short of alcoholic beverages. Funny that employees have preferences over clients during buffet hours. One time i have to wait for an omelette 30 minutes because i have three employees in the line in front of me, then no more eggs then wait for 15 minutes for the eggs to arrive. Everything is very disorganized. There is not leadership in the hotel. If You asked for a coffe, always no spoon, no napkins on the table. I will never come back. Total waste of money.

To preface this review, I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts including iberostars and secret resorts. If you are not Italian or Spanish, I would not recommend this resort. Personally, I will not be coming back or staying at any other Viva resort. To be fair, lets start with the pros of the resort: very nice beach and beautiful water activities like archery, kayaking, and paddle boarding included (with a time limit). the seafood restaurant and French restaurant were good. Now let’s discuss the cons: - wifi did not work in the room we were staying in and was very spotty throughout resort. - staff in green shirts will harass you and try to sell you things (timeshares, upgraded memberships) MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY. My husband and I were harassed every day of our trip, when we were trying to relax and have a good time. The green shirts even tried asking for our room number! - the food overall was not great. Definitely below average and some things were very gross and old-looking. Some people we came to the resort with got sick from the food. - the drinks are not strong and will not get you buzzed unless you drink straight liquor. And you do not want to know how those drink cups are washed… it’s not sanitary. - the shower water was sometimes not hot. - there were roaches on the property, but we were on a higher floor in the building so we thankfully didn’t get any in our room. - staff is rude / not helpful to English speakers.
To preface this review, I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts including iberostars and secret resorts. If you are not Italian or Spanish, I would not recommend this resort. Personally, I will not be coming back or staying at any other Viva resort. To be fair, lets start with the pros of the resort: very nice beach and beautiful water activities like archery, kayaking, and paddle boarding included (with a time limit). the seafood restaurant and French restaurant were good. Now let’s discuss the cons: - wifi did not work in the room we were staying in and was very spotty throughout resort. - staff in green shirts will harass you and try to sell you things (timeshares, upgraded memberships) MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY. My husband and I were harassed every day of our trip, when we were trying to relax and have a good time. The green shirts even tried asking for our room number! - the food overall was not great. Definitely below average and some things were very gross and old-looking. Some people we came to the resort with got sick from the food. - the drinks are not strong and will not get you buzzed unless you drink straight liquor. And you do not want to know how those drink cups are washed… it’s not sanitary. - the shower water was sometimes not hot. - there were roaches on the property, but we were on a higher floor in the building so we thankfully didn’t get any in our room. - staff is rude / not helpful to English speakers.

This is my third time visiting but I notice a radical change with the customer service. Manager is none existent. The manage even ignore the Experian agent that called to resolve the issue. The service in the restaurant is a hit or missed. You might get very attentive service but you might also get those that will let the plates pile up on the table and ignore you completely.

We were here two years ago and everything was very nice. However, upon coming back they have now went to a VIP or timeshare status. You will be approached several times a day about being a VIP member with them. They now have huge sections of the beach and the seating area outside roped off reserved for just the VIP leaving very little space for others. Very few people were in the VIP areas. Their entertainment started at 11:00 at night so if you were staying in a room close to the entertainment that's all you heard. For this resort to be truly amazing I would recommend they get rid of the VIP part of it. Also, there was very little to do as far as short excursions. The dive shop was fantastic!

The air-conditioning did not work in our room. Took us several times speaking w the front desk and multiple trips of walking back and forth to the reception area. Which indeed took away from our vacation for sure. The rooms were not very clean. Roach in our room. The dinning restaurants are limited and the food offered isn't very tasty. My family and I have been visiting this place for about 4 years and this time was very disappointing, I do not think we will be returning which is sad to us because this location was literally a piece of paradise when we first started visiting here years ago. Also the entertainment during the day/evening is not entertaining at all. Shout out to Randy in maintenance he was the only person to care enough to fix our air-conditioning situation. Thank you Randy!

This property has the most beautiful beach and pools with plenty of chairs. It is clean and well maintained. They are seriously understaffed with the evening buffet actually not having food out first evening- it was picked clean. We ate at the ala carte restaurants in the evening all other dinners and we were happy. The line for the bar is deep because there is is one person tending bar and four people washing cups. Count on the fact your room won’t be ready- my husband says it part of the experience. Some employees can be really rude - but there are others who really make up for it. We’ve stayed at the property six or seven times over the past decade. We love the beach - it’s the best!

Beach bungalow is only way to book this property! Amazing to be able to sit on porch at ocean and walk right onto beach. Caribbean water is great, very clear, snorkeling is good, very enjoyable swimming for all ages. No seaweed!!! Food needs improvements, buffets and sit down restaurants are average at best. Reservation restaurants were just dressed up buffet selections. Didn’t like the full self-service thing they have going on with buffet, I understand there is a lot of people but I spent more time getting my family drinks, tracking down napkins/utensils than I did eating. At least have tables turned around quickly. Seemed understaffed. Pools were too small for amount of people here. The set up with resort and it’s VIP/Super VIP was confusing and annoying so we just went anywhere we wanted, I’m fairly certain we sat in VIP area of entire stay. This place is very loud at night and blasts music until midnight at least. Didn’t like that there were no shade options outside of VIP areas on beach, people just huddle up around trees and put their towels on prime chairs to not be there the entire day. No shade at pools either. English is the least spoken language here, it’s a European resort chain, which took getting used to with questions. Traveled with spouse, 5yr old and infant. Overall the ocean bungalow room and convenience to everything made up for negatives. Many average/negative reviews for this place are accurate though FWIW. It’s like 7/10 resort that could better.

Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. All sorts of shaded and sunny beach sites. Finally beach is located in a calm bay so lots of ppl in the water all day long.

It was an overall okay experience. The water is fabulous, crystal clear and warm. However, the sand beach is limited and therefore crowded and loud. There are other parts in the property that are less crowded but no sand in the water, it’s all rocks. Also, dining in the main room, la terrazza, is so messy, no tables ready, no napkins, no cutlery, glasses, just chaos. Luckily enough we found the other buffet, la Roca, which has limited options but quiet. We discovered we could only book 3 restaurants for a 6 nights stay only when there and my husband got sick from something he ate during an excursion booked with the resort (1 more person got sick as well from the same trip). People are expecting tips even when not necessary. Staff is just on their own time and feels like you are not a priority, many times they had an attitude that wasn’t welcome!

Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again.

Overall great experience. The beach is breathtaking. Beautiful clear blue water. The pools are clean and spacious. We loved the dining experience at the restaurants. The buffet at the Beach hotel is more enjoyable than the Palace because of the water view and service. Night shows are entertaining, my kids enjoyed it. Our room was oceanfront which made up for any minor issues it had. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I've been coming to this property for last 11years every year, sometimes multiple times a year. It has the most beautiful & widest beach in area & no sea weed issues. Has healthy, tasty, high quality food that is never disappointing. if you want heavy, junk food, you won't like it. Ground land scape is very lush & well kept making you feeling you're in a big park even while you're in the room. Staffs are always accommodating specially at the palace side. Over the years, there was a time they were playing music too loud throughout the day but they corrected it & it was appropriate amount this time at least at the palace side. Unfortunately they made me pay $50 for 2 hour late check our after this loyal patronage this February 😂 which was disappointing. but still will go back.

The checkin was a madness. Coming for a quick vacation from our wedding, they wouldnt accept any Id (driver license from US nor Dominican, fireman dept id, nothing): they wanted the local id (expired due to this year president elections and were all expired) so I had to go back to the city (2h drive) to get my passport just for them to “take a copy”, which i gave them and wouldnt accept. To reserve a spot for 2 on ANY of the restaurants was impossible: everything was full. Had to eat at the buffet the 3 days even after spending 950us for the stay. The buffet food is incredibly bad. Out of the 10 restautants available, 7 you had to PAY EXTRA 12.5usd to reserve, what a joke of all inclusive resort is this. The TV was from the f 80s or something (see picture, from jurassic world playing). Im just surprised how disappointing this hotel is. There are much better options in Bayahibe, probably lole Catalonia. I would not recommend AT ALL this hotel with so many better options that are really all inclusive, unlike this.

Not for beer drinkers. One beer. Sometimes warm. Rooms a little dated. Great amenities. Lots to do. Staff tries very hard but very limited English. Restaurant food delicious. Buffet not so great but. Plenty of variety. Wonderful beach.

Esperienza positiva, il villaggio è molto bello, ci sono tantissimi servizi e attività da fare, da migliorare le prenotazioni dei ristoranti, sono praticamente sempre pieni ed è impossibile trovare un tavolo. La qualità del cibo ai ristoranti a buffet potrebbe essere migliore, darei come voto 6.5, poco più che sufficiente, anche i lettini al mattino bisogna correre per trovarli liberi alle 8 del mattino perché ci lasciano gli asciugamani sopra dalla notte, ma nel complesso il posto è molto bello e rilassante e non ci si annoia mai. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Le côté Beach est bien plus animé que le côté Palace qui n’en a que le nom.Le buffet s’est dégradé au fil de la semaine . Par contre,le site est beau et l’accesxà tous les restaurants est un plus même si les repas sont très moyens .

Service is terrible. If you are allergic to bees dont book. Bees all over drinks, bars, beach, restaurants, etc. food quality in specially restaurants are below standards. Beverage are non existent. Wine taste like vinager, very short of alcoholic beverages. Funny that employees have preferences over clients during buffet hours. One time i have to wait for an omelette 30 minutes because i have three employees in the line in front of me, then no more eggs then wait for 15 minutes for the eggs to arrive. Everything is very disorganized. There is not leadership in the hotel. If You asked for a coffe, always no spoon, no napkins on the table. I will never come back. Total waste of money.

Food buffets were excellent and we felt like there was variety each day. The pizzeria was an unexpected surprise, freshly baked in a hearth oven best I've had in years. Beaches and pools were enjoyable, especially the activities in the plaza, the infinity pool. Crepe bar was very good. Many activities all day. Friendly staff and guests. Weather was great. Family friendly. We used talixo from and to the airport. Would definitely return. This was our first all inclusive.

My family and I have been visiting this place for about 4 years and this time was very disappointing, I do not think we will be returning which is sad to us because this location was literally a piece of paradise when we first started visiting here years ago. Also the entertainment during the day/evening is not entertaining at all. Shout out to Randy in maintenance he was the only person to care enough to fix our air-conditioning situation. Having a bungalow right on the beach is super nice but the shower drains super slow because you are on sand and the air conditioning is severely lacking so it feels a little like camping but the location is worth it to the water. The food is honestly the worst I have had at any resort to date and surprisingly the buffet was significantly better than any of the restaurants we tried. It is also really annoying to have a VIP and SUPER VIP and sister resort only amenities. Just charge one price for everything and call it good. I was never asked once if I wanted a drink while around the pool or on the beach so you do save in tipping

I’ve been to many all inclusives and this one was very different in many negative ways. Here’s a list of things I wish I had known prior to booking: 1. Not all restaurants are included in your all inclusive package so you have to pay if you go. 2. You’re only allowed 3 dinner reservations in the restaurants per 7 day stay. Otherwise the buffets are your only dinner options. 3. The included alcohol and food is mediocre at best and this is coming from someone who isn’t a picky eater. 4. You have to pay $2/day in order to use the safe in your room. 5. Pools all close at 6:00pm. 6. No swim up bar. 7. There is no service on the beach or pools for drinks and food. 8. Resort is dated and room had small ants all over. 9. Very limited number of umbrellas by the pools so shade is scarce. 10. I was made to feel like a dirty pig by one of the housekeepers because the toilet in the bathroom by the shops didn’t flush when I tried so had to leave it. As I exited the stall, the maid was there and rudely said “we flush toilets here.” I told her it doesn’t flush so she went in there and said it was because of “too much toilet paper.” The kicker is I went back a few days later and tried the flush before using it and it didn’t work again so this is an ongoing problem in that bathroom. It’s completely unacceptable for an employee to make a paying guest feel bad for the resort’s plumbing issues. Will not be coming back to this resort again. I stayed in Iberostar next door in the

We arrived late in the evening, desk registrations stuff were very not friendly. We weren’t given tour of the property. Door key was not working and was not locking. For 4 people we got only 2 large towels. Food choices were limited, and tables weren’t cleaned on time for new guests. Access of “all inclusive resort” was very limited to 1/3 of it. Beach is very rocky and unsafe to walk on. Restrooms on the property very dirty and almost always clothed. Not English speaking friendly, communication mainly in Spanish.

The property beautiful, clean, good food staff friendly except front desk needs more training thank you for the cleaning staff and the the restaurant and buffet very friendly, great service. Only thing that I didn’t like people smoke everywhere should be a designated it place for smoking .
